Very quick response and punctual. Plumber was very knowledgeable and considerate of my time. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with his work. I had a leak due to my teenagers sloppy showering. The leak passed thru the flooring under the toilet and through the ceiling down to the bottom floor. My refrigerator valve was corroded and leaking, thus the refrigerator installation people would not install my new appliance. I called 3 local plumbers, quoted 2x the cost of what Integrity quoted (they were the only ones that asked for pictures to confirm their estimate).Robert from Integrity arrived within 45 minutes of my call and replaced the valve within another 20. He was super easy to work with and very clear on what he would do and how it would work.Robert was great, the call center person was great, and I’m extremely satisfied with the result and the overall experience. Lyle did a great job and he went above and beyond to find the extra parts needed to connect that to our existing drainage pipe that was at a different size. James & Lyle showed up on time and spent a long time testing my numerous sprinkler valves trying to pinpoint the leak. They also shut off all of the toilets to make sure there was no leak inside the house. They found the pipe that had water running through it when it shouldn’t have and put a shutoff valve on it. My gardener will have to dig up the line running from that pipe to find & repair the leak. I appreciate them finding the source of the problem & look forward to a lower water bill!

Robert, James, the office staff and the repipe crew were prompt, professional and willing to discuss our options so we could make the best decisions. There was never any pressure and they made every effort to work with our schedule. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to friends, family or anyone!Update, so an issue with a specialty shower valve no longer working has vexed us as a result of the repipe… but the Integrity crew has not let us down. They continued to work with us to fix the issue and Robert has maintained great communication as he has worked to remedy the issue. They have ordered parts and made several trips to the house to repair the valve behind a solid granite wall or determine if a replacement is the only cure. They stayed true and repaired the valve and we could not be happier with the great care we have received from the Integrity Plumbing team!

With all the heavy rains over the past two days, our back yard was completely flooded. I scheduled an appointment with Integrity Plumbing to come out and use a hydro-jet to try to clear the pipes. I really cant say enough good things about these people. From the minute they showed up they were friendly and professional. They explained in detail the process for unclogging a drain pipe and also went over the cost before I signed the estimate. They were honest in telling me that the hydro-jet might not work if we have a damaged pipe, so I knew what to expect. After about two hours of work, they were able to clear the gunk out of the pipe and also get most of the roots that were stuck in there as well. Their pricing for two hours (I opted for an additional hour to clear out the roots) was less than what another company I called wanted just for the initial visit. Im very happy that I called Integrity Plumbing, and they will be the first call I make in the future when I have need of a plumber.

His associate plumbing technician Lyle came to my home at 4:00 p.m. that same afternoon and stayed until 7:00 p.m. Lyle did a good job trying to unplug the drain but was not successful with the snake. The next morning he and James arrived at 8:30 a.m. and brought a power water blaster. They cleaned the pipe out and unplugged the drain successfully. They also reseated the master bathroom toilet and put a new wax seal in and James installed a new shower valve and one of our bathrooms. Their work was excellent, were attitude was excellent, and overall did a very good job. I would use them again and I would give them a high recommendation.

James, Lyle and Zach are great! also Emily is very responsive and informative for any questions we have . They are very busy but was able to help us on our first plumbing problem and improve it. They installed a water pressure regulator, faucets and fix our drain shower that is leaking. They will be our plumber to go to whenever we have problem but I hope it will be in 5- 10 years. I would recommend them.
