Matt personally came to my home to assess the issue and sent the final team (DJ & Tom) to complete the job at no extra cost.Jacob, Alyssa, Robby, DJ, and Tom (special side shout out to Nick) worked diligently to realize the root cause of my newly installed combi system and were able to resolve the common area heating malfunction. After another company told us we needed to replace our entire Navien hot water system, Eric and Alyssa came out, assessed the situation, and quickly fixed the issue without the need for a costly replacement. It’s rare to find such genuine and skilled professionals, and we’re beyond grateful for their help. They deserve a ton of credit.

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. My hot water heater was failing and I was referred to Trust 1 Services by another company that was unavailable .I was greeted on the phone by the friendliest and accommodating lady, who I unfortunately can’t remember her name (shout out to you just the same!) who told me that she could get someone out to me the next day. The next day I got a text letting me know my tech was on the way and he was on time. Matt and his apprentice, came in (with booties on!) made the assessment on my older and frankly, unsafe unit and made different recommendations as to the replacement. I asked a lot of questions and Matt was able to answer them all without any pressure to pick the most expensive option or a model that I was not comfortable with. I went with the tankless, since that was what I was replacing. Matt assured me that the job could be done the very next day. True to his word, my incredible installation team of Joe and Noah came first thing the next morning and knocked out what I would even say was not the easiest installation, by the end of the day that looks fabulous and works even better. They explained how everything worked, cleaned up, tested everything and made sure they answered all my questions before they left. I am impressed. This was not the least expensive job that I have had done in my home, but by far one of the best completed by friendly, knowledgeable and competent professionals.

From start to finish, they were extremely professional and courteous. Not only did they handle the installation with skill and efficiency, but they also provided a very fair and transparent quotation. Their attention to detail and hard work truly stood out. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of Trust 1 and their service! The air conditioning in my house was at the end of its life and needed replaced, Trust 1 provided immediate install for a comparable and reasonable price. Even after install, to make sure everything was adjusted correctly, they came out to my house and for the first time I can actually tell that the air is blowing in my house and can hear it coming through the vents as well as feel a substantial difference in the coolness of my house. The service tech who came to my house to ensure that everything was operating correctly was incredible and did not leave until the job was done and the unit was operating as it was supposed to. The only reason I am giving 5 stars in this rating is because I cant give more! If you need AC service there is no doubt who you should go with...Trust 1!

DJ was very thorough. He checked our boiler and all the plumbing fixtures which were included with our annual contract. He identified three things that could be done and gave us pricing for each item. None of the items are urgent and there was no pressure to do them now. He and John were very respectful, wore shoe covers in the house and were very friendly. I was sent a text to let me know they were on their way and then DJ called to give me a specific time and they were here at that time. I have been very happy with Trust 1 Services since they installed our boiler last year.

Trust 1 Services is an amazing company. I called for a heating problem with my Navien combi unit. I was promptly scheduled for a tech visit. Tom and Johnny Mack came at the scheduled time, and after an introduction went straight to work. They diagnosed the problem and confirmed the plan with the main office. Tom and Johnny Mack explained everything to me in great detail. The prices were discussed upfront with all of my options provided to me. We decided on the path to take and they went straight to work. My heat was fixed in no time. Tom and Johnny Mack were very friendly and conscientious. They made a difficult situation seem easy. I cant thank them enough!

Torrel and Brandon responded to my call about my elderly mothers heat pump system blowing cold air and they were amazing. In the past we have experienced hvac technicians who have arrived only to tell us they dont service these types of systems, and even charged us for doing nothing. Torrel and Brandon were quite the opposite. They arrived on time and worked diligently for almost 3 solid hours to get my mothers system working again. They were absolute gentleman, and very patient and helpful in answering our questions and making recommendations about our options moving forward with a very old, malfunctioning system. I would highly recommend Trust 1, and my mother and I are so relieved to know we have this companys service and expertise to rely on in the future.

This morning I had a semi emergency and although there was nobody readily available, Jeanne was able to wave her magic wand and have someone come right over, which took the weight of the world off my shoulders! I was so relieved when D.J. arrived! He had his work cut out for him, as the parts under my sink are as old as the building, 38 years! D.J. met with resistance, but was able to figure out a way around the issue and solve the problem! Thanks to Jeanne and D.J. my contractors were able to proceed with the installation of my new countertops. Weve had two small-ish projects completed by Trust 1 (so far!) The first was an HVAC modification to prevent our upstairs unit from leaking. The techs were professional, clean, and respectful of our space. The second was replacing a busted bathroom faucet with a whole new vanity. The work also involved cutting into the drywall in the stairwell because the previous owners (flippers) didnt provide access to the pipes at all. Duy and Matt worked quickly and cleanly. The new vanity is gorgeous and we have cold water again! So far, Ive been very impressed with Trust 1s customer service and technicians.

