Best electrician in CT. Family owned, father and sons, fully insured, licensed and bonded. I found Kevin Sloss through our contractor David Steeves who is also the best of the best of contractors. Kevin installed our generator, full hook up, wired our solar panels with thermal imaging to measure heat so our insurance company covered the panels. He then installed all of our outlets with usb plugs. Five stars, highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Sloss Electric. We have used them a few times now for various issues and found them to be reliable, thorough, honest and reasonably priced. Most recently we discovered a problem as a result of a bad thunderstorm. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and provided two options. While here, they identified a serious problem that required an EverSource intervention. They directed me on how to explain the issue to EverSource so they could understand the situation and make it a priority, which they did. Without their help, we could have had a serious problem. They also called later that day to see how we made out which was quite surprising and appreciated. They are the best and we will continue to recommend to any and all who need a skilled and honest electrician. Thank you Sloss Electric!

Kevin is amazing! I reached out to him, was able to send him pictures of my issue and he knew exactly what needed to be done. These guys are legitimate and I say that as a repeat customer for many years. From working on my house from small jobs, hookup for a generator, upgraded service to contracting them recently for a 11,000 sq foot commercial building renovation. Kevin Sloss and his team go above and beyond for their customers. Family owned, reasonably priced and excellent quality work and customer service (which you don’t find much these days) You won’t need any other electrician to fix anything after you hire them once.

Cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team - and the great work they did at hour home. In every room of the house - and high we had extensively renovated - Kevin talked through the lighting, the organization of switches and outlets - and brought up considerations and alternative we had not considered. Several times Kevin made adjustments and tweaks to light placement “just to make it right”. From car chargers, to in room speakers, to lighting, to alternative heating and energy solutions - Kevin and his team can do it all. This is a great family business. His name is on the trucks - and it shows in his work. We highly recommend Sloss for ANY electrical work you need to have done.
