Our system was installed by Two Sons over 15 years ago and on the last inspection, an issue was noted and one of the owners himself, Ray, came out and fixed the issue the next week. He was friendly, personable and a Blessing in many ways. Integrity is not dead! Business done right! What a great company to work with.

One of their inspectors overlooked an issue on a previous inspection. When it came to our attention in a later inspection, the owner Ray went above and beyond in making up for it. My septic system works great now, and I cant thank Ray and his team enough!

In August, 2022, I started doing business with Two Sons Environmental Services. My scheduled aerobic system inspections started then and would continue every four (4) months. Ms. Tanya Moritz came to my residence on December 28, 2022 and April 18, 2023 to perform the inspections. During the inspections at my residence Ms. Moritz answered all of my questions as well as advising me on how parts of the aerobic system function. Additionally, Ms. Moritz told me what to look for in one of the tanks and about the air pump to prevent future problems. Ms. Moritz’ work ethic speaks for itself. She performed the scheduled inspections in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism. She was courteous, knowledgeable and will play a crucial role in your company’s success.By way of this commendation, I wanted to make you aware of Ms. Moritz’ spectacular job performance, and hope that you will speak to her personally regarding her conduct.

I have been a customer for over 10-years. It is very rare that an issue arises; however, when one did, the Service Team was VERY quick to respond (a few hours), diagnosed the issue, completely informed me of not only the issue, but all available options. They went over-and-beyond what was asked, and followed-up to ensure that everything was met to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

I moved into my new home in March. this was the first time i have ever had a septic system and had no idea what did what. Gus was my technician and was incredibly helpful in explaining not only the entire process of the septic but also explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for. even showed me how to troubleshoot the entire system. the communication from them is fantastic as well. as long as i have septic they will be the only folks i deal with.

I have had many problems with my septic , I have had 3 different systems installed and problem with all 3 . I even had septic Engineers look at it , most of them wanted me to spend more money , which I did as long as it fixed it but nothing worked, after many years of changing and spending , Including researching on the internet and calling the County , and calling many companys . Two Sons were the only ones to respond quickly and have a remedy to fix my problems. Not only did they fix it , They did it at a reasonable rate. Out of many septic companies that seemed to be nothing more than a money Pit and not in any hurry to come out .2 sons , did everything they said they would ,They are the only septic company I recommend
