Installing a new service and then forgetting who you are seems the way of businesses today. Not this company. I had what I thought was an issue with my filtration system. Bill came out to our house and checked out the system himself, located the problem, and fixed it for me. It was bacteria in the hot water heater and had nothing to do with the filtration system, but he fixed it anyway. This is the kind of company and people you want to be doing business with. They have my highest recommendation.

We had 2 separate jobs done by Certain Services and were both done quickly and solid. Corey installed a new water heater for us and the cost was average in our area. On a separate day we asked for Cody and he redid the plumbing under our kitchen sink and replace our rusting sink drain/strainer. He did it in just over an hour and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. He was pleasant and explained things in an easy to understand format. I will recommend Certain Services to others who need plumbing services.

Where do I even begin. What a great experience with a family owned local company. I originally had big name water companies coming out but decided to take a chance on a local company that had a much superior product. Kelly set up my appointments and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Trevor came out and spent time testing out our water and walked us through the products they offered being careful not to over sell us products we don’t need. There was absolutely no pressure in making a decision to “sign today or we can’t hold the price” like other competitors. Trevor gave us 60 days to think it over and we knew by the next day Certain was the company we wanted to work with. Brian came out to install our water softener and RO system and from start to finish worked with my wife and I to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and even suggested tips and tricks for us. Brian took his time and kept his work area clean. Brian walked me through every step of the processes making sure I knew exactly what was going on. I am absolutely blown away that there are still local small businesses that go above and beyond and treat you like family still. I will be a long time customer now and recommending all my friends/family. Well done Certain! You have restored my faith in what true customer service should be like.

We had a awesome experience with Certain water services, they installed a reverse osmosis system in our home. After living in Wisconsin with great water I was very disgusted with the salty Florida water. The Certain team changed that for me. I love my water, no more sulphuric smell and best of all it taste amazing. I feel great knowing I’m drinking clean water. It’s a game changer for me living in Florida. The team they sent Nick and Cody were professional and explained everything to us even in the 90 degree heat. We had our well pipe burst on Wednesday after 6pm, panicking I didn’t know who to call, I searched in the area and found Certain Services. The after hours answering service was quick and extremely easy to talk to. Knowing it was valentines Day and most people are out, I didn’t expect a call so quick from their technician. Brian was able to help me on the phone get my water turned off and told me his boots just needed tied and he would be right there. Shortly after, he showed up ready to work. It had already started to get dark so we knew time was limited. He was able find the issue, work fast, and unfortunately due to it being to dark he wasn’t able to finish that night. Thankfully he retuned first thing in the morning and fixed us right up! We are very impressed with his time, ability, and commitment to making sure this was taken care of and fast! If you need a service that has quality customer service, fair prices, and one of the best techs out in the field, I say give them a call because they made sure we were fully taken care of in an extremely vulnerable situation.

I was having trouble with my well system, the pump motor cycled several times after the water was turned on in the house. I called Certain plumbing as I have used them before but didnt expect a repairman until next week, not only did they send a repairman out right away but they sent the boss. Needless to say he knew what he was doing and repaired the system and did a few extra things to. The bill was very reasonable too.

Bill Certain did a very thorough job of testing our well water and explaining why a whole house reverse osmosis (RO) system was the best way to produce pure drinking water. Other companies just wanted to buy their water treatment systems, even if it left a lot of total dissolved solids in our water. We are so happy with our new RO system, and the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Bill Certain and his service and office teams! So hard in SW Florida to get a contractor to even call back. Certain Services was right there and came out when they said they would. Were on time. Fixed my irrigation pump. Was a simple fix. Even showed me how to do it myself in the future and gave me options for replacing the tank. The technition didnt try to upsell and get me to spend money. Gave me options and was excellent. Hard to find a company anymore that does the right thing. This company is the way to go for well pump needs. Very pleased.