A couple of months ago, I started to source some quotes to replace my 10 year old Navien combi-boiler that was starting to indicate signs of unreliability (and wasn’t [set up to be] properly maintained by previous owners). Based on my own research, I knew that I wanted to replace with a Viessmann model. I reached out to a number of contractors via the Viessmann website and unfortunately only had responses from a few that quoted for a unit replacement alone (“chop and swap” approach) without paying for a site visit. I had also reached out to a few other contractors that either did not work on Viessmann units or provided unreasonably priced quotes.I had also reached out to Trust 1 Services after having had Anthony (the owner) out for a small job a few years ago (under his previous business name Mound Mechanical). After a no-charge site visit and a few conversations (directly with Anthony) over a few weeks, Trust 1 Services provided a reasonable (not the lowest price I received, but also not the highest) and comprehensive (fully detailed with all accessories / piping necessary for a new install noted) quote. I decided to move ahead with Trust 1 Services for the installation.Anthony and his team member Tyler arrived promptly and completed the installation with care in the span of a few hours on the date scheduled. It’s clear that Anthony and his team value a high attention to detail and craft, and both Anthony and Tyler were willing to do whatever it would take for me to be happy with the service provided. Anthony even arranged for the local Viessmann corporate sales representative (Peter Medeiros) to be present for the setup / configuration of the unit, which went a long way in terms of building my confidence in the install—the representative even complimented the work Anthony and Tyler did!So far, I’m very happy with the installation and the fact that it is fully set up to be properly maintained in the years ahead. Additionally, while the hope is always that one won’t have any performance / reliability issues requiring repair service, I’m sure that Anthony and his team will be able to handle any such concerns in the future.

Our AC stopped working 2 days ago and I called Trust 1 on Sunday (weve been a customer for 2 years). They responded first thing Monday morning, and Matt and Torrel were at my door at 8:00am (I had to change appointment time too and they were able to adjust super quickly).Both Matt and Torrel were very professional, and they identified the issue quickly, and provide a few options to fix. We could tell that they were very knowledgable about the HVAC system and know what they were talking about. They also noticed the loud noise coming out of the AC vent and proactively offered suggestions on potential fix!At the end, we had to make the decision to replace our old unit, and Matt explained in details what this entails, the timeline, and worked with us on budget/financing options. Robby Curran from Trust1 Services repaired the pump and ran new tubing on my aging AC system. After a horrible experience previously with a different AC company, Robby was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, polite, explained everything he was doing in layman’s terms. Access to pump was difficult as it was in the attic/eaves of the house but Robby was persistent, brought the correct tools and was able to get the job done successfully. Robby was very informative about the whole AC system and gave me tips and suggestions about modifications for the future. I would definitely recommend Trust1 and Robby Curran in particular. Hi, we had air conditioning installed in our home last month. I cannot express how happy weve been with the entire experience with Trust 1. Right from the initial set up for install to the installation by the HVAC team to the electrician to even the gift we received, everything was awesome! The guys that came for the install were great – very upbeat, informative, worked hard the entire time and left things clean and tidy! I think the leads name was Jonathon, but not sure of his partners name. The same could be said for the electrician that came afterwards as well (also forgot his name!). He was fantastic – very knowledgable, pleasant and made sure he answered all of our questions and we were clear on the setup before leaving. All really good guys! Two reviews for this amazing company:Had a somewhat urgent burning plastic smell from HVAC. Nick came within a few hours, when all other companies couldnt come for a few days. He is so knowledgable and explained, and reexplained the situation multiple times. Was patient and accommodating with my questions. Our situation recuired some trouble shooting, as the problem wasnt here when he arrived. He calmly and thoroughly explored until he found a clue that helped lead him to the problem, which was very indirect. So cool to see him work with his detective and intelligence. Very humble and skilled. Cant say enough about how much we learned from him and how important it was what we learned.Then later we had to get our water boiler serviced and Nick arranged for John and Duy to come later that day..John and Duy were amazingly professional, friendly, and thorough. Went out of their way to add a net to our pipes so birds couldnt nest in them. Came quickly and were perfect. As a woman alone in the house, it can be sometimes uncomfortable to have men in the house to do work, but felt incredibly comfortable and at ease the whole time.

