From the beginning from us getting a quote to them completing the job was quick and easy. Marc is very careful to insure he understands exactly what you want, and has great suggestions.     We used On Call Electric to install several ceiling fans and to move a ceiling lighting outlet to a better location. Scheduling was effortless. We were told by the owner that there would also be a check of our electrical box to be sure all was as it should be. That gave us peace of mind.Steven and Justin were prompt on the day of the installs. They went right to work and made sure to explain the operation of everything before leaving. They cleaned up all the boxes and even wiped down the table!We had a question the next day and it was no problem having them return to address it. Everyone was very professional, friendly and responsive, from the installers, office staff and the owners. We have another fan to install and when it comes time to do that along with any additional lighting, we will definitely contact On Call Electric!

    Good morning. I am writing this to offer my review “@On Call Electric Babcock Ranch, Ted and Mike.Brief background. I own a home built in the 80s. Unfortunately, do to so many storms and the insurance crisis in our state, I personally hae been canceled twice over the last several months as no one wants to insure homes built before 1990, unless you retrofit your home too 2023 code.Part of that code was my panel box needed to be moved to inside of home and replaced and all sockets and light switches were to upgrades to 2023 code.I hired an electrician over six weeks ago to handle this job for me. This past Monday, the eleventh of September, the electrician showed up and from there went downhill. I had to greet the two workmen as they did not come to my door. They were disheveled and one seemed intoxicated or hung over. Let’s jus say the experience was a nightmare.I was so upset. As mentioned been a trying several months keeping my home insured and spending now ten of thousands to retrofit my home that I was not willing to go a second further with said company.I went online and brought up all plumbers in my area, late Monday afternoon the 11th. Note still recovering from hurricane. Everyone I called had no availability to even quote me for several weeks. I was getting beside myself but kept calling the names.Eventually I came to On Call Babcock Ranch Electric. I believe I spoke to the owners wife. Hi do you have availability I ask? Yea, we can be at your home Tuesday the 12th at 0900. I then asked how long before work could be started? Immediately upon your approval.Please schedule me.Tuesday morning the men, Ted, Mike showed up and my home. Clean cut. Matching uniforms. Two trucks. Came to my door and introduced themselves. The good Ole fashion way I was brought up. In my world a handshake and introduction sets the stage.Now describing the scope of work needed on the phone was going to be near impossible. So I kept it brief. When the guys showed up however, I began. Some of the work from the previous company was haphazard, loose connections in the panel box to the point I had no working stove the night the first electrician left.From there, I needed all light fixtures, wall switches, ceiling fans, anything electric to have hands on and update.It is now Thursday, three days later and On Call Babcock Ranch electric has surpassed my expectations the point I could not wait to write this review before the final day of work is even complete.Ted and Mike are some of the most consummate professionals I have had the pleasure to have in my home. They are intelligent and know their trade! They are gracious, good listeners, important in determining the customers needs. They cleaned up after themselves at every step. Quite honestly although work it felt like having family do some work for me.I know this is a long review but in a world where many of is are crying for customer service and intergity, well this is the company.     On Call Electric Babcock Ranch Did a Fantastic Job of Installing this Siemens First Surge - Surge Protective Device. As we all know how many storms in Florida are produces each year. It is a great feeling knowing my home has a layer of protection from electrical surges. With the amount of money we all have in electronics in our home it is a small price to pay to protect them.
