    We had a main sewer line clog causing water to back up into the washing machine. Peter was sent over within 2 hours with Alex. They did a great job in removing the clog! Very professional and thorough service. Peter also sent a tech to examine the line with a camera. I would definitely recommend!

    Petr is simply amazing. I had two plumbers this morning who were unable to clear my kitchen line. Called Rooter as my third attempt to find someone who could get the job done. Petr was very knowledgeable and determined to break though the clog. He made a couple of passes and managed to get the snake to turn left about 45 feet into the line. Itā€™s not an easy task that far down the line and make that type of turn. He did it. Now the test replace the trap and run the water and no more back up, all cleared. What a relief that was on the last day of the year. Itā€™s great when you meet someone who takes great pride in what he does. Petr today was working with an apprentice, and that young man will learn a lot from his mentor. Thanks for making our day Petr.

    I had a slab leak and contacted several plumbers, but most didnā€™t know where to start. When I reached out to Roto-Rooter, Vinny promptly came out to assess the situation. He advised me to first have the leak detected by another company since they didnā€™t have the necessary detection equipment. Once the leak was located, Vinny returned with Mark, who did an outstanding job.Mark, in particular, was extremely professional. They efficiently removed the slab, repaired the leak, and left everything clean and tidy. They even went above and beyond by fixing the boiler in the boiler room. Iā€™m incredibly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

    We noticed water dripping from one of our high-hats last night and found that there a leak behind a toilet upstairs. Chris from Roto-Rooter came promptly at 8:30 this morning and was able to diagnose and fix our issue. Additionally, he cleared out clogs in our shower and sink.     The service I received to fix a clogged toilet was excellent. I had only a short wait for the technician to arrive. He cleaned out the drain thoroughly and tested the flusher to be sure that everything had passed through and that the bowl refilled completely. He gave me a tip to hold the flusher for a count of five to ensure that sufficient water was let in to properly flush the bowl.The technician was clear in his explanations and very courteous.     We had a very bad clog in our kitchen sink. The first plumber that we called was unable to fix the issue over two days of work and left our home an absolute mess!! We then decided to call Roto-Rooter. After calling them we had a wonderful technician (Youany) at our house within 45 minutes. Youany was FANTASTIC! He was professional, honest, and worked quickly to unclog our drain. Youany went above and beyond by making sure to keep our home clean as he worked and giving us advice on what we should do to prevent another clogged drain. Overall, our experience with Youany was WONDERFUL and we are grateful he was sent to us. We would definitely recommend Youany and Roto-Rooter.

    We had an issue with our septic tank on Christmas Day, and Matt from Rotorooter showed up in under an hour to fix it for us. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. He went the extra mile and checked our overflow tank to make sure water levels were normal. We plan on using them again for any plumbing issues and weā€™ll be asking for Matt!

    I cant speak highly enough of my recent experience with Rooter Router and the technician that arrived to my home (an emergency situation) on a very late Sunday afternoon! Neighbors tried to come to my rescue and pull from their resources to help but to avail. No one could believe I would be able to get someone on a weekend! Well, thanks to Google.... Rooter Router popped up with great reviews (which it what I depend on these days as a Senior+ looking for services). I was able to make an immediate appointment online and sure enough my request was responded to shortly after and I was informed to expect Michael within less than an hour. I couldnt believe it!Michael arrived promptly as promised and he was so very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his service call. He was able to diagnose my problem immediately and worked tirelessly and diligently to resolve the issue I was having.     Hi,Last night my parentā€™s home in Queens, NY suffered a large and disgusting overflow of sewage water in our basement. We found Roto-Rooter after desperately searching for a 24/7 or late night/immediate plumbing service. We called them and confirmed the technician to come to my parentā€™s home. The technician arrived 20ish mins later! I was sooooo impressed with the quickness of our technician, Pyi! He came ready to assess and help. Literally arrived like 20ish minutes after getting off the phone with Roto-Rooter.Pyi was very detailed and professional. He was very knowledgeable and provided us the relief we so desperately needed. He used his tools and snaked our pipes to discover baby wipes clogged our sewage line.     Marc was absolutely incredible. I had flooding in my basement and he fixed the source of the issue, staying late to clean up the water and ensure everything was taken care of. He had a water restoration specialist come in within an hour of arriving to assess damage and help me with mitigation services to prevent mold and ensure everything was fully dry. Obviously a terrible day and an awful situation to be in, but he was tireless, knowledgeable, and earned trust in the way he took care of it and guided me through it. Thankful to him for his help.

    Of course it is was weekend and our kitchen sink clogged. Roto rooter was able to help us. Genaro was very professional. It took him almost 2.5 hrs to fix it but he did it.I do want to add that it was expensive at almost $700k. Other than that, as of this morning, it is going well. They give 5 month guarantee and that is very good.

    The issue of toilet tank constantly leaking into toilet bowl... running water. Anthony arrived in short order ( non emergency) investigated the problem. He had to remove the tank and replace the tank drain, we is time consuming and messy.     I have had continuous issues with backups in downstairs toilet and shower. I had previous reps that made excuses not to go into crawl space to trap. They said it was a 2 man job etc. Others just snaked outside vent & moved on. Basically every 6 months I was out $600 to unclog toilet & shower. Today I had an outstanding friendly young man named Gennaro came to my house. Right after he entered he said this problem needs to be fixed once and for all. It was a breathe of fresh air that someone took the time out to see history of RotoRooter visits to my house. After snaking outside vent line he went under house to crawl space to clean trap by hand. He had to repeat a couple of times & would not rest until problem was diagnosed. Bottom line, problem solved & Gennaro was fantastic all the way around. Itā€™s a breathe of fresh air when someone goes the extra mile to correct a problem. Heā€™s definitely an asset to RotoRooter.

    Had my Basement flooded last Monday. Called Roto- Rooter within less than 45 Mins they were in front of my house with the whole team. They sent the cleaning, plumbing and Mitigation team right away. The whole process was done with such professionalism and efficiency! I couldnt say enough about the Mitigation team, specifically Nicholas Lattuga was such a gentleman, professional, knowledgeable, and good at what he does. He came prepared ready to do work but also made sure my family and I were ok. 4 days later my basement was free of water, dry. I will definitely recommend them 1000%

    Thank goodness for Roto-Rooter, our sewage pipe got clogged on 4th of July and water from our washing machine (and other parts of our house) backed up into our basement. I called local plumbers no one called back, called Roto-Rooter and they were there within 3 hours. Tavon - the plumber they sent was great, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it as expeditiously as possible. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned up after all was said and done. Then today, July 5th, two of their representatives stopped by to see if we had any water damage that we needed help cleaning up ....now THAT is service. Im going to call Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs, they really were there when NO ONE else was!!

    I was so impressed with Steve. He had an apprentice along on the job that he was training. He carefully explained everything he was going as well as detailing safety concerns. Showed why & the importance of each and what could happen if safety details were not followed. He was very thorough and also explained in detail the problem. My main line exterior to my home had multiple blockages. Definitely a sewer line issue. Sewage backing up into my shower and out of the exterior trap. Spent over two hours working to clear it and ensure everything was flowing as it should before finishing. Sending back another service division to camera the line and determine the status of the exterior sewer lines. My HOA may need to perform repair and/or maintenance to the sewer line system which is full of sludge. Based on findings with the camera inspection, I may be reimbursed for the fee I paid by my HOA.
