We had a clog and another company quoted us a RIDICULOUS amount to dig out the drain line to find the crack where roots grew in. Tom came out to my house within a day to find out why our water heater wasnt working. During his analysis he discovered that an attached timer(which weveneverused) had tripped and cutoff power. He and his son also fixed the leaking bathroom faucet quickly and professionally. They both were very respectful and courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And their bill was reasonable.

I had called a different plumber, and found that plumber was outrageously priced (so many are!). I found Toms Plumbing, and will always call him when the need arises!!

Tom is going to come out and give me an estimate, but I had to put in a review now as I was very difficult to get a hold of and he continued the game of phone tag until he won. Reading the other reviews about him not responding was frustrating after he kept calling until he reached me.If you are concerned about someone returning your call - dont be, unless of course your message didnt record properly. It never hurts to call someone again.

Tom is an excellent plumber who is reliable, prompt, and reasonaable. He came out on short notice for a major problem with my water softener and water system. He fixed the problem, flushed out the water lines, replaced parts etc. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

We had an broken pipe issue under the foundation of my house. Very difficult to figure out the issue and location under foundation. First person I called had know idea and wanted to bang wholes all through my house. I called Tom for a second opinion and he somehow figured out the problem and fixed it through the outside of the house saving me demo on the inside. He was great and reasonably price. It’s was an unusual job he had never seen before, but he figured it out. He’s my knew go to plumber
