Great experience. We had our electric panels upgraded so that we could use a 12000/9500 watt back up generator. Yardiel was always on time and fully explained the process. He gave us a detail quote which we thought was very reasonable and he never went over that quote, even though he and his crew spent 10 hours to complete the job, including inspection from FPL. We would give him 10 stars if we could. The communications were superb. We would wholeheartedly recommend New Dimensional Electric Service.

I contacted this company after reading many positive posts about his work. Let’s start from the beginning. He stated that he would be at my house on the day of the appointment in which he showed up early at 7:45. That’s already a plus. Then he listened to my concerns and helped me decide on which way to go with my electrical needs. He had a computer program which precisely gave him suggested prices for the work to be done including the permit. He did quality work, left everything super clean and did everything with a smile on his face. He is definitely the man that you want on the job from the smallest to the biggest project. I also have visited places where he claims did work at commercial locations and again his work is impeccable. He is now my only electrician that I keep on speed dial. I contacted New Demension Electrical Service to service my 12000watt portable generator. When Yardiel arrived, he suggested I do a few things first before servicing the generator and did not charge for the trip. However, he noticed our home had a home surge protector and strongly suggested we get a surge protector for the air compressor as well to be fully protected. The surge protector was installed in matter of minutes. and his fee was very reasonable. Theee hours later, the air compressor stopped working as the circuit breaker tripped twice. I contacted Yardiel around 5:30PM. Yardiel came back within the hour to check the issue and made some minor adjustments. The compressor continues to function. He didn’t charge for the second trip. Yardiel is a very honest and skilled electrician and highly recommend his services.

Spoke with Yardiel around 4:45 PM about a GFI outlet that kept tripping and shutting down some of my pool equipment. He arrived at 7:30 PM and had fixed the problem by 8:30 PM. Level of service doesn’t get better. He’s also a very nice guy and easy to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring new dimensions, electrical service to install a heater in my sauna, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their outstanding work. From start to finish the team at new dimension, exhibited professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellent that truly exceeded my expectations. Their technicians arrived promptly and were incredibly courteous throughout the installation process. Not only did they complete the job efficiently, but they also took the time to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the placement of the heater to the wiring and connections. My situation was extremely difficult because the control board that the Sauna company sent me was defective. My electrician Yadier had to prove that it was a defective control module. This Proved to me that he knows what he’s doing.
