I bought a pool from Tom and Candi even though I lived 2 hours away because it was a lot less costly than in my town. A couple of hoses had leaks and we had difficulty putting everything together correctly. Not only did they help me over the phone multiple times, but they got in their car and drove 2 hours to help get the pool connections all put together correctly. They wouldnt take any pay for this. I find this to be an above and beyond customer service experience. They are good people with hearts of gold. I loved watching them work together, too! Dad and daughter team of the year! You just dont see service like this much anymore. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you!

Called and explained what our problem was and that my husband had passed away last week and that we had family coming in for his memorial service. They rearranged their schedule and had someone out here within an hour! Thank you for being caring and professional!

I had a commercial property sewer line backup at 4:30pm. Even though Geise was about to close, they went out of their way to get the line fixed so the businesses could remain open. Several were restaurants and couldnt serve food until it got fixed. Reliable, fair and all around great people. Highly recommend Geise Plumbing!

I had a sewer blockage which took them a week and a half to get to because of other obligations. Other plumbers could offer no better. The man who came was professional and took care of the problem, checking it repeatedly to be sure it was totally cleared. He also cleaned the shower and toilet which was a mess he did not make. Extraordinary! I wish I had gotten his name.
