    LBU is a great store to purchase lighting and fans. We purchased seven fans and island pendants. They were fairly price and professional. Todd, the manager of the Port St Lucie store, went out of his way to help us find what we had in mind.

    Angel, I want to tell you how pleased Tom and Connie are with the level of service you are providing with their lighting for the new home. We were all excited to go find out what you had found in your extra due diligence for their living room, and it was perfect. After their closing, we will get an electrician to install things, and we will be sure to take pictures and send them to you for your scrapbook of happy customers.

    Need a special light bulb? LBU is the best! They can order just about any kind of light bulb needed. Their display of various lighting & chandelier options is awesome. They even have other decor such as mirrors & artwork.

    My hubby and I purchased lighting for our new home a few months ago. This review is long overdue. I believe the sales associates name was Dave. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient and answered every question we had. We were there for a few hours and he never got frustrated with us as we were very indecisive throughout. His suggestions were truly appreciated. He made the overall experience a very positive one. We are pleased with the service and the lighting choices. We even commended the stores immaculate upkeep and enormous showroom options.

    Since my review below LBU manager Keith contacted me and has fixed the problem stated below. I greatly appreciate him following through. The new fixture looks good. Hopefully, it stays levelRecently I purchased 8 fixtures from LBU. Dave Lockwood was my salesman. Hired one of the electricians they recommended to hang them. After 3 weeks the dinning room fixture started to sag . The rope used was not holding. Called electrician back . Said there was a problem with fixture. He called Dave and said they would replace it. Then radio silence. Don’t respond to text or voicemail. I have sent them neighbors yet still no reply. I will stop sending them clients and they can forget the outdoor lighting project. There word means nothing.

    Michael Civin the owner and the entire staff at Light Bulbs Unlimited are always there to help you in everyway. They are quick and competent. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Excellent store with amazing customer service. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. The owner spent 20 minutes going through product catalogs and calling different manufacturers to find a particular accessory that I needed. After all that, he ordered the part for me without accepting prepayment. I ended up getting the part 2 days later. Based on what other stores and Amazon was selling the part for I figured LBU made about $5 profit after shipping and handling. They went so far out of their way to help me find what I needed. That is the kind of customer service that is in really short supply at most businesses and it the the reason I will always and only recommend LBU.

    I went in to buy light fixtures. Low and behold the guy said I didnt need new fixtures I needed new light bulbs. Now mind you the bulbs were not cheap but vastly less than new fixtures. I brought them home installed in current fixtures and literally a different in night and day. Also I would have needed an electrician to install the fixtures. So for me this was a wining situation for me. They could have sold me the fixtures for several hundred dollars, instead of 10 light bulbs. Will definitely do business with them again. The show room was emaculate.

    I needed petite blunt tip incandescent 25 & 40 watt bulbs for my tart (wax) burner and oil warmer and Mark the owner of this store was awesome with his knowledge and help. This place has everything light bulbs you need and can no longer get. Support this local business!

    Lighting for every occasion. Staffed by two very helpful knowledgeable guys.While I was concerned if they could repair my lamp within two weeks, they rewired it right before my eyes for half of what I expected to pay. Check out this beautiful store!

    The staff is wonderful and helped me redo the lighting throughout my house. Advice was given on types of bulbs, color, and watts. They have a huge selection of fixtures and chandeliers that can be ordered in different sizes and colors.
