What a great experience. I called them on a SUNDAY morning at 9 AM. Evgeny was at my house by 10.30 with a new water heater and he finished installing everything by 12. Fast reliable and professional. It was a great experience considering it was a SUNDAY MORNING.

Have been using Eugene’s exceptional service for over 7 years now. Professional, reasonable and transparent prices that don’t break my wallet, not one incident of no show to the appointment like a lot of others are practicing, always proving practical advises that helped us save money at the moment and in the future as well. I usually dont write reviews, but when someone does the right thing, I have to return the favor. As many of you, I have my guards up when dealing with any plumber. After dealing with Eugene, Im happy to say that there is still good people out there. He is very responsive, and considerate when dealing with whatever work that needed to be done. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening before he did any work, which I really appreciated. IF you are just looking for cheap, dont waste his time. His rates, for the work he did, was fair. You will not be disappointed with his work,.

Called on Thursday and Evgeny was here on Friday. Replaced handle and spout in tub with new parts that he went out to purchase. Installed new shower head. Worked hard to get it right (as my shower is 20 years old) in a timely and friendly manner. Reasonably priced.

I wish I could give Eugene 100 Stars but I can’t. Where do I start? Best customer service ever. He even called to check in on me while he was at another job to let me know he will be there soon to get the task completed. We had a water heater go in our tenants apt and Eugene totally made this nightmare an ease. He came in at the best prices in the area, not to mention he trusted us from the start. He did not complicate the task or make me feel like it would be super difficult or impossible like others did. He did try to take advantage of us because we didn’t know much. He truly is awesome and helped with what could have been a bad day. I would recommend him not only for emergencies but for all you plumbing needs. Thanks Eugene!

Ive had many jobs done by H&A 2 showers, water heater, baseboard pipes repair (emergency service after 11PM) and more. H&A stands behind their work and will come back at their expense if anything needs to be corrected. They have fair prices and Ive spent thousands of dollars with them. And Im extremely grateful for the emergency service after 11PM. They didnt even price gouge me on this.

I needed to change my toilet. I had a new toilet and just needed to be installed so I called Eugene to install the new one. (Found him on Google)Eugune removed the old toilet and when I showed him the new toilet, I had the wrong size toilet! I was devastated. The old one got ripped out and the new one was the wrong size! I need a toilet!Eugene could have said Im sorry and just left because it was my fault. But he said lets go! He drove me to Home depot in his own car. We got the right one.Came back home and he went to work. Wow, this guy is full of energy. Very polite, respectful. He came early. Took care of the heavy lifting. He cleaned up after himself.He definitely went the extra mile and then some. Nice guy for sure. I highly recommend him.
