Excellent experience from start to finish. The technician was available earlier than scheduled, Ann called and said they could come over in 15 minutes. The technician, Cameron, was personable, professional, and efficient. He replaced the hose bib with a more reliable ball valve style instead of a gate valve. The existing valve washer failed and it leaked out of the stem. The washer is replaceable, but I couldnt get it apart.Cameron not only replaced the part with an upgrade, he tested the water pressure and quality, and inspected the hot water heater and all of the sinks and toilets as well. He was done before the time he was originally scheduled.We now have our go-to plumbing company, I will always call them for anything I cant do myself. Five stars plus!

Superlative plumbers! Weve called Talbot Plumbing Services for whole-home water treatment systems for our prior and current homes, RO systems, water heaters, shower safety rails, and more, for more than10 years. Our latest experience was replacing a garbage disposal with a 3/4 HP unit with a removable gasket. The failure happened the weekend before Thanksgiving. Talbot Plumbing fit us in early the next Monday. We cant say enough good things about the professionalism, competence and caring shown by Trevor and Cameron, as well as all of this companys staff. They NEVER leave without asking if there is anything else they can do to help. They set the bar for excellent service very high, and work hard to exceed expectations with every encounter. He came out to fix a leak and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have used several plumbers since moving to Gilbert in 2014. I just recently decided to use Talbot Plumbing, after speaking to Trevor on the phone about reinstalling a kitchen sink that had fallen into the base underneath the sink. I had one plumber come to my home to give me an estimate to reinstall the sink. The plumber was very reluctant to reinstall the sink, suggesting a method that did not make sense to me, and recommended that I replace the sink. I called Trevor about the issue and Trevor immediately described what he would do to reinstall the sink. Trevor visited my home, reinstalled the sink and repaired a shower fixture that was not working well. After asking several questions, Trevor thought the shower problem was partly caused by very low water pressure. In a few quick seconds while he was looking at the faucets in the sinks just outside the shower, Trevor noticed a buildup of calcium on one of the faucets. Trevor spent several hours at our home addressing each issue. At one point, I found Trevor in the shower cleaning the floor to get the dirt off the floor that had come from his shoes when he took the booties off to get in the shower to repair the fixture. I have never had a plumber take the time, nor have the interest, in showing the degree of pride that Trevor takes in his work. When he was finished addressing the issues that we agreed he would correct, I saw Trevor going up and down the stairs into the garage, and back upstairs. After he did this several times I asked Trevor what he was doing. Trevor told me he tested the shower fixture and it was not working properly. Trevor spent close to an hour troubleshooting the fixture, saying at one point that the problem might require additional work. Several minutes after we had that conversation, Trevor explained to me he was able to correct the issue and that it should be okay, without having to do any additional work. I was super impressed by Trevors professional skill and knowledge to address several issues that needed attention. Trevor is able to explain issues in terms that are very easy to understand. He clearly is very interested in doing only the work that is necessary, and is very concerned about making the customer feel good about the service they have received. I have finally found the only plumber that I need so long as I live in Gilbert. My wife Sukanya and I are super happy with all the work that Trevor did. The kitchen sink workers perfectly, our water is very soft, our water pressure is way better than before, and the shower works the way it should. Thanks Trevor. The technicians came to check out a leak we had at our main water line as well as a drain from our water heater. They installed a pressure regulator due to our water pressure being higher than acceptable and a water heater drain line for proper drainage of our water heater. They was very professional and knowledgeable about their trade and showed excellent quality of workmanship as well as their attention to detail. The price was fair for the parts and labor. After their work was done they requested that I come do a walk through of what all they had done to show and explain everything. We are very impressed with these individuals and if any issues arise they will be the first that I call.

We had a slab leak that went undiagnosed by another company and had no hot water for almost 2 weeks. Trevor came out the very next day that he was contacted and had a diagnosis and plan for repair right away. He was even able to bypass the leak so we at least had hot water to our bathrooms until he was able to come back and make the permanent fix. He did such an amazing job. We had our water softener go out within two years of having the “builder grade” one installed. Called Talbots and will not call anybody else!! They handled everything for us from start to finish! We had Cameron install this new water softener and R/O system.Cameron who did the install was knowledgeable and very friendly, he gave us good direction after asking many questions about the house and how many people lived in it. Basically he built the new system around what we needed all in one day. It was very cool to see him and put it all together!After that we have had Alex coming to check in adjust the equipment and fill up salt accordingly. He’s always professional, funny and has a big smile whenever he shows up! We talk about everything from trucks to trips meanwhile he stays on task and makes sure that we are good to go. I trust them thoroughly with my house I’ve even been away from the house and had them service it for us!It’s nice just to hand over the reins of Plumbing to a great company with great people!! I reached out to the owner, Trevor, in my journey for quotes of installing a system and after we met up and discussed the process I knew my searching journey was over. So happy!! We had Talbot Plumbing Services drill holes for a soap dispenser and disposer switch along with installing a new Waterstone faucet. They did an excellent job! Professional beyond words. They are licensed and knowledgeable and I felt confident with Trevor from the moment they came in the house. You dont find many plumbers who will drill holes in the granite countertops so you dont have to get another company to do this. Highly recommend! We will use them in the future and will be recommending them to clients of Rustic Sinks here in the Phoenix valley.

Attempted to replace the toilet shut-off valve on my own since the flooring in my bathroom was recently redone and the valve was dripping/leaking. Was unable to get the brass crimp ring off and was looking for a local plumber. Did a search and found good reviews for Talbot Plumbing Services and decided to give them a try. Talked to Trevor who was able to come out within a few hours to do the replacement so I wouldnt have to leave my water main shut off. There was a service charge but not anywhere near as much as what the other guys that come all the way from Phoenix try to charge. Friendly, professional, quick and he did a clean job. I would definitely recommend!