Our well water was unusable. We had a water softener and aeration tank but the appliances, faucets and pipes were all corroded with minerals. The water was so salty that you could not even take a shower. We did some extensive research on water systems and had four companies give us estimate and tell us what we needed. Certain Services provided us with the most in-depth explanation of what the issues are with our well water and how it could be fixed. We decided to go with an entire home RO system. The system was installed by a very professional team that explained each component. They kept thing neat and tidy. They returned the following day to fix a few minor leaks. Our water is perfect. We are extremely happy with Certain Services and the water that we now have throughout our home. I highly recommend this company and the professionals that work there.

I have a very nice completely 100% custom built reverse osmosis filtration for my house in an area with very hard sulfuric water. I’ve had to make a few service calls just for maintenance but i had an issue with where my well draws from the ground out it my yard. The call I requested was given to a service tech named Joseph who has been here multiple times before. What i though whats going to be a huge job he made look SOOOO easy, like unreal how easy he made it look. He had it repaired an service in under 2 hours, and to top it off he held a conversation and was teaching me about my system well enough to keep me out there in the FL summer heat with him on my first day iff in over a week! So thats worth something alone! It was $400 but you get what you oay fir with this company. Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. I give this place a try 10 out of 10 across the board.

I feel bad that it took me so long to leave a review. I have been using Certain Water Services for years. When Mr Certain stops by to look at the problem and give an estimate you will be left with a good feeling. I always felt Bill gave me the best solution at a reasonable price to solve the problem. He just stayed on the problem at hand and never tried to up-sell me. I have used him to replace a well pump, install a new water softener and a new hot water tank. Give yourself a break and call an honest qualified person first!

Called that morning after my usual (3+ years!) company did not return my phone calls after more than 24 hours since I noticed the issue. Was told someone could come out Friday morning, at the latest, unless a tech became available before then. I was unsure what to do, so I agreed. To my surprise, I got a call at 3pm that a tech was available. I was relieved that, at last, someone was on their way to help! Cody arrived and went right to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of the property and most importantly, fixed my well leak. It started raining (of course), and he kept plugging along, making progress. He kept me in the know with what he was doing. After an hour, the parts were replaced, and an invoice was produced which was more than fair. I am overjoyed that I found a company (and a tech) that surprised me in a good way. I will be calling Certain Services if I need help again. I much appreciated their responsiveness. Thank you!

We had just bought our home and the second week our well pump failed. We were also interested in treating the water. We called Certain Services and they came out the next day. Jeremy came out amd was very informative and helpful. Being new to Florida we had no idea how bad the water can be. After a thorough water test we discovered that our well high has a very high salt content (which explained the white build up on the faucets). Jeremy gave us our options for fixing the water and we decided to go with a whole house R.O. system. 2 days later, Joe, Nick, and Cody arrived to install the system. All three guys were great! Nick arrived well within the two hour window and is not only an excellent technician, but took the time to answer all my questions about the system, explaining everything he was doing along the way. I never realized the ‘chemistry’ behind the water system. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to clean the large tank. I wrote a review a year ago, and still cannot believe how professional and dependable Bill and his staff are, so I thought Id do an edit. I called Bill when I had no water about a month ago, his team came out and quickly solved the problem, nothing I could have fixed myself... I called today, thinking maybe it was the same issue, and Bill trouble-shot my issue over the phone and gave me an easy fix (it was a separate issue, not even related to the previous service call). I am dumbfounded that this even happens in this day and age, I am not very knowledgeable about water systems and I appreciate that Bill is honest and really cares about giving his customers the best service. Six years now, and I wont do business with any other water company.Past review: I have been a customer of Certain Water Service for about 5 years now. I am always impressed with the quality of service that I receive. From emergencies to general maintenance, I always feel like my issue is being handled promptly and professionally. Wow! We called Bill to test our water because brownish gunk was coming out of the faucets and we were worried about reports of lead in Sarasota Countys water. Bill was very personable and professional and he tested our water and gave us the results, which we were expecting. We then decided to install a whole water softener and RO system and what a difference it has made! Not only was Joe, who came to install it, super professional, but our water tastes and looks clean and there is no more smell or gunk. Our skin and hair feel soft and clean. Wonderful and very affordable given what you get in return. Everyone living in Sarasota should consider getting this!

