I can honestly say I am impressed. My 11-year-old water heater finally stopped working, and I found myself on a Friday afternoon without hot water. I called several local companies and received no response. When I finally did get in touch with one of them, they told me the earliest they could come was Tuesday! Then I called Joe Cardarelli, who picked up almost immediately. I told him my issue, and he had me send him a few photos of my water heater. Within 20 minutes (literally!), they were at my front door. After determining I would need a new water heater, they went to get one for me and came back replaced my broken one. The whole thing took maybe four hours tops, from my original phone call. Joe and Jim were not only speedy, but courteous and friendly. They left my house spotless and hauled away my old water heater with no trouble. I will definitely be reaching out to them again with any/all of my plumbing needs.

On March 5, 2017, due to the extreme cold weather, my heating pipes burst and required immediate repair. I contacted Joe Cardarelli in the early morning seeking urgent help. After he analyzed the situation in which was caused by a faulty thermostat. He replaced the broken thermostat and repaired the two burst spots on the heating pipes. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service. He is very knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. I felt that he saved my day. I recommend Joe if you are looking for someone with experience to fix your plumping and heating issues.

My 14 year old water heater started leaking rusty water from the bottom. I knew the moment had arrived that most homeowners dread, it was time to get my water heater replaced. I gave Cardarelli Plumbing a call. Joe responded right away, had me send some pictures of the heater over, gave me a price quote & said he could send someone out the next day to have it replaced.Sean & Jordan completed the installation. They were both very personable, professional & knowledgeable. They also made sure that my pets didnt try and escape while they were in and out of my basement, which I really appreciated. They had the water heater in within 2 hours and went on their way.No homeowner likes to replace their water heater, but these guys made the experience much more tolerable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues I come across.

I recently woke up to a burst water heater. I called Joe at 7:30 AM, he answered even though it was before business hours, and I had a new water heater fully installed by 11:00 AM. Joe installed a new boiler system for us and we were really happy with his work, weve already scheduled him for another job.We were working with the Mass Save program and Joe knew how to do all the paperwork and guide us through the process. He is really fast on text, and was able to schedule us for work right away even though it was right before Christmas. He finished the job a day early, and called later to make sure we were happy with it, and has been very quick to answer follow-up questions, even two months after he put it in.Were first-time homeowners, so its a big relief to now have a reliable plumber who we can quickly get in touch with when something goes wrong. Id definitely recommend him!

After 11 years, my hot water heater died. I sent a quote request via Yelp on Monday and I found Joe Cardarelli. I texted him a few photos of my current hot water heater and also scheduled a time to meet to get rid of my old hot water heater and bring in the new hot water heater. Scott and Jordan came with the new hot water heater on Wednesday. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about hot water heaters. UPDATE 11/30/2021: On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we found ourselves without heat or hot water. I caught Joe just as he was leaving for his own holiday weekend. He arrived within an hour after picking up all the parts he might need to fix our problem. In short order, he diagnosed the issue (too much sediment in the city water supply, swapped in a replacement filter and showed me how to remedy the issue if it came up again. Not just a great plumber; also a really good guy!___I first met Joe Cardarelli early this year, when he and his team installed a combo heat/hot water system in my house. The entire crew was polite, professional and tidy. What most impressed me was how thorough Joe, the owner, was at seeing the job through. He inspected the work and added a few final touches to ensure the installation was perfect. Joe and his crew have been back twice since then: once to install a new faucet, and again yesterday to fix a leaking bathtub faucet that was destroying the ceiling in the dining room. While he was here, he happily took care of a number of other small plumbing issues for us. Every single time, Joe has been prompt and responsive; he listens well and gives good advice; he is professional, capable, neat and thorough. If I could give him six stars, I would!

Ive just had a great experience with Joe Cardarelli and his team. Encountered what I figured was some form of block in my plumbing system, and wanted to get a professional in to take a look. Joe was upfront about scheduling, timing, and the work that would be required. While he was here, he kept me in the loop about what was happening and when, and the work was handled quickly and - perhaps just as importantly - scheduled to fit into my week. I had a new heat and hot water unit installed in my house recently. The owner of this company is the most professional plumber I have encountered. Nice new truck, clean clothes, all brand new tools and fittings laid out in organized boxes. He was on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. This is not a fly by night operation. Joe Cardarelli did an excellent job moving our radiator from one spot to another so we called him again to replace our drain pipe which had a crack in it. Both job he did was clean and quick. Right when he got into the house he started working on the job. Instead of pushing us to do other jobs like other plumber would do, he just gave us suggestion what needs to be done and if I ever need anything we can just called him. Other plumber out there will charge you just to go over your house to take a look whats the problem. Joe came by few times to look what need to be done with out even charging us. Mr. Cardarelli is a true professional. My new water heater install was seamless with no gimmicks, nor drama! He takes mobile payments for Millenials like us that prize convenience.Just enough small talk without getting nosy, which was totally appreciated. We needed part of our main line replaced because of a leaky saddle valve installed many years ago for our ice maker. The water supply had been off for two days going three days. We called Sunday evening not expecting to get a response until Monday morning. They called back that evening and recognizing the urgency of our situation scheduled a visit for 8am Monday morning. They arrived on time Monday morning, assessed the situation, gave us a fixed price, and proceeded to replace valve, a damaged section pipe, and even mounted a new ice maker filter that I had purchased. Everything was up and running within a few hours. Excellent job!

I called Cardarelli Plumbing this morning (Friday) as my kitchen sink was leaking. I picked these guys as they were recommended on the “Quincy is Everything” Facebook page. What a great call. There arrived within an hour of my calling, examined the situation, pointed out what was needed, went and got the parts and now at lunch time they are done and gone.Extraordinary service, clean and competent and very reasonable. I was dreading the experience as I didn’t have a plumber I knew and was afraid of being hosed (no pun intended). Now I have a keeper.

Joe came by to fix a leaky sink and ended up being hugely helpful with problems I was having with a recent new furnace installation (by a different plumber). There were a few simple problems with big consequences, and Joe straighten it out and explained the fixes. He also suggested replacing all 7 radiator steam valves (some not working, all were old). I was very happy with Joes work and confident in his skills. I will call Joe again!

Just had Joe and his team over again. Thought we were going to need a whole new boiler and were ready to spend $10K. Thankfully, we were just dealing with a leak and it was fixed in an hour. They also fixed some nasty clanging noises in our radiators.If I called in someone else they probably would have pushed me to put in a whole new system, but not these guys. Joe is awesome to his customers. Hes trustworthy and I love giving him my business.
