    10/10 Highly recommendedI had an issue with a toilet in one of my bathrooms as well as my kitchen sink. Both issues were carefully evaluated, in addition to their expertise they were also friendly and respectful. Both plumbers Eric and Shane got straight to it in a timely manner resolving the issues that were brought to their attention.     This company is the best! Not only do they call you when they are on the way but they also show up on time which are two things I really appreciate. The men they have working for them are super kind. I feel super comfortable having them in my home, plus they are considerate of my home and my belongings. They don’t half ass a job, everytime they have been here they make sure my problem is resolved and I’m satisfied no matter how long it takes. That’s super hard to find in a company around here.     We called Thomas Plumbing today on a Saturday because we suspected a leak.within 20 min after my initial call to schedule an appointment Shane Tyson called me and 2hrs later he was at our home fixing the problem and repaired the leak . he was very professional and friendly.     We are very thankful that we have such a wonderful company in Raeford as Thomas Plumbing Inc. They fixed our hot water heater which as it turns out it was under warranty and we were not charged at all. We really thought we should at least pay the labor but they said all was covered. We have been using Thomas since they first started in business years ago and have always been satisfied with the work as well as the employees who do the work. We just cant thank them enough.     I had a great experience with Thomas Plumbing. I had a busted pipe and called for assistance, the lady over the phone was very friendly and helpful.     Tanner from Thomas Plumbing came to my home today to remove my non-working disposal and replace it with a new one. He took many measures to keep his work area clean and neat, and also wore covers for his shoes each time he entered my home. He was professional, polite, and wonderful to work with. He even called to ask if I wanted him to come early since he was in the area and knew I was eager to have my repair done before I had to go to work.     I highly recommend Thomas Plumbing. I got home from work last night to a broken pipe in our wall. After cutting the wall open and cleaning it up, it turned out to need a fitting replaced. I realized I didn’t have the tools necessary to do the job. I called a friend who recommended Thomas Plumbing. I gave them a call first thing in the morning. Thankfully they were able to get me in today. They gave me a window of time for the repair and text message notifications for when the plumber would be on his way. The plumber was actually able to come out a couple hours earlier than expected. He was professional and friendly. The job took less than 30 minutes and has a year warranty.

    Late Sunday afternoon, we noticed water on the floor around our water heater. It was streaming down the sides of the tank. We had a leak! We found Thomas Plumbing through an internet search and saw that they offered 24-hour service. We called around 4:20 in the afternoon and their technician, Tanner Jackson responded within 3 minutes. He arrived at our home in Pinehurst by 5:30pm and had a new water heater installed by 7:30pm. Mr. Jackson was clean, efficient, personable, and professional. I needed major plumbing work changing from septic system with old cracked cast iron pipes to new PVC pipes connected to the city sewer system.     I have used Thomas plumbing on two separate occasions. Each time Mr Thomas was responsive and offered immediate on call service if needed. As well as directing me what to do to ensure the issue was stabilized until someone came out to repair.The first time I had to have an outside pipe to our water hose repaired. The second time we had two drains clogged, our heating element and thermostat replaced on our hot water heater.     Everyone fears hiring plumbers, especially after hours, but with plumbing problems like a water heater failing combined with a busted pipe, an electrical fire, and water flooding everywhere, you have to call a plumber.     I am always so impressed with this company. Tanner Jackson came out and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very careful and made sure he made the correct assessment and repaired my two leaks in record time.     Thomas came to the rescue tonight when we got home late from a weekend of travel to a leaking water heater expansion tank. He was able to come over just 40 minutes after we called and fixed the issue quickly. He was so kind and courteous and humored our 5 year old who was full of questions about what was going on. The price was very reasonable and actually much less than I was anticipating. In less than an hour after calling him, we had a fixed water heater.     I have used Thomas plumbing on two separate occasions now and each time have been blown away at how thorough they are and just what a quality company they are.     This is the 2nd time I used this company for my plumbing needs. My shower drain was damaged and needed repair. Also the cold water side on my kitchen sink had very little pressure. I also needed a water spicket installed at the backyard. Steve came and did an amazing job. He also pointed out to me some potential problem someday that I need to keep an eye on. Michael also came and helped out and worked hard. They did a fantastic job. I will forever use this company for all my plumbing needs. Very reasonable price as well.     My first time using this business, and it went great. Called several other companies and they were not helpful and would only tell me their service call fee.     So my wife had Tanner come out one night because we had issues with a shotty install from lowes for our granite countertop. He told her that he could start it now but it would be better to reschedule she rescheduled and I had the pleasure of meeting tanner and eric(I believe his name was) these dudes were awesome. Knocked out everything/fixed everything super respectful asked if we had any kids sleeping or anything because they were about to drill(didnt have any kids sleeping) they cleaned up their mess. They informed me of everything they were doing. Weird smells and such. Super friendly guys. If I ever have a plumbing issue I’ll call Thomas plumbing and request for tanner again. But I bet all of these guys on this team are awesome to work with. 100% recommend this company. There’s a reason there’s so many 5 star reviews they really do a good job. And I’m super critical on anybody that does work on my house you can look at all my other reviews I’ll blast a company with good or bad feedback… thomas plumbing is a great company. Use them you wont be disappointed

    Thomas plumbing provides excellent service. We had issues with our backflow system for our sprinklers, we called and they were here within 30 minutes, had it fixed in no time. We then had a problem with our shower, called them up and they were johnny-on-the-spot. Thomas told me exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He came out the following day and made it happen. We really appreciate that he gave us a two-hour window for the service call and stuck to it. He called as soon as he was on the way to our house. We will be calling them exclusively for any of our plumbing needs. Great company with great people.

    I cant say enough good things about Thomas Plumbing. Our kitchen hot water pipe froze over night and Thomas took the time to explain a few tips and tricks to help thaw it out. And they worked!! We also had our outside water spigot replaced by them.     I called Thomas Plumbing to have them install a whole house filter system in our home, I spoke with the owner and set up an appointment, he called me back stating they had a cancellation and were able to come four days early! The worker (David) showed up on time and was vey professional. Entire system was installed and work is warranted ! Thomas texted me back that night to see if I was pleased with the service provided!     Thomas Plumbing Inc.... out of Raeford, NC was very up front on all their paperwork (Estimate and Invoice).I had city sewer cap paid for and needed sewer lines run to house and hooked up and old septic system capped off.They were very informative about when to expect their arrival, and all processes that were done.I enjoyed talking to them, very personable and polite and well spoken.     After almost a year of searching the area of unprofessional businesses that would either not answer their phone or not get back to you I called Thomas Plumbing. Thomas was exceptional with his customer service and installed a brand new whole tub unit with an exceptional quality that met all our needs, financially too! If you need any Plumbing work or anything that needs done in your bathroom, dont even bother wasting your time with any other company in Raeford .
