Potter Electric deserves an A+! We had four dangerously old wall outlets that needed to be replaced, and Potter Electric’s reviews were great. I called for an appointment, and it was just a couple of day away.Jamey, the technician, arrived and was so nice and professional, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. We also asked him to cover a hole where an outlet had been, which he did perfectly, and he even checked on the ceiling light in the laundry room.He worked quickly and did such a great job, and the price was just right. I will call them any time I have an electrical issue and am so glad I found Potter Electric!

We wanted/needed to upgrade our electrical panel from 100 amps to 200 amps, add a plug to connect our new generator and install an electric vehicle charging plug. I called many electricians. Some just wanted photos to give a rough estimate (Which will not give you the best idea on how much it will be. Some estimates were way too low and we knew it was a big job and it wouldnt be sufficient to get what we wanted or it was way too high.) Other electricians came over but did not get back to me. When I called Potter Electric Inc. Jason answered the call, I explained what we needed and he was able to come over to see exactly what we wanted the very same day. I received an estimate that night. After meeting Jason, receiving the estimate (which was a very fair price for such a high ticket upgrade) and finding out that he had worked at my neighbors place. I knew he was the right choice. Jasons crew Jamie/Caleb did a great job. We got everything we wanted and are satisfied with all the work they did. I would definitely recommend Potter Electric Inc. for all your electrical needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I recently hired Potter Electric to install ceiling fans and additional outlets in my home, and I am beyond impressed with their service! Unlike the previous electrician I hired, who didnt show up to the job when we scheduled multiple times, Potter Electric was a breath of fresh air. They were on time, professional, and extremely friendly. Jason came out the next day after we called, gave us a very fair quote for the jobs we needed done, laid out our options, and never was pushy or pressured us to do anything beyond what we needed. The team did an amazing job, working efficiently and ensuring everything was installed perfectly- even taking extra trips to Home Depot to make sure everything was perfect. They even cleaned up after they were done. Their pricing was also very fair, offering GREAT value for the quality of work provided. In the middle of the night, one whole wall in my bedroom, the upstairs bathroom and the laundry room lost electricity. I called Potter Electric in the morning because they were the closest to me and the reviews were positive. Jason was professional and polite over the phone, providing swift service in response to our requested help. His colleague Jamie arrived early and detected the problem fairly quickly. Even though Jamie fixed the problem, he doubled check to make sure everything was functioning properly before he left. In addition to great service, you are going to get a great price. I would definitely recommend Potter Electric for electrical jobs that require expertise or just simple jobs you dont have the time to do yourself. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; plus their estimates are reasonable. I had them install recessed lighting in my living room and replace a ceiling fan and several exterior lights. They offer recommendations on how to make your job better. They also do a great job with clean up after theyve completed their work. Im having them come back next year to install additional recess lighting in my home, and possibly upgrade the electrical panel.

Jason, Jaimie, and their crew our hands-down, the best vendor I worked with when remodeling our Wrightwood cabin (well, my painter was great too). From the day I met them, through the quote process, and after installation, they continued to impress me with their honesty and follow through. I think it’s natural to feel skeptical about hiring somebody in a field you know nothing about. There is a tendency to be taken advantage of. I NEVER Felt that way! They would give me options on which direction to go (pros and cons of economical versus high-end choices) and never pressured me. I hired them to pretty much do a rewire of the whole house, including hardwiring all new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, plus updated the electrical panel. They always showed up, worked hard, and stayed on budget. How many contractors can you say that about? They even turned all the screws to 12 o’clock. The OCD side of me appreciates that level of attention to detail. No, they did not pay me for this endorsement. You would think so, because I am singing their praises, but they truly deserve it and you would never be disappointed in hiring Potter Electric.
