    Was really surprised how easy they made this job for me. Timing of the guys was well planned. Crane guy gets old a/c to ground. Another guy pulls up to recycle old machine, shortly after other guy arrives with new a/c. Absolutely no complaints. If I could go back and do again, I would.

    This company has been really good to us. I have used them to replace my hot water heater. I have used them to service my AC unit. I would recommend them for your needs.The techs have been nice, and polite. They have taken the time to answer questions and share the general knowledge of the job with us. They treat us as more than just a job. I know that if I have a problem they will be able to handle it. I also dont mind the dreaded phone call into them the receptionist has been most helpful. I really aint got nothing negative to say.

    Had Armer Corp come out to do some work for an outdoor plumbing leak. I had identified 3 areas where the leaks were coming from and the plumber Ben did a great job of getting the quote, parts, and work completed same day. He also was able to identify there was an additional leak underground. He had to call in Adam to come and finish as the work took over 6 hours to complete. Adam and Ben did a great job of identifying the issues and resolving them. They were great about being transparent about the repairs that they made and showing me the work they had done as well as going above and beyond by finding that they could repair a part instead of replacing the whole thing saving me money. The company was very responsive and helpful from start to finish and I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

    After consulting many plumbers about our issues, Armer Corporation was clearly the most honest and straight forward of the bunch. They worked with me when I had questions or concerns, and didnt try to bully us into more work just because we are in an older home.     We had a major water problem with the AC in the attic. We had had two different service calls for the problem from other companies, and it had only gotten worse. Armer Corp came out and fixed the problem and explained everything to us. We decided to replace our old AC and we went with Armer Corp. Adam the owner, walked us through the process and explained everything. He also did the installation which went smoothly. Adam and his assistants were very professional. The place was spotless when they left. He told me to call anytime if we had any questions. We would highly recommend them. They were wonderful.

    I got to meet Adam as a result of my home warranty company using his business to provide warranty service. I was having trouble with a leaky A/C unit in my home. Adam and his assistant responded fairly quickly, and were able to diagnose the problem promptly, and had to order a new drain pan. It was a unique size that required some extensive research to find a suitable replacement. Thankfully with Adams nearly 20 years of experience, he was able to track it down and get it installed only a few days later.It seemed things were completely fixed but the next day, the unit started to leak again. Adam immediately took responsibility for the issue, and came over within 24 hours and provided a couple of additional repairs to secure the tray and make it BETTER than originally designed. Adams expertise was invaluable in making sure an improperly designed unit, was fixed for the long term, instead of simply providing a quick fix.I especially appreciated Adams customer service attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to provide the customer with the best possible solution to a bad situation. He didnt even charge me for the additional parts he needed to make things better than new. I also am grateful for his honest service, and that he is teaching his apprentice the same skill set. They showed up on time, explained everything really well, and completed the work(replacing the water heater) to perfection. Glen even went out of his way to fix two pipes and only charged me a little bit of extra money. Very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again.

    One of my tenants called yesterday complaining of his ac not working. I thought o great the expense of a new ac is the last thing we need right now. Adam responded immediately and was able to get right out there. He was able to replace a minor part and get it up and running again on the spot for a small fee.     I have a home warranty that chooses which company comes out to service my A/C. I’ve had some really bad experiences but every time they have sent Armer Corp, it has been great. Both Greg and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And HONEST! I am amazed at the number of companies that are not honest and will try and take advantage of customers. You don’t have that problem if Armer is coming out to service your unit. They will get the job done and done right!

    I was referred to Amer Corp through my Home Warranty Service. After being disappointed with the service provided by the previous company AHS sent, I geared myself for another disappointment and expected to cancel my home warranty plan as I was under the impression American Home Shield (AHS) had no quality service providers. I was sadly mistaken and extremely surprised with the knowledge and professionalism provided by Robert at Amer Corp. Robert took the time to explain the problem and possible solution. He was professional, personable, and displayed a certain passion for his job. He even asked my Fiancé if we had other plumbing issues or concerns. Ive never experienced such great service from a plumbing company when paying out of pocket and truly did not expect this level of professionalism.I do need to add that Amer Corp has not done the work yet, but I am sure if the quality of their work is remotely close to their assessment, I am not worried. Either way, I will provide an update once the work is complete.

