This is an outstanding company!They were prompt, professional, great installers and communicators and friendly!We thought there was an issue with the padding and the rushed over the next morning to fix it. The carpet installers did an excellent job on our rooms but we had some minor issues on the stairs. The installers corrected the minor issues and now it looks great. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they finished.I recommend Romanoff for carpet installation.

I had new carpet installed on 7/12/22 in three rooms in my home. Todd and Robert did the installation, and I couldnt be happier with their work. Great communication prior to the install and an accurate window for when they would arrive, plus they were very friendly and professional. The quality of their work is excellent, they got the job done quickly, and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived with no scuffs or damage to walls. Overall, Im very satisfied with Romanoff Renovations. 10/10, would use them again.

These guys were Great! Professional and Kind the whole way through! All the organizing was Top Notch! The 2 gentlemen that came out were EXCELLENT and paid close attention to every detail about our carpet and padding. Hauling away the old carpet an padding was super helpful. When they were done, our place was swept clean and vacuumed incredibly well, too. They did such a nice job that I recommend Romanoff Renovations for EVERY JOB! I am being serious....these guys were AWESOME!😇

We purchased carpet from a large local retailer. Romanoff Renovations was the contractor sent for the installation. From the initial contact to confirm our appointment to the final walk through on installation day, the employees were extremely professional.The crew that did the install were great communicators and efficient workers. A mix up at the carpet mill could have caused a major inconvenience. The issue was addressed by our installer, communicated to the retailer and a solution provided within minutes. This was my first interaction with Romanoff Renovations. I can definitely recommend them for carpet installation.

I had a 2 stage flooring installation job. the first part was sheet vinyl in bathroom, master closet and laundry. it was delayed a month from the first date they showed up since they had the wrong product and not enough. they prepped and then cleaned up well before they left. same crew came back and worked fast and did a good job. it was the retailers error about the product that came out first delivery.2nd stage was just finished today, 5 rooms if carpet installed. a little less impressed. the carpet looks good but they left dirt on the vinyl floors and the couch that i had to clean up behind them. also cable cords that they taped to windows were left behind. i will be calling tomorrow to have them back, they put all the doors back on that they took off but the sliding closet door was not rehung correctly and wont open. small things but they seemed rushed and in a hurry to leave.

Wouldnt move my refrigerator back because of wheel problems. I fixed the problem while they were installing but they still wouldnt move it back. They said they wouldnt do anything that wasnt on the invoice. I paid extra to have my fridge moved. It was on the invoice. They just wanted to get to their next job.