This company is amazing. Our HVAC went out almost a month ago. After 3 weeks with trying to get someone out here - getting ghosted/outrageous quotes/unprofessionalism - we finally found Trust 1. We called at 8am on a Thursday and Kyle was at our house by 10am for an estimate. He took his time evaluating the entire unit and informing me of the issues without ever being pushy. Within an hour, we had discussed options, decided on a replacement, paid, and scheduled the service. He kept me up to date with texts until service of a full replacement with a crane delivery happened a week later (which was so fast, most people were quoting over a month).On the day of the service, we got a text with a pic of our technician, John, and his background so we were aware of who was showing up. He was so professional and friendly and got everything done so fast. We FINALLY have air after a month and I’m just mad we didn’t find this company sooner. Thanks Kyle and John!

Over the past year Ive used the services of Trust 1 Services Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Based on my experiences Ive been very satisfied. On each ocassion I appreciated the level of knowledge and highly competent work performed by the plumbers. I also appreciated being fully informed about their assessment of what was found. After hearing the various options of solutions available, they share the pros and cons of each and allow the customer to make the final choice.But what really motivated me to write a review was because of the courteousness and respect shown to me while each performed their task. The job of a plumber is messy and hard, but members of the Trust 1 Services team never act like it is a burden. In fact, every encounter Ive ever had with plumbers, and other representatives I speak with to make appointments, has been polite and courteous! On both ocassions plumbers sent to my home were also upbeat! They seem to love their work.Thats pretty remarkable. And so is the quality of service they provide. I think businesses that hire competent and knowledgeable people who are also naturally respectful to customers are worthy of 5 stars.

Incredible serviceI got home from work and had no heat. I checked my boiler and found a pipe leaking all the water out of it and called Trust 1 services at 5:30 PM and they scheduled a tech for the next morning at 8 AM. Anthony P was the technician who came and he gave me quotes for both the emergency repair and a couple of improvements that would help with my boiler efficiency. I opted for just the emergency repair for the moment and the quote was about half of what I was expecting. Anthony finished the repair in about 45 minutes and I had heat again. I would definitely recommend Trust 1 to anyone having a plumbing or HVAC issue they were affordable and punctual with there scheduling.(I called 2 other companies and was told it would be 3 days and 7 days wait before someone could get to me) during my heating emergency. Trust 1 is a great plumbing company. In the past, they have come to my home immediately after pipes burst and remedied the issue. Recently, the boiler for my home stopped working on the middle of a cold snap. Trust 1 replaced it, along with replacing a hot water heater, within a few days. Excellent service, reasonable prices and great products.

This review is slightly overdue but a couple of weeks ago my furnace just gave up. It was still pretty cold and we have a 2.5 year old and a 4 month old in the house so we cant just put a few extra blankets on and wait out the season. We spent the night without, then called several companies in the Dorchester area and nobody could come out that day until we called Trust 1. Matthew and Jeremiah (sp?) came out and took the problem on. We have an older furnace so I wasnt exactly hopeful. They were able to diagnose the problem within ~20 minutes and patch it up. Heat was on before my wife and kids got home. Its hard to articulate how thankful one can be after spending a night with an infant in the cold but the best I can do is 5 stars. Thanks guys! Will 100% call the next time we have an issue.

Thank you Trust 1 Services for fixing our heating problems. There is a great team of professionals at Trust1 Services. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly. Our old furnace stopped working and we called them, they scheduled a technician to come over to assess the situation. Nick Julian did a great job assessing the issues with our old furnace, and took time to explain clearly the options we had in order to make smart decision to get problems resolved. Johnathan Desimone and another technician installed new furnace next day. There was an issue with new unit and they came back next morning to fix it to ensure the system works as intended. Jose the manager stopped by to ensure customer satisfaction. We are enjoying our new energy efficient furnace, and it works very quietly as it makes less noise than what we had previously. I would definitely recommend Trust 1 Services to family and friends or anyone for their HVAC troubles.

