    Ive used the services of Smith Plumbing since 1992. Theyve added a full bathroom for me , installed a water heater and finally recently replaced my shower door with a beautiful frameless shower door. Over the years theyve been professional from the initial estimates to the final install. I wouldnt use anyone else for any of my home projects involving plumbing. Wonderful folks to work with and very price competitive.

    This is our third visit by the professionals at Smith Plumbing. Weve had a leaking kitchen faucet repaired, a new custom bathroom vanity installed and a clogged tub freed with a new drain. From the owners to the workers, we have had such excellent service. We appreciate the store/showroom being local, and the service almost immediate when theyve come to our home. Bravo and highly recommended.

    We recently remodeled our three bathrooms. Debbie was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in designing each room. The crews were friendly and very conscientious about leaving everything neat and clean at the end of each day. We are very happy with the end result of each room!

    I made the very wise decision to hire Smith in July 2021 with its supply chain disruption and pandemic staffing issues to do a complete renovation on my new 1300 sft townhouse. Everything was going out the door and new was coming in. With all the terrible world issues, Debbie Valentineβ€”-she’s just the bestβ€” and her staff and trade experts did a magnificent job. Things I appreciated: Debbie gathered all necessary materials before starting kitchen and bath renovations. My new kitchen was functional within 4 days of starting the job. They were very, very careful not to damage the new wood floors. Staff and trades were there when scheduled and all were polite, considerate and loved my dog!! Their attention to the details was laser focused. I’m a real estate professional and have referred Smith to many of my clients and all have thanked me for the recommendation after the job was done. Do yourself a favor and call Debbie!

    Smith has been our go to contractor for several years. Repair Service is timely. They did a bathroom renovation during COVID that was a major upgrade. This year we decided on a 600 square attic conversion. We have a beautiful master suite as a result and have to thank Smith for most of the work from rough in and framing to the finish trims. A pleasure to work with and great communication throughout the project.

The work of her carpenters is impeccable. Debbies ongoing attentiveness in handling these projects while working within your budget makes it all stress free.     22 October 2023Kitchen Renovation:We meet with Debbie Valentine, Ketchen & Bath Dept. Mar, and Thomas A. Smith, President at the Port Jervis, two times (before renovation), to exchange of ideas before she visited our home to see if they would really work. We finally decide on LGQuartz for the counter tops & island and a stainless steel, single bowl, under-mounted sink. A new backsplash with contrasting color grout. All the templates & fabrication was done by using a high tech laser measuring, which Debbie visited a number of other times ) to make us at ease during the process. We also had our existing base cabnets half shelves removed and installed wood dovetailed rollout shelves/under mounted full extension guides. Thomas was present while the sink was removed and followed-up on the day when the counter tops and sink/faucet were installed and reconnected the dish washer. They supplied all the materials. removed and disposed of all construction materials and cleaned up. Each of them always kept in contact with me and/or my wife during the entire renovation process either in person or phone. We have already discuss with them on having our master bathroom renovated.Highly Recommend,Ronald D Brown

    Debbie Valentine did a fabulous job taking my 1960 kitchen and moving it into the 2020s! For an old house built in 1901, and dealing with all the odd quirks, it has changed the overall feeling of the house from a one-butt dark place to a wonderful place to share with a big family.