    Our Home warranty had assigned Armer Corp to come and fix our upstairs sink. I put in a request on a Friday night, Saturday afternoon the company reached out to me to schedule a time. The next available time was a Wednesday afternoon, Adam came by took a look at the faucet to why it was just dripping and barely any water coming out, right away he found the problem that cap to the sprout was clogged he cleaned that out and the water flowed like it was supposed to. I was excited that was fixed but I asked him that even with the levers turned off it still dripped which he noticed it was doing. He looked at the valve and noticed they were worn and even fixing that didnt work. Adam thought it was a better just to get new faucet. He was able to grab a new one and put everything back to how it was before . Everything was done in about an hour. Super nice and on time. Thank you Adam for getting our sink working again.

    The technicians from Armer Corporation were on time and fixed my AC in less than 2 hours. I was afraid I needed new units but they fixed the problem and the units work great and my house is cool again. Ive had other companies come out and tell me I had a refridgerant leak but they just added refridgerant and said I would need to replace my units next time they came out. The technicians from Armer added a leak sealant and dye. If the sealant doesnt work then the next time they come out they can trace the leak using the dye and repair the leak directly. They said my AC units looked good. This gave me confidence these guys are honest. I would highly recommend them!

    Its been awhile since this was completed, but we had an issue with our Kohler toilet that just kept running and wasnt flushing correctly. It took several visits. The first two times were by a less seasoned guy which resulted in probably who I think was the owner eventually resolving the problem. The part was on order and it was supposed to be a couple weeks but turned into over 3 weeks. And then once the part was in, it was the wrong part. Then the owner decided to order off Amazon to get the part faster. In the end, it all worked out.Our toilet got fixed - stopped running and flushes properly now. I would use Armer again. It just took way longer than I thought, but the owner made good on everything (I think his name was Adam).

    Adam needed to come out to my place to pinpoint where refrigerant was leaking from. It took a few visits but at each visit he was good at explaining why it was taking as long as it was, and was always conscientious of the final cost to me. He was also good about explaining the difference in what makes economic sense to him versus what makes economic sense to the home warranty company. In addition, he was prompt and polite. Id gladly have him come back to do any work on my AC unit (but hopefully not anytime soon...)

    The technician, Ryan Hetrick was amazing! He was polite, respectful and explained the process, never talking down to me or making me feel ignorant. The previous company that my Home Warrenty sent out had made some mistakes and aided to the failure of my unit. However the technician did not say anything negative about the previous service company, he only stated that it happens from time to time, he fixed the issue and the others that had developed. If the rest of the company is as respectful and great as this technician was, I would recommend this tech and company to friends and family. Thank you!

    Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon about 1:30. Inquired on Angies List and Erica called within 10 minutes. She scheduled us for the same day with 3-7 PM window. Text confirmation. Received another text at 4:30 that Glen was en route with his pic. Glen showed up within 20 minutes. Fantastic job. No mess, great price. Best overall experience I have ever had in over 40 years of homeownership. Ill never call anyone else.

Because we dont have the plumbing knowledge he does, he could have recommended repairs that werent actually needed, but he didnt. I called them at 7:30P and they arrived this morning at 7:30A. Diagnosed the capacitor had failed and had it swamped out within 30 minutes!     Trying to resolve the issue at this time... essentially broken line and it was a odd bend... but ended up with a hose clamped rubber ballon 6 lower then the original leak due to heat damage to pvc by service tech. He was nice and professional but i paid 310 for maybe a 20$ part due to a tech mistake with the plumbing.They promptly called me back and unfortunately the repair had failed the next morning, when I called they quickly came out and did a excellent repair... one that I know an inspector would pass... I would definitely work with them again. They applied the original repair cost to the perm fix and I gladly paid the difference even though they offered to fix it right at no cost... I told them I wasnt after free work just the right work...End of the day they did great work, prompt work and remained professional throughout the ordeal!!!So I gladly update to 5 stars
