The services that were rendered today by Belton-Jones was amazing from making the appointment all the way to having Matt coming out and pumping our septic tank. Wow… wow… WOW! They were absolutely wonderful! Our septic started backing up into our house and with no clue what to do we called the after hours line last night. They were here bright and early this morning and got to it. They were in and out in less than an hour. Even better the guys were great. Very polite. Very professional. 10 Stars if I could!! Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Far exceeded expectations of courtesy, professionalism, and the kind of service of days long gone! They pumped the tank and then pulled the cover to clean the filter and knocked it off, they easily could have told me that it was broken off when they opened it like so many other businesses these days would have, but instead they told me they broke it and would make it right. They told me they didn’t have the part on the truck to make the repairs and asked if it would be ok if they came back in two days which was perfectly acceptable to me. Within two hours of them leaving I received a call asking me if they could return today to make the repairs! I offered to pay them when they left the first time and they insisted I wait until they had finished everything. Highly recommend this company!! Great service, great people, and great prices!!

I called this morning around 10am to ask if they had any appointments for service anytime soon. My toilets were bubbling when we showered and the plumber said the septic tank was blocked or full. The gentleman who answered got my info and said they would be out today after 2. They came at 3:40 and just left at 4:05. They are super friendly and very helpful. The price was also really good. I was so worried it would cost a huge amount! I definitely recommend them!!

These guys are fantastic. Before I even gave them a call, I thought I wasnt going to have anyone come out and drain my septic. Maybe an hour after I called they showed. I was in a emergency situation with my drains backing up. The home warranty had me waiting 3days for someone to come out and then they sent the wrong person (A Plumber) That couldn’t help us. I called Belton about my septic tank being backed up. The toilets and shower were backing up. They were able to come out the same day for one. To our surprise the septic tank was under our deck. Mark went the extra mile of pulling up the boards in our deck and finding the septic tank. He emptied our septic tank quickly and had us flushing the waste again. Thanks Belton and Mark! I recommend this business to everyone!!!

Belton Septic came to the house replaced a pump switch and pumped the tank for a very reasonable cost. They even talked me through a trouble shoot over the phone to save me a $$ for a trouble shoot call. I have dealt with multiple contractors during my nine years in this area and this is the very first contractor who came out and did what they said they were going to do, did it correctly, quickly and didnt try to screw me on the price.

Recently I was having trouble with my commodes and water backing up in the tubs. I went outside and to open the blow out pipe and when I loosened it, waste started coming out. This was about 4:30 in the afternoon on 29 November, the day after Thanksgiving. I called Belton and the lady said they could come out and service the septic tank on Saturday, 30 Nov. She stated they would be out around 9:30 in the morning. They called me at 8:15 and said they were on the way. They did a great job and fixed my problem. The two men were very friendly and professional. They had everything done in 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Outstanding!!! I recommend them for your septic tank service!!! Great customer service!!!

Belton-Jones is definitely one of the most professional and competent companies that Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Belton-Jones Septic Service came to service/inspect my septic tank due to back up. I had the tank serviced 3 weeks ago by another local company and apparently they did not complete the job. Matthew from Jones Septic came in the next day, with his assistant and immediately identified the problem which was a dirty filter. As soon as he pulled the filter the tank started to drain, he cleaned the filter and service the tank all within 45 minutes. I was completely amazed at the two gentlemen professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. The price was extremely reasonable and fair. another rare finding these days.
