I had a really bad sink clog that would usually go away after a while, but it wasn’t budging today. I called a few plumbers, but many weren’t available. I landed on Plumbing Solutions after checking Yelp and they were able to send someone within 2 hours. My service technician was Adam Aduato and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber in the area. Adam was very professional and asked if he should wear shoe covers before coming into the house. Once he took a look at the issue, he explained what was causing it and helped clear it then provided recommendations on how to avoid it in the future. Adam’s friendly personality also made me feel good I worked with Plumbing Solutions. I would hope people don’t have plumbing issues but if you need a guy, make sure to ask for Adam.

When I first called them this morning, Ashley answered the phone & was so sweet, professional, and set our appointment for today. Best customer service. Our plumber, Robert Moll, got a little delayed at his last appt - Ashley called to inform us. Then Robert called to say that he would be here in 20 minutes. When he arrived, Robert gave us an estimate - very reasonable - and said he could perform the work the same day. He removed our old toilet, cleaned up the water & vacuumed & took the old toilet out in a plastic bag. Super neat!! When he returned, he installed the new toilet, caulked it & again cleaned up any little mess that was there.Robert was so efficient, professional, helpful and so friendly. We would give him 10 stars if we could. We would recommend Plumbing Solutions to anyone. They have awesome employees & fantastic customer service. Very reasonable rates. We are so happy!

I contacted Plumbing Solutions about 6 weeks ago on an emergency clog that backed up in our rental. They came out same day, within hours of my call. Very professional, informative, respectful, clean and efficient. Most important was that they were very fair in their pricing. I had a quote from another plumber that was literally double the price. Jesse noted that we should have a camera scope to access the line which we did the second call out today. Robbie came out and cleaned it out again. As this was the second time in less than 2 months they warranteed the work. Kyle and Chris came out to do a camera inspection and gave us an estimate to replace the tee in the line, which is at the heart of the problem.Really appreciate their customer service!

Ray and Anthony both came to install a water line for my new Whirlpool Refrigerator just had delivered and installed but needed a new water line from my sink to the refrigerator for my ice maker ( the old one wouldn’t work ). Ray and Anthony showed up the same day and gave me a fair quote beating a competitor price . They had to pick up the kitchen water kit so they came back the next morning bright and early and got the job done . They gave me a one year warranty with the job, that is a great deal and both guys were very friendly and clean when done with the job . I will for sure use them again . I had Rooter Ranger out here twice to snake my drain. Both times the problem came back in a matter of a couple of weeks. They told me I needed to hydro jet for $1,100. Ray and Sean analyzed the problem advised against costly hydro jet for my home as the risk outweighed the benefit. They then performed a much more substantial snake clean for a fraction of the cost and gave me good advice on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. The problem seems to be taken care of and I am a happy customer. I appreciate Ray and Sean’s professionalism and honesty.

Robert replaced our water heater in Laguna Woods for us, and he did a great job. The previous tank was rusting at the bottom and was overdue for a change. Robert did a very professional and clean job.The business was also great at communication (which in my short experience is hard to find). I love that they followed up when expected, they sent text message notifications when heading to the house, and always showed up within the promised 2-hour windows. Overall, great experience and Id be happy to use them again for plumbing work.

Called Brian at Definitive Plumbing for a water softener install, reverse osmosis water filter (RO), as well as general plumbing work the inspector found on our new home.He was one of the very few plumbers that did not immediately try and upsell me on a fancy whole house filtration system. Told me to go with just a Fleck water softener and an Apec RO machine. Any independent research will tell you that with our water hardness in the South Orange County area, a Fleck/Apec system is exactly what you need and anything else is overkill. Major points for honesty.I am very big on communication and Brian did not disappoint in this regard. He regularly answers phone calls and responds to texts in a timely fashion. I found that the dishwater was not pulling water after the RO install and I sent him a text, he immediately responded (and called!!) me back walking me exactly through what I had to do to get the dishwasher working again (the water to the unit was turned off under the sink) and this was on a SUNDAY!!!While working on the house he found some additional problems and instead of upcharging, took a picture of the broken unit, said hed contact the company to see if the part was under warranty AND followed through on his word.Overall, Brian is honest, hard working, keeps his word, and does great work - everything youd want in someone you trust to work on your house. The cherry on top is that he runs his own local business and I am very big on supporting small, locally owned businesses.BONUS: I noticed that his phone notifications are Super Mario themed. As a HUGE gamer, this was a great added touch and thats when I immediately knew I found my to go plumber for all our plumbing needs.Highly, highly, highly recommend Definitive Plumbing and Brian! Do not hesitate to give him a call.

I had a moderate leak in my shower faucet. I called on a Saturday at 7:30pm. It was hard to get any plumbing service on the weekend. But Brian answered my call. I was able to send videos, pictures and text messages for him to make a diagnosis on the phone. He gave me a very reasonable quote. His prices are fair. He was patient enough to walk me through turning off my water heater to decrease and to stop the leak temporarily. From the text messages, he got all parts for the repairs prior to his arrival. He showed up, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it in no time, and before i know it, everything was back to normal again. Its funny how a shower leak, on a Saturday night, could create so much stress and unnecessary excitement in my life; and once repaired how peaceful things are again.
