Therefore, I strongly recommend that if you have any plumbing needs, you must find them. You will get unexpected results.

Outside the box thinker!Didnt over charge us like other companies weve used in the past.Excellent craftsmanship, methodical and on point.If he cant do it, he wont. Which is what you need! Someone to shoot straight.He is busy, but dont let that deter you.Not only did he help us with the original project, but was able to assist us in an Hvac project no one would lay a finger on.Whenever you find someone that can create like he does, its worth waiting for.Plan your project, know what you want/need and manage expectations always!We will definitely use his services again, even if we dont need him, we will have to come up with some creative project to tackle, for he will be able to help us pull it off.

Numerous problems upon moving into an older building with older equipment. Heat system had intermittent problems, leak in shower etc. Then no heat call had Chad with Copperworks, out late on a sunday night, on the coldest day of this year. He diagnosed problem quickly and --actually- was able to locate a replacement part for this older heating system, particularly on a sunday night, with negative temperatures (likely the most difficult part of the job in this case). Before he left to locate that part, he said, if he couldnt get it, he could customize a repair anyway. Leak in shower fixed with new valve stem, competent solid work by Copperworks. Then, a few weeks later, hot water heater going out. Again, quick diagnosis of the problem. Chad with Copperworks knew what was wrong by description over the phone, fixed it quickly and competently. Other tenants here grateful also, for the knowledge, and fast good work.
