    I woud definitely recommend 1-800-Plumber+Air. I had them fix leaking pipes on two occasions. Technician Mikel P. is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and polite. Work quality is excellent. Lou responds to calls very quickly and professionally.

    We had a washer box added and the gas line slightly redirected (for washer and dryer) as well as added a water line to the fridge in an inconvenient location.The whole team was very friendly and professional. Majesta was friendly and prompt when I reached out to them. And also sent multiple reminders for my appointments.Brian was very friendly and talked me through step by step of the process from the beginning to the end result. Brian’s work was very good and clean. He did a great job adding the washer box and repaired a small crack in the main pipe we had. He also did a quick patch on our one vent when he fed the water line near the duct. It was great that he brought those little things to our attention and they didn’t get overlooked just because it wasn’t part of the bigger job. On top of that he was able to quickly remedy them. Sorry for the little scope creep but it was very much appreciated!! Brian was also mindful of dust and drywall patching when making cuts, also appreciated since we chose to patch the drywall ourselves.I could go on because Brian gave us so many tips on what things to keep an eye on and even things to keep in mind when patching the wall.I would definitely recommend using them to anyone. They put care and thought into problem solving and coming up with solution that works for you.

    Brian worked in fixing a damage in the water pipe line and Water heater flushing. He is excellent in the courteous way he did his visit, work, understanding - everything was perfect.     Had my water heater replaced by Brian. He was the best. He arrived on time and was able to install in a timely manner. He cared about my health and practiced social distancing and followed cdc guidelines. He also was able to give me some great tips about the new water heater.     My sewer main developed blockages from tree roots growing into the pipe which caused backflow into the house, I called a plumbing company that charged to come out, charged to clear the block, charged to see what was causing the block and apparently a separate charge to see where the block was and a round about number for the estimate which could increase depending on the work. That was a no from me, i called 1800 plumber and air, got in contact with Brian, he was very informative and had a modern camera to show clear live footage of the block (this was instrumental in negotiating with home insurance). He was polite, communicative and had fair set pricing. it was a pretty big job which involved digging up the sewer main line 6 feet underground goimg through tree roots and the sidewalk. They did everything which was great i didnt have to co-ordinate multiple contractors. He did a complimentary check and pipe clearing between the 1st appointment and the scheduled start date to make sure everything was still working correctly so no sewer back flow into my house. Amazing service would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    Ive used 1800 Plumber twice in the last 4 months. I want to especially commend Brian on his excellent customer service. He explains in detail what needs to be done and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Also they are affordable and dont try to take advantage of you.     Best HVAC company in Mercer County. I had 2 other companies come out and try to find a leak in my utility room and failed. But when your company sent over Mr. Brian within in minutes he found the problem and replaced the old pipe. Since then no leaks. Wish I called from the beginning.     Cant say enough good things about my experience with 1-800-Plumber+Air.Great experience. Called another plumber never return call. I called 1-800-Plumber+Air told them the water tank was leaking they came out same morning same day of call.Brian explained everything so I understood the problem to be done I am almost 90 yrs Brian very professional did exceptional job and cleaned up. Work was first class.!!Kudos to you for your employee Brian. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Plumber+air.If you want excellent service do not call anyone else you will never call anyone else . You will be VERY pleased with service!!!!
