Its hard to find a very skilled, attentive, punctual, reasonably priced contractor these days. Ivan is all of those and then some! His attention to detail is bar none! I had inquired with Ivan to do an alteration to the layout of our kitchenette. I wanted the the refrigerator to swap places with kitchen drawers and countertop. He had to cut into granite counter top and remove backsplash. The countertops cuts and shifting of the drawers look seamless. He also checked with us on whether we wanted cuts for access to the outlet where the refrigerator used to me, a detail I didn’t consider. Though that added more time to his work, he kept his very fair, flat rate. He cleaned up everything once his work was completed and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional looking cabinetry or wood work.

Ivan is a great handyman. He is 100 percent professional and competent at what he does. He is on time and his work is exceptional. I have been looking for someone as good as he is for a very long time. I am so thankful that I found someone that I can trust to be fair and do a great job. He does everything exactly the way you want him to. It is hard to find someone as skillful as Ivan. Thank you Ivan for doing such a wonderful job with everything at my house. You are amazing!

Ivan installed the lower cabinets for our bar. He was able to schedule us in just a few days and showed up exactly when he said he would. Ivan was prompt, courteous, detail oriented, and very reasonably priced. Most of all he did a great job.On the way out, he noticed that our front door was catching, so he fixed it just because it bothered him that someone did a substandard job installing it. I will hire Ivan to install the upper cabinets once the countertops are finished.

I found Ivan on Google and reached out to see if he can finally make my dream library come true. He came in on the same day, listened to our needs and created a sketch of the library. He also gave us exact measurements to purchase wood. We later arranged for him to come in to install the library. As a note, he accommodated our needs by coming in on the weekend as we are not available during the week. He arrived in on time, which scored extra brownie points in my book.
