One of the main things I look for in service is how much of an appreciation the provider has for the customer. With 4zero1, there is no pressure and no rush. Very friendly team. I Had my gutters power washed. Everything looks great. Luis came by to check on the work. Very friendly. Very easy to work with. Fair price. They have a variety of services. I have nothing but praise for 4zero1 painting and Luis Miranda. I had called them last year after having my windows replaced to paint the new trim and they were fantastic. Had them paint the kitchen cabinets while they were there and after a year they are holding up perfectly! This year they came back and did the exterior of my house, changing all the trim to white, prepping and painting the entire house, and cleaning up the mess after each day. It only took them a week and it looks fantastic!Not only does Luis stay in contact through the job, his guys are professional, taking great care of my property inside and out while they were working. I am a difficult customer, very detail oriented and I can tell you 4zero1 painting did not miss a beat!I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional and personal painting or power washing service. In my 52 years of home ownership, this was absolutely best company Ive ever worked with. They painted the entire interior of our 3-bedroom 1931 Dutch Colonial, which is loaded with beautiful period built-ins and loads of woodwork and there was nary a drop of paint where it shouldnt have been. They took special care with our fragile horsehair plaster. The crew was polite and careful of our belongings. I cant praise them enough. They do other work as well and we hope to have them build bespoke bookcases for us soon. Ill contact them first for any upcoming projects or repairs.

If your looking for a professional painting company that keeps there appointments punctual and walks you through the process and shows his concern if he sees something that may have been overlooked along the way, you are going to find nothing but integrity when he starts the job, from the walk through to the scheduling, to any unknown variables that arise during the process , they will address the issue with you and fairly accommodate your situation and finish in a timely manner. I have been in construction for over 30 years and have met a lot of contractors but not with the passion this company puts into each job. The owner Luis is a great guy and his team is very professional. Excellent communication from the time I got the quote to the completion of the work. His team painted 40 sections of fence with 2 coats of stain in only 2 days. I will be using this company for all future painting projects at my home.

Luis, the owner was great from quoting the job , scheduling & getting job done which came out beautifully. Very satisfied as they brightened up our living space which inclluded cathedral ceilings. They also repainted a small bathroom from very dark to very bright! Had a flood in our basement after the recent rainstorms and had to have a bunch of drywall, trim, and heating vents removed. After talking to a bunch of different contractors, we decided to go with 4 Zero 1 painting to help put everything back together. Luis and his crew were phenomenal. Very reasonable pricing, exquisite workmanship, and had great communication throughout the whole process which is much appreciated. Highly recommend, will definitely be using their services again at some point in the future for whatever other project might come up!
