TBH I have not had any service from Master BUT I’ve been trying to get quotes for a panel replacement and everyone else has been too busy, charges for an estimate or is exorbitantly priced. Tyler was super responsive, helpful and friendly and gave me the best quote I’ve heard yet. I’ll be sure to use them when the time comes.

Were super happy with Master Electric! We had our fuses upgraded to circuit breakers and we couldnt be happier. Our home inspector actually suggested them as a trusted contractor.We did our due diligence just in case and got several quotes from electricians in Saint Paul. Master Electric wasnt the absolute cheapest option, but Tyler was thorough, super patient and personable every time we dealt with him.This fuse box upgrade was required by our insurance so we were on kind of a time crunch. Tyler dealt with long calls to Xcel and got us onto their schedule for that as soon as he could.Jake was the electrician here doing the majority of the work for us, and he was one of the nicest contractors Ive dealt with. He did several full days of work on our house: the panel upgrade, updating outlets that needed GFCI, troubleshooting a dead outlet, installing a new floor outlet, etc.Weve got more projects we want to tackle in the future and I already know Ill be hiring them again.Thank you for the many hours you guys have already put into fixing our stuff!

Worked with Marshall on a fairly large electrical installation as part of a large project. I have had a lot of contractors in but none respond to emails so quickly, have been so flexible, and have been so efficent getting a project to completion with constantly shifting deadlines. Cant reccomend highly enough!

Master Electric is the BEST home-service company I’ve worked with. We’ve had many companies through the years as we’ve remodeled different homes. They were amazing at communication. They were very professional. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. They were honest, had integrity. They knew each item done in my house and charged me based on the correct materials and work done. I can’t speak highly enough of Tyler and Ryan and hope they get a raise! :) I highly recommend this company and want to thank them for having a high standard of customer service which is very rare these days.
