I have been working with Groza for the past year and a half on my farmhouse project in Fort Pierce. They assisted me throughout the lengthy permitting process, keeping me informed about timelines and updates at every step.Faced with the challenge of meeting my construction loans maturity date, Groza remained focused and guided me through necessary revisions to ensure we met the deadline.Like any long-term project, there were unexpected challenges, but the Groza team was always friendly and supportive, helping me navigate county requirements and any amendments we needed. It has truly been a pleasure working with the Groza team.

Overall, Groza Builders did an excellent job building our retirement home. Throughout the build process Briana, Groza’s Building coordinator, did a phenomenal job communicating with us on milestones and any issues that inevitably arose during the build. She handled every situation with professionalism and replied to inquires within 24 hrs without fail.We had various issues at the end of the build, as we completed the home right before Thanksgiving. Some of the subcontractors had to be recalled out to the house a few times to fix cosmetic issues like trim and paint, but the team (Ronnie, Briana etc.) at Groza ensured that every warranty issue brought up, no matter how small, was fixed. We are Happy and Blessed to be in our new home!!!

Building my home during a pandemic was very difficult at times but in the end I received the home of my dreams and I am happy with the quality of my home. There were/are some issues with the kitchen cabinets and there’s really no way of fixing it unless it was done right the first time so I suggest if you build with them make sure you inspect each and every cabinet while they’re being hung and if there’s an issue address immediately because even though I feel Groza was willing to fix the issue, there was no way to fix it so I’m stuck now with mismatching cabinet sizes and even though no one can really tell unless I point it out, I can tell so that’s the most disappointing thing about my new home but I’ve lived in it for the last 4 days and so far I’m in love with it overall.Leandra over at Groza is amazing!!! Seriously could not have gone through the last year without her help and assistance! She kept me somewhat sane and always was responsive and very helpful. From what I gather no matter what builder you choose there will always be issues and with this builder there were a lot of issues but everytime I brought them up they were addressed and fixed so at least they did that. My home is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Overall my experience is probably a 3 but I give them a 4 because of LeAndra and the assistance she provided hands down best employee of that whole company!!!

I am a Realtor in the Jupiter area - just yesterday showed a home built by Groza. I was extremely impressed with the level of craftsmanship. Everything was square, tight caulk lines, well-edged paint, good materials used for flooring and countertops. Bathrooms were tastefully finished, with elegant choices for vanity and shower doors. Having come from some other new construction homes that left much to be desired in terms of the little things, this was refreshing to see! 5 out of 5 stars, easy.

Everyone at Groza was very responsive to our needs and wants. E-Mails / phone calls were replied to, to the best of everyone’s ability. We were never left hanging. Covid put a wrench in some of the process but everything worked out. A shout out to Briana Williams our Customer Coordinator and Ronnie, who was over our build, you were awesome and never let us down.Groza builds a WELL BUILT HOME. Highly Recommended. My experience with Groza was generally excellent. The people are great and the product - home -- is wonderful quality. So far, it is everything I was expecting and a little more. I would rate the home construction an A. On another note, I would rate the yard C, at best. The sod not level, at all. Will take couple years to level out. Please dont go into a build situation without experience. There are hundreds of decisions to be made and the owner/buyer needs to be on their toes to achieve the greatest benefits of this wonderful opportunity.

I recently bought a beautiful new home from Groza. The level of craftsmanship is unparalleled. They also stand by their product as well, the staff has been very attentive and helpful with my inquiries. I would also like to recognize their superintendent Tom for coming out and assisting me with a couple of items in the home. If youre considering buying a Groza home, I would recommend it.

We visited their model home/office and Sheena was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and by far was the best of the four builders in the area we visited that day. The quality of the construction and the interior finishes were much better than the competition in the area, while the prices were not that much different.

This is a family oriented business, which means there is a sense of caring not just plain business, or at least that was my perception. Everyone was gracious , professional, classy, good quality work which explains why sometimes things can appear a bit costly. Nothing is wrong with that classy&good quality work requires dedication&money.Having said that, Im extremely pleased with my home & i would gladly recommend this builder& the entire team whom i have grown to cherish dearly.

Groza was the only builders willing and able to take on the task of rebuilding our home after our house fire.Our home was completed in 2016 and I enjoyed the adventure of picking out my interior and exterior components. (even though I drove the staff half crazy) All my modifications were done per my request.I can call them and ask about contractors that worked on my home, 5 years later and will get a courteous and prompt response. It was a pleasure working with the office staff and knowledgeable contractors.We are still in love with our home today as I was the first day we moved in.

Groza Builders built a home for us. It was partly a Groza floorplan with many changes. They were very easy to work with even though we were 1500 miles away. When it was completed anything that needed attention was taken care of promptly. Very happy with Groza Builders.