Certain Services installed our water system seven years ago. During those seven years we have had no major problems. We have had a few minor, normal wear and tear, issues that, with a phone call were dealt with at a very reasonable cost, usually the same day or the next. The technicians are great and are more than willing to answer any questions that you might have in language that you will understand no matter your skill level. I would advise anyone with a plumbing or water problem to call this company.

I am a very mechanically inclined person and I pride myself on doing my own repairs I spoke with the technician on the phone and he helped me diagnose the problem. A follow up to my previous review...Absolutely wonderful!I have lived in this house for almost 13 years. This was my first experience with a well water system. Up until recently Ive never had any problems, but Ive always had that fear. The first problem we had was a few months ago and I didnt know who to call. Luckily, I called Certain Services. It was almost 5pm on a Friday, but you sent someone out within an hour and we were back up and running within an hour after that. What a relief. This time, I knew who to call, but didnt know if I could count on having as good an experience the second time around. I did! It was around 7:30AM when I discovered we had no water. Your answering service picked up my call. A few minutes after that a technician called me back. He assured me someone would be out to my house that day, but since he was going into a meeting, he asked me to call the office at 8:00 when it opened. I did that, and again was assured someone would be at my house that day. By early afternoon the problem was solved very quickly. The technician, Nick, knew the exact cause of our problem and fixed it right away.I cant tell you how stressful it is to not have water, but I also have peace of mind now knowing who to call when a problem arises. I cant thank you all at Certain Services enough.******I cant thank you enough for the quick and expert service we received from your staff on Friday.My husband called me at work around 4:30pm on Friday and told me we had no water from any of our faucets. We had been having water pressure issues and our dishwasher wasnt working, but I was shocked to hear him say NO water. And it was close to 5pm on a Friday. I was in a panic. We have a home warranty, so I called them first, but, I was told that wells werent covered. I did a quick Facebook and internet search for recommended well contractors, but nothing looked right to me until I saw your website. It seemed to cover everything and didnt require me to make a diagnosis before calling.It was 4:45pm when I called and I was hoping you were still open. This is our go-to water treatment company. Most recently, we had the dreaded sulfur smell in our water and I found that our sulfur block was leaking. Two technicians were able to come that same afternoon, and they had us back on track quickly by replacing a piece that had gotten clogged and sanitizing the whole system. The water is back to smelling like nothing ever happened, and the bill was fair for a couple hours of work. We will be using them again if and when we need service on our equipment.

They have always done an outstanding job maintaining our well from system failures to adding water softeners for us and our house tenants. When we decided to move in full time and retire in our home in North Port, Florida the water quality was horrible with obnoxious. sulphuric odor and quality was terrible as our well showed signs of salinity levels, which were eating away at our faucets and water closets in our bathrooms.Certain water recommended a whole house RO SYSTEM to purify and rid the horrible smell of sulphur gas spewing from the water spickits. Although it was costly to put in, Bill the owner of Certain Water services gave us loyalty credits and reduced the price for installation by a fair discounted price.Well... needless to say we had it done and the water quality went from “sick and disqusting” to purely amazing and odor free. The water now is the same and in most cases better than the purified bottle water you buy to drink in stores.The installation crew was outstanding and they took the time to explain the workings and did a thorough outstanding job installing the system. Just had a whole house RO system put in and could not be more pleased. Took care of the smell and salt intrusion and replaced it with fresh good tasting water right out of the tap. Took a shower the next day and only had to lather up the wash cloth once as opposed to the 2 and three time that I previously had to. Did laundry and noticed I didn’t have to add vinegar to get rid of the funky smell in my laundry. Instillation was very professional, timely and informative. Joe explained the whole system and I took a video so we could remember everything if we had questions later. At approximately 5:15 pm I turned on the water and got nothing. I checked the well pump breaker and everything else I knew to do but without success. I called Certain Services and told them my dilemma. They said a technician would contact me soon. I was a little skeptical that we would get someone this late in the day. 15 minutes later I got a call from Joe Puga of Certain Services. He asked me to check a few things so I wouldn’t have to pay a service charge for something minor. There was still no water. He stated that he would be there shortly. At approximately 6:10 pm Joe showed up. He looked at a couple of things and then determined that the well pump needed replaced. He explained the process and the price. He also stated that in a few rare cases the pump is stuck and needs a special technician to drill it out which would be more money. He wanted to make sure I knew everything upfront. He started working on the pull the pump and 15 minutes into it he said the pump is not stuck so we were good. It started getting dark but Joe kept going to get the pump replaced. After he finished we began talking about a whole home reverse osmosis system. He described to me how my system would be replaced and how the equipment would fit. He gave me an estimate and everything.I am very happy with the incredible service we received from Certain Services. Joe is a valuable asset to this company and is not only professional and highly skilled he very friendly and very pleasant to speak with. Big kudos to Certain Services on a job “well” done!

