My experience went very well. I called the office and spoke to a very nice lady who took all my info and the owner called me back the next day. I was scheduled for maintenance for my tankless water heater. The technician came on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He even took the time out to explain what he did and how everything works. I am super happy and I am going to schedule to have my waterline setup for my refrigerator. Climatech Services is now on my list of home contacts. Thank you so much!

Our technician Terry was great. He thoroughly explained the issue with our hi velocity system and suggested a solution to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Terry and Climatech.

This is a great company, I needed to get a true analysis and review my Heater/HVAC equipment.The owner Michael was a very professional, he came to my property and guided me on every step of the process.The quote was easy to read and understand, and their price was within my budget.He was on top of the installation, even though his technicians were very experienced and knowledgeable.The end result was far better than expected, all of the components were new and installed on a timely manner. They left the area cleaner than they found it. LOL.I used Climatech based on a referral from a coworker that told me her experienced and considering she was a single mother, gave me a lot of confidence that this company honored oll of its commitments.

Their team did an amazing job for us! Everything was done while I was at work for my 8-4 job and it only took a few days. That was even after a delay from sourcing parts that would work for our very old house. All of them were very nice and made sure to show us how everything works. They made everything incredibly easy by having all kinds of contractors on staff too.I really appreciate all of their work and would 100% recommend working with Climatech Services.

6 stars. ive been working with the basey family since starting my prudential real estate office 30 years ago. they have served many of my clients and all with 100% satisfaction (if i had received any negative reports from clients, i would have stopped referring climatech). they have never let us down. so of course, they have installed and continue to service hvac systems at my home also. products and service are beyond compare. truly rare in this day and age. call them, you wont regret it.
