    I had a fantastic experience with Rodio Luxury! I initially called to inquire about a gas test required for our foster care agency, and Amber was incredibly sweet and helpful on the phone. She not only explained the process and the pricing but also mentioned that the owner generously offered to do the service free of charge.The very next morning, their head plumber, Larry, arrived to complete the job. He was extremely polite, communicative, and professional. Larry explained everything he was doing, gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and even identified a leak on the center point side, ensuring I could address it properly.Overall, the service was exceptional from start to finish, and I highly recommend Rodio Luxury for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail!

    Went out of town and came home to low hot water pressure. Looked on my neighborhood app, and noticed others with the same issue and it was mentioned that my tankless system probably needed flushing. Telephoned two companies and Rodio - Mr. Larry, answered and it was after 6 pm and I was freaking out, lol, he sent a nice man named Chris the next day and my pressure is the best it’s been in a while.     I called Genesis Plumbing Repair LLC and they are AWESOME!Even though his Monday is slammed, he was going to get me in, but gave me something to try to see if I can get my kitchen sink to unclog and it worked!They solved my problem without having to come out and I love that!     A pipe burst in my attic and I called everyone, but everyone was couldn’t come until the next morning. Genesis Plumbing responded to call and immediately sent out a technician. The technician came in and diagnosed the problem and went to work. He was very affordable and professional. He didn’t try to make extra he showed us the problem and explained what needed to be done. We are very pleased and we have found our new plumber. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

    We first used Larry for an emergency pipe repair during the freeze last Christmas. Larry responded within a few hours of the initial call. Other plumbers wouldnt even pick up their phones. We just used Larry for some follow up work outside and also to clean up a rats nest of piping under the kitchen sink. Again, prompt response, extremely professional service, and the quality of work is beyond reproach. Everyone needs a plumber at some point or another. Larrys number (Genesis Plumbing) is the number you should keep stored in your phone. You wont be disappointed if you hire him.

    Called Genesis plumbing for a kitchen sink drain clog and they were able to come out the same day. Larry and Joe showed up, very professional and worked on my drain clog and got it unclogged within 20 minutes. I had asked Larry if they would be able to install outside water to my front yard and he took the time to go into my attic to see what lines were already ran and gave me a quote right there on the spot, Im hoping to have them out soon to install this for me. Knowing their service is 24 hrs is a relief for those emergencies that can always unexpectantly happen! Highly recommend this company.

    Had a pipe burst yesterday and was referred to Larry from a plumber we used when all hell broke loose in last years cold snap. He had a GREAT Tech named Chris out that very evening, fixed us up in a very short period of time. Hard to find a good, reputable, trustworthy, friendly company in this space anymore but I can tell you without a doubt that Genesis is exactly that…awesome company Larry.     Chris showed up on a Sunday after we had an emergency drain issue in my kitchen. He was very kind and worked very hard to find the problem. Once the issue was found, he worked diligently to fix it. He even found where I was having a completely different issue under my sink and offered to come back to fix it. I needed the main problem solved at that time, so I wanted to schedule a time for him to come back out. He explained what all he was doing and answered every question I had! Larry, the owner, was very understanding and kind as well. If you need some plumbing work done on short notice or in general, this is the company to call! Theyre in my contact list for sure!!     My kitchen sink wouldnt drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy!Theyre also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! Its very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. Theyll definitely be my go-to in the future!

Larry also brought his electrician to install some hanging pendant lights that I inquired about after I discovered that Genesis Plumbing also has a licensed electrician on staff as well.I highly recommend using Genesis Plumbing for all of your plumbing and electrical projects.

    They responded very quickly, assesed the issue, cleared the line, provided me with next steps (septic tank cleaning) and offered to come back and clear the line after.     Chris from Genesis came out to repair the faucets and lines on our washer and damage to our sink faucet after the freeze.     Genesis responded quickly to a sewer backup. The plumber quickly determined the blockage was caused be Comcast underground cable installers drilling through my sewer line and blocking it causing the backup. Thanks to Genesis, Comcast immediately dug to clear the blockage and install new drain pipe. Thanks to the quick and professional work of Genesis plumbers, we were only out sewer use for a day. Genesis plumbing is the best.

    I called Larry about noticing a leak in my water heater and told him it looked in pretty bad shape. He said, I will be there in 30 minutes. I couldnt even believe he was going to come take a look in that short amount of time after calling him. Sure enough, Larry came to the rescue, looked at my water heater, gave me a quick estimate and told me he was going to do the best job possible. After I agreed on his quote he said, I can will actually do it today, because I think your water heater looks that bad and I want to help you out and take care of you.A few hours later, he came with a new water heater, installed it with his crew within 2 hours and it was all done! if youre thinking about hiring someone to help you with a water heater or plumbing, look no further.     Sewer backed up at 0245. Called Genesis at 0900 and they sent a technician a 1330. Technician determined the sewer was compromised close to a cut line Comcast had burrowed in new cable. The technician confided that Comcast installers had drilled through many sewer lines during their installations of Internet cabling. Thanks to the Genesis technician, Comcast has confirmed they will dig and repair the sewer line. Thanks Geness for prompt and professional service.

    Weve had Larry and his team out a couple times and each time theyve been nothing but professional. We had them out yesterday, as our kitchen sink was backed up. Larry communicated the time frame throughout the day. He gave me a call about 90 minutes out from when his guy would arrive and another about 20 minutes out! His plumber was friendly and courteous. He explained the repair to me and offered tips to help us avoid this same problem in the future. He left our house and you wouldnt be able to tell any work was done in our kitchen, as he left his work area spotless! Larry gave me a buzz at the end of the appointment and offered further services to ensure there was no underlying issues.Great service from a great team!

    Called Genesis @ 6:23 pm two days before Christmas. After a brief description of the problem, Larry agreed to work me into his long list of service calls for the night. He showed up within an hour and quickly performed a temporary repair to get my water service working again. Very competent, professional, and courteous young man. Very highly recommended.

    Called Genesis to come out and give us a repipe quote. House is 44 years old and had ancient Galvanized pipe. Larry and Nathan came out that same day, provided a reasonable quote and advised the project would take about a week or so. Day of install comes, they were here at 9am and immediately got to work. They took care to only cut the drywall that was ABSOLUTELY needed so there wasn’t additional drywall repair. They showed up in force with 5 guys and had the whole project completed in 2 days!!! The work was amazing. Would highly recommend talking to them for any of your plumbing needs. Now we know what real water pressure is!! Lol.

    We had an emergency situation with our sprinkler system back flow cracking due to the cold weather, creating a nice fountain in our yard. Response was quick and fit us in to their schedule on Christmas Eve! Wonderful service and got us patched up so we could have our water back on in the house.