Talbot was the fourth plumbing company I had called for my issue and they will be the last. Cameron and Alex arrived on time, they were very professional when discussing my issue, and they were very quick and clean with resolving the issue. They flushed my hot water heater, fixed a small issue with a toilet, performed a home water test, checked all showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and my water filtration system to make sure they were all performing well. They informed me on ways to make my water systems last longer and how to perform simple maintenence. They wore booties on their shoes in the house. After having our old water softener system go out on us in the early morning when I was getting ready for work, I contacted Talbot Plumbing Services. Trevor was extremely professional and assured me that there were no worries and that he would take care of this issue. Trevor was able to come out to our house replaced our system in the evening SAME DAY. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and went over everything with us from what exactly caused the problem to the cost of the replacement. I thought he was going to tell me he would have to come back another day to do the job but it was all taken care of that day. Trevor keeps all parts and equipment stocked to get the job done. Trevor was such a pleasure to work with - he is knowledgable, showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond our expectations.We had them come out for a few minor fixes for our gas plumbing but then found out our water softener was bad as well (apparently low water pressure when you have more than one faucet turned on at a time will indicate this) and should have been discovered in our inspection when we bought the house 4 months ago. Trevor was able to remove our old one and come back less than a week later to install a new one that is far superior to our previous one.We also had him install a new RO system that puts the good minerals back into the water - I am so grateful that Trevor was so knowledgeable and helped recommend these new appliances for us.We will only be calling Talbot for any of our plumbing needs in the future!

Not only was Cameron kind, helpful, professional, courteous, and exhibited qualities that are valued and appreciated. You will not find another team on this level. They are a dynamic duo. I wish I could give Talbot 10-stars for the fact that I had two gentlemen come out and install toilets at my house and take the old ones away. Cameron and Alex came out and got to work and the whole process was super efficient. There were also two small other issues I needed addressed, they got those figured out within minutes and fixed as well. Overall, both technicians were highly professional, courteous, efficient, and when the new toilets were installed, they even walked me through all three of them to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. I know I have future plumbing projects and I know I absolutely will call Talbot again.

Trevor was great! The Talbot team came out and helped us get our R/O system installed. They drilled and installed our spout in our new home and did a great job. Also it was more affordable to get them to drill vs our countertop installer. We are going to have them do the soft water next. I highly recommend going with these folks.

I just had Cameron out to our house to change our water filters and I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work he did! Not only did he do that job but he also checked out water, water softener, and flushed our hot water tank and spent the time to explain our water system and maintenance and making sure everyone was good before he left. Let me clarify....I havent used Talbot Plumbing BUT I WILL! I was out walking and my friend and I noticed a truck pulling over ahead of us. I’m not always excited to have strangers in my home, but he treated my home very respectfully and was aware that he was a guest in it. To start- as individuals and as a whole, the crew and staff are absolutely amazing, hard working, and beyond knowledgeable, in short an absolute joy to work with, legitimately. We were panicking a bit because the house we had just purchased is getting to the point where a lot went wrong all at once, and it seemed like each problem was urgent. We took a chance and propositioned this company to undertake this rather large restoration/repair/rehabilitation project on our behalf. The initial in-home visit we received was impressive by itself- we were sat down and presented with a visual guide with notations on each problem/area of interest along with a lot of explanation for each solution they felt was best (in terms we could understand) with multiple options on how to proceed with each mentioned item of interest. The stress levels of managing said project for us after that immediately lessened to a manageable degree. This alone is a good reason to consider this company for your needs- you’ll always know the what, why’s, and where’s and you’ll always have multiple options and price points to get what you need. Such a comprehensive and flexible service is hard to come by these days. The work itself? A+ is not a high enough “grade” to give them. These people are dedicated, hard working, and diligent. The craftsmanship and know-how that each crew member has is impressive and much appreciated. They are genuine in heart and have a “no stupid questions” attitude that made me really comfortable with troubleshooting and decision-making with everything that went on. Talbot had to rip out the bathroom, repair the leak and we had to redo the entire house with new flooring and floorboards.A total of three months to finally get the work done. Very stressful!Luckily, Talbot is fully bonded, owned the error and their insurance covered all the work.He owned the mistake. Covered with his insurance. Brought my wife a bottle of wine and some flowers and really felt terrible.So, all in all, tempers flared but life goes on and we all make mistakes. Trever arrived on time at 4:00 P.M. He tested our water and showed us what we already knew: that it is hard and full of chlorine. We knew we would be needing a soft water system and would want a reverse osmosis system before we ever moved in to this new home. We had already had two other soft water salesmen present their pitch. We went with Trever because of his patience in answering our every question, the thorough way he explained how the system works (complete with hand drawings), his honesty, and the fact that he is a licensed and bonded plumber, owner of his company, and not just a salesman. To our delight, Trever came equipped with everything he needed and installed the system the very same night. I cannot speak more highly of this hard working young man. Trever is personable, polite, organized, and a perfectionist about his work. I peeked into his truck and knew immediately that he takes great pride in his work. Everything in his truck has a specific spot. Right down to the box of booties! Trevers install could not have been more clean nor precise. He worked until finished at 10:00 P.M. He never seemed tired or like he was hurrying to finish up. Trever worked carefully and cheerfully until the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. He even asked if there was anything more he could do for us to make the job more perfect! His installation comes with a guarantee on parts and labor.