We had a leaky tub and decided to call Trust1 who did a great job before installing a new AC condenser. Eric came by to take a look and thought it was just a cartridge issue (which Eric searched high and low for) but it ended up being the entire valve that needed replacing. Eric and his team were incredibly attentive, responsive and respectful of our home. There was a bit of unexpected extra work (like tile cutting) that had to be done and they cleaned up our bathroom and even sprayed simple green on the floor to remove dust! I would highly recommend Trust1 and Eric but will also call them to do any future plumbing work at our condo.

Great experience with Trust 1 and Anthony, my technician! I had a leak in my bathroom and called a number of plumbers but the earliest any of them could fit me in was four days later. I have explained that the issue was pretty urgent and I needed help the same or next day and they were all pretty useless. I finally lucked out with Trust 1, they were so understanding and accommodating. I was promised a visit that same day, and they explained the pricing and what I could expect. Anthony, my technician, called when he was on his way, and arrived in the promised timeframe. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was thorough in checking to make sure the issue was resolved and answered any questions I had. Couldnt be happier with him and Trust 1. Ill definitely call them before anyone else in the future.

Eric and John came to service my system and did an impeccable job. They called prior to their arrival and were punctual for their appointment. They were informative, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and went above and beyond to check my heating system in its entirety to make sure it was in good working condition. Upon servicing the system, they checked each and every thermostat to ensure that all zones were operational, and radiators were emitting heat. Prior to their departure, they discussed what they had done and gave me a review of their findings and recommendations. They left the worksite clean and free of debris. The second floor in my house was out of hot water. The shower completely didn’t have hot water and the sink was running very little hot water. I called Trust 1 yesterday to schedule a service for today. Two technicians did come as scheduled. The problem seemed to be a little more complicated than they expected it. It took them a little longer to figure out the reason and finally got the job done. It cost me $2335 dollars. The price was more than I expected. Anyway, Andrew and Noel were friendly technicians and very professional. They deserved a 5 star rating ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 🌟.

Had no heat after recent storm & my gas furnace got wet from flooding- my regular HVAC guy cant do that kind of work anymore so I made lots of calls.1st wonderful person I spoke with at Trust 1, was Jeannie in the office- she was helpful, listened & was Honest with me. I appreciated that.Sadly, there would be a delay in finding a same day technician but shed keep her eyes open.I kept looking...Definitely Nobody available same day Anywhere I called!Not too long later, Jeannie called back with upbeat news that Robby was available & would text me soon, which he did.He was lovely- he fixed what others thought might be a ruined furnace due to water submersion.He explained everything he did & more, even showing me parts he was drying, he didnt complain about my crawlspace, he was very thorough, he explained, as Jean did, their company was waiving their Service fees for Christmas time!I knew it wouldnt be cheap, but it was a fair price for time & effort-To get heat restored after the past horrible 48hrs i had, was Fantastic. I think I found my new HVAC Service!I could tell theyre honest & upfront- knowledgeable & friendly- Robby came prepared.I couldnt ask for more!Feeling Blessed tonight in a warm house.Highly Recommend!

I am beyond happy with this company! Highly recommend this company! After a very high carbon monoxide episode our boiler and hot water heater need to be replaced. Nick came and checked everything that needs to be done, did all the paper work while he was here, left to make sure he made it to the supply store to get what is needed for the job on Monday before they closed, and came back to get everything ready for installation next week. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions! Can’t wait to have the new system installed!

Hi! I found Trust one as I was wandering through my neighborhood in the south end of Boston and needed some plumbing services. They responded promptly and someone was out the next day to take a look at my issue. I needed a full boiler replacement and repair, so it took a few days to order the parts, but they were back to replace the boiler within a few days. They were clean, neat, showed up on time, and explained the issue very clearly and concisely. As for value, I don’t have any comparison, but I think a boiler replacement is a very expensive home repair, so I feel that it was priced appropriately. I highly recommend them!

The whole process was great. From the initial interaction with Kyle to Eric and his team on the installation. Because I have an oil heating system and wanted to convert to electric for my water tank, Trust 1 was able to provide all services under one shop which made it super convenient. Other shops I called were only able to perform one piece of the conversion and not the whole thing because it required different licenses and trade skills. Easy going process, straight forward, scheduled worked with a few days, very professional crew and installtion done within a few hours. Highly recommend.

They took time to listen and understand what I needed to be done and offered better alternatives which saved me money. They have financing available to the costumers you can get qualified in the spot. The whole replacement of my heating and cooling system and the installation of a tankless water heater was done in a day and a half. I barely notice they were working in the house the hole time.
