When I contacted Babes regarding my water heater leak, their response was immediate. Michael came over and diagnosed the same afternoon. He gave me prices for their supplying the new heater or for my acquiring it myself. After doing my research, it became evident that the water meter I needed was old and, basically, unavailable.I called Babes to request they do the work and provide the new heater. Within a short length of time, Michael completed the work. He was very efficient, polite, respectful and did a great job.At the same, I had a cracked toilet and had it replaced also. A second repair person, Lucius, came with Michael. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one. He also did a great job. Both cleaned up all the dirt and debris, which was a first in my experience.I would recommend this company anytime. Robin answered my original call and contacted Michael that same day. What an excellent company Babes Plumbing is. We came home from being out of town for a few days and when I went to turn the water to the house back on the lever handle broke. We had no water. I had to have Babes come out to help with a plumbing issue in my new build home, on a moments notice, yesterday. Chuck called me back and was the kindest most helpful technician. He was honest about the cost I would pay per service and did not attempt to upsell anything. He knew I didn’t have a clue what to do myself and did not take advantage of that. This alone makes me a lifetime customer! He was very thorough in ensuring the problem was resolved and came fully prepared (not always the case with contractors.) He even cleaned up behind himself, left no trace! Thank you Babes. Should I have issues in the future, not only will I call you l, but I’ll request Chuck.

We have used this company for the past 20 years when it was McDonough Plumbing, now it is Babes...Excellent experience, Benjamin quickly contacted us after we called the answering service on a Saturday. Within a half an hour, he was at our house to fix a leak in the main water line leading to the house. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem and worked very hard and diligently to fix it, explaining things as he went along... if we have another problem I will definitely call Babes Plumbing and ask for Benjamin!

Chuck and his partner were all stars ⭐ ⭐, they arrived promptly at the very beginning of the schedule window and took a stressful situation and turned it right around and got our plumbing working strong in no time but also took the time to help educate me on the situation as well as using the pipe camera to not only make sure everything was clear and job was done right but gain information and mapping of the houses plumbing system for future reference should the need arise and they did all this in heat index of well over 100. I called Babes Plumbing when I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and efficient and Mike and Ty showed up within a couple hours. A new faucet was needed and new drainage pipe so work was set up. Josh and Ty came back out, installed the new faucet and drainage and all is well and the price was reasonable. Everyone I spoke to was polite and efficient and I would gladly refer anyone to Babes when they need work done.

We had a ceiling leak from plumbing that another plumbing company could not find. Upon calling the office, they were able to get a plumber over within 2 hours. He too, could not find the leak, but instead of giving up, notified the office, and they sent 2 more guys over to help find it. Together, all three of them worked together to replicate it and find the source. They did not give up, and were able to find it and repair it for a reasonable cost. They even texted me pictures of the faulty fitting and repair and were extremely professional. AMAZING customer service! I highly recommend them, and will use them for all my future plumbing issues! Steve came out, assessed our problem, deduced what the problem was, and fixed it. He got on the roof with his camera(pretty cool!) and saw where the pipe was plugged. He then got the rotor and cleaned out the drain. He kept us informed of everything he was doing, and triple checked to make sure our drain was working properly. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly. I would recommend this company anytime!

Called on a Saturday morning at 9:30. Craig came at about 11:20 and replaced a PVC cap that my irrigation company put on my unused main feed from the water meter. Cap cracked because you never screw a plastic cap onto a metal pipe. Pipe contracts on a cool night and expands on a hot day, whereby plastic cap cracked. Always call a plumber, don’t rely on your irrigation company.

Also charging time when your tech did not have wires hooked up correctly and trying to trouble shoot and sending me for batteries when the problem was that the tech hooked up power lines incorrectly is so wrong.So, fixed yes but brush up on handlung customers.

This was my first time using Babe’s Plumbing and I couldn’t be more pleased! My Plumbing technician Chuck Roberts was awesome! He did a fantastic job removing the old toilet and installing a new one. He was very friendly yet professional and cleaned everything up before he left. I originally only needed to have the bolts holding the top tank to the bowl but realized I needed to replace the whole thing. While he was removing the old toilet I went to Home Depot and bought a new one and brought it back to have him install it. I don’t normally leave anybody in my house while I’m out but I just had a feeling I could trust him and I was right. Thanks Chuck for a great job!!!!