Certain Services did an excellent job repairing and replacing what was needed for our water system following Hurricane Ian. We were scheduled a month out initially but as soon as there was an opening they called and moved up the date. Joe was our technician and he explained everything that was going on and what was needed to get our system running. He was quick and professional. He responded quickly to texts and calls, something you dont see much these days. I would recommend Certain for all of your water needs

I cannot say enough about the entire team from Certain Services. Moving into a new home only to find out you have salt water coming from your pipes can be an extremely frustrating realization. But everyone at certain services, from the always friendly receptionists, to the knowledgeable techs who are ready to teach you about every option, made the process much less painful. We shopped around for our whole home reverse osmosis system, but the service and care taken by the entire team is second to none. If you have any water troubles I couldn’t recommend them more. We finally have the freshest water coming into our home, and we cannot thank everyone at Certain Services enough for helping us along the way.

I have had several companies come out to service my well over the years and every one has recommended expensive repairs/upgrades that were unnecessary. The technician from Certain services was willing to spend time to educate me on how to maintain the equipment I have. I am so glad I called certain services inc. I have had 2 other companies come out to see why my aerator keeps over flowing. They kept changing the float switch which did not fix the problem. I’d wake up every other morning to a small lake in my yard. After calling certain services inc they come out one time and it’s been over a week and the problem has been repaired and only 1/3 of the cost of the other companies which did not find out the real reason it was overflowing. The tech ( CODY ) took the time to explain what the problem was as he was repairing it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CERTAIN SERVICES INC.

Class act company! So glad that we took the time to investigate a few companies and RO Systems. That being said Certain is definitely the #1 choice. From the 1st day when calling the office (Kellie) answered the phone set an appointment and kept the appointment showed up on time!Bill (Owner) came out tested our water and sat down and explained the findings and what was the only choice obviously with such high TDS also broke everything down so WE could understand exactly what we were getting. (Other companies just throw prices at you) He showed us the products and what it would look like outside also. (NO PRESSURE) You have a choice to maintain the system on your own or sign up for the monthly warranty & service program. Which for us was a no brainer to have them do it & very reasonable monthly price. (For what we are saving to eliminate bottle water alone covers the cost)After deciding YES we are going with this system, it was a little after 5pm (Kellie) answered again put us on the schedule right away told us guys will be here at 8:30am and that they were! Ready to work! Had the entire system up and making water by 5:30pm DONE! Gave me instructions on flushing the inside the next day and said 3 days you will have perfect water. Well yes we have perfect water AT EVERY FAUCET!!!I was outside saw a small leak coming from a pipe called office AGAIN (Kellie) answered my call said no problem ! Today showed up to fix it!!So if you are looking for PERFECT WATER definitely give CERTAIN SERVICES A CALL you will not be disappointed!
