From the very first initial contact I had with them when my furnace went out to the very end, was beyond incredible!! Everyone was great. We got squeezed in right away to have Tim come look at the furnace, then Josh worked with us to make sure we got financed and was set. Brenda made sure we got in before the coldness hit. Dillion and Trent did a great job working together and getting the job done! And everyone that I spoke to at the office was great!! We were asked if we needed space heaters, if we were warm, etc. They will forever & always have my service and have been recommended to everyone in my family. Thank you to everyone at Town & Country for your dedication, hard work & kindness. ♥️

They do good work at a fair price. Have had a water heater and furnace installed this year by them. Both are working well and I expect them to last a long time. The service techs are friendly and easy to accommodate and the office personnel are always just a call away. They are usually able to dispatch a service tech quickly.

My whole experience with Town and Country Services was very good. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and was even contacted promptly when an earlier appointment became available. John came out and very quickly found and corrected a wiring problem at my furnace control board that was preventing my air conditioner from running. He was polite, courteous, and professional, and the price of the service call was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Brian and Todd were amazing! After getting quotes, I am so thankful we went with Town and Country. They moved all the plumbing for our laundry to the main floor from the basement, and switched plumbing for our sink/dishwasher to a different wall. They were so kind, professional, and certainly went above and beyond my expectations. We will call them for sure next time we have a plumbing need!

During 12 years, it has been a relief to know we have town and country nearby. the last event was amazing. our furnace was kicking on and off. after a thorough check and trying a few options, we decided to get a new furnace ( old one was very worn out) . our AC unit, had town and country repairing the 40 plus year unit almost every year. why not do both ? after an inspection and estimate was given all in 1 day. we said OK. my wife had saw where T and C sometimes had discounts for veterans.. the agent called up the boss on the phone. about an hour later, we had a discount that was unreal. the workers came here and started about 9 am. 3 of them were always busy until about 3 pm. they had taken the old furnace and old AC and installed new ones, and it was running in 6 hours. what a TERRIFIC job.. oh yes, a few of those heating system maintenance jobs took place in the middle of the night. what a relief to get heat at midnight in the middle of winter. ty town and country. im sure we will need you again, sometime... mr. and mrs. dennis galetti sr. ---seatonville,il.

Everyone that I’ve talked to or had come to my house is so nice and helpful. They showed up early! They also send a text with a picture of the person that is coming to your house, which I feel is amazing. Very informative about the service and what’s wrong. Again, and so nice! Highly recommend!

Michael Bradford stopped to drop of a filter . He didnt have the right one, so he checked my system, took pictures of setup, and , put the info into my account for future reference. He was a very pleasant and accommodating young man. It was my pleasure to invite him into my home. He will order the right type of filter, and contact me later. Really nice guy.

Last year we had our bathroom floor fixed by Greg Coble and in three months it was crooked again, toilet leaking and floor ruined. We finally called Town and Country and what a great job they did. The bathroom looks fabulous. We also had all our water pipes in the basement done and are extremely pleased with the job and the price. Today so many people rip you off on jobs but not Town and Country. Their expertise and friendliness are top notch. Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent communication, excellent service. Fixed A/C on a hot holiday weekend with no trouble. Labor prices reasonable. Refrigerant cost very high due to government mandated phasing out of R-22. Completely satisfied with Town & Country.

We worked with Joe from Princeton on a new furnace and central air system for our home. We replaced a 1993 furnace with a new, far more efficient system than what we did have. After comparing Natural Gas usage from last year to this year (and there being a +-3F difference) we have saved over 72% on fuel usage over the course of a week. Amazing efficiency. The installation crew was led by Derik who knocked it out of the park. Everything was straight and very clean when it was all said and done. I highly recommend Town & Country Services for anything related HVAC. A+++++++++

Called for my daughters boiler system, no heat. Called at 4pm and they were there by 4:30!! Carl was very professional, put on booties to prevent tracking in the house, very thorough, adjusted and looked over the whole system once the repair was made. Found the system was air-locked as well, causing poor heating in certain zones. Unbelievable difference!! Took the time to explain some system details to us as well. Just an A+ all the way around. And I love the text picture feature so you know who is coming. And we felt good about the price as well, not over-charged at all. Thanks again

Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this place. My mother-in-laws air conditioning stop working on, of course, one of the hottest days of the summer. Her health is not 100% percent and she was having a rough time in the heat. She called Town & Country Svcs. Joe came right out and inspected A/C unit. Recommended A/C and Furnace replacement. He also recommended she not stay in the house because of the heat. Because we live so far away, he recommended that she seek shelter at the local hotel. Joe was very professional, quick and compassionate. He replaced the A/C unit and Furnace that week. And my mother-in-law was very happy to be back in her nice cool house again. Thanks Joe and Town & Country for being there for us in our time of need!!

I called over the weekend since my heater (boiler) wasnt working. They called 7AM Monday and there was a serviceman here by 8:30 or so. He found the problem, a simple fix. He made sure it was working, checking all the pipes and wall units and baseboard unit. He also educated me about the parts of the boiler and how they functioned. Price was reasonable. I will use them again.
