We were in need of lighting updates in our small business. Nick came and met with us about our options for installing new LED ceiling lights. Nick gave us a quote and install date within a few days. Because we are open 7 days a week Nick worked with us to get the install done so that it wouldn’t affect our daily business. Formanek Electric is one of the best in town! Nick has worked on both my husband and I’s house as well as my father in laws cabin. He’s fast and super friendly! In our house, he repaired a fluorescent light in our laundry room that wouldn’t work after we had put in a brand new bulb. Thankful I can now turn on the light to do laundry at night 😊. Nick also repaired a light switch in our kitchen that had went out. Both repairs were super quick and he came prepared with all the parts needed to get the job done. We’ve had a few contractors in the past that would have to run and get parts in the middle of the service call...prolonging the service. Appreciated Nick’s efficiency! We plan to continue using Nick for all of our electric needs going forward.

We just got a visit from Formenek Electric to fix a bad outlet 10 miles outside RC. Nick was our technician. He called back quickly after I left a message, and we were able to set a reasonable time to solve the problem. The problem was neither simple nor obvious, but he tenaciously kept at it until he found it. We are very happy that he stuck to it and solved a real stumper. We are about to have a lot of guests over the next few weeks for a funeral and we needed this outlet (the only one in that bathroom) to work. We are very grateful to Nick and to Formanek for the service.

He had no one available except himself and he was recovering from a surgery. But he took the time anyway and came and spent an hour until he found the problem and fixed it. Spoke to me about what the problem might be until it was found, told me what the issue was when he found it. And then we spoke about other options available to make my house more energy efficient and safer. From the first phone call it was like talking with an old friend. I had multiple outlets not working in my home he was able to come in a timely manner and fix my problem quickly. Was more than thrilled with the work done by Formanek Electric, had requested Nick (owner) do all new electrical outlets, install new lighting fixtures and install new switches - It was an overhaul throughout the whole house. His work was precise and was done within an extremely reasonable amount of time. The pricing was excellent for the amount of work and he even took the time to discuss how to make the home safer with existing electrical panels, how best to upgrade and future options for the house. I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician, no matter how big or small the project might be. We will definitely be using them on future projects!

I was having connection issues with internet which was informed to me could be a wiring problem that may require replacing. I explained the issue to Nick with Formanek. Nick and another employee came out and we again discussed the issue, more in depth. They did some checks and concluded all the wires were good and there does not seem to be any issues or concerns they came across. They did multiple checks to make sure they covered everything. In the end, they did not do any work, but I am pleased with their dedication to help me. Respectful employees in my opinion and would request them again if needed.
