    Our experience with Brad was great. He got back to me right away. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything about what he was doing. He was upfront about the cost of everything and it was very reasonable. He was able to come the same day. His workmanship was excellent and he is very meticulous about the job he does. He made sure to clean everything up after he was done. We found our plumber.

    I had an excellent experience with Brad! He arrived quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and completed the entire project- including purchasing and installing a new hot water heater- in less than 24 hours of when we first spoke in the phone period.     Great guy. Came out, looked at everything and even managed to get a few small repairs done along with the estimate. Worked great with our schedule and came out and performed above and beyond. Not only getting done what he said (2 sink installations) but even plumbed a drain for a problem separate sink with the extra time! 20/10 experience for me!

    I had a leak in an old farm sink in my rental property. I was going to try to fix it myself but was running in to a crunch before the move - in date. I called Hardy Plumbing and He got me scheduled the next day! He walked me through what he needed to do, gave me a great price and got everything fixed that day!

    Hardy Plumbing is excellent! We just moved into a new house and our hot water heater leaked everywhere. I called Hardy Plumbing and got a call back in 5 minutes. Brad was great! Came out the same day and replaced our hot water heater. He was honest and very fair with pricing. We were very happy with his reliability, knowledge, and work ethic. We will definitely use him again.

    We hired Hardy Plumbing for clogged pipe. He arrived promptly on time. Once inside he evaluated the issue and discussed it with us, from cost to the work that was going to be done. Everything was completed and in a very professional manner. Once done we learned that we were actually from the same town growing up and both us live an hour away from there now.     Brad was absolutely awesome to deal with. Called him for a water valve issue, and even thought he was busy he came within the first few hours to handle the issue and it was fixed within a half an hour. He was great with letting us know when he was on his way, explained the issue, how he fixed it and anything else we needed to know. It was quick, simple and, no hassle at all!     After getting the run around from my “home warranty” company who told me they couldn’t find a plumber with any availability within 50 miles of my house (lol), I found Brad, who lives right across the street from me. He called me back the same day I called and made time to stop by my house to assess the cracked waste pipe in my basement. He was quick in getting me an estimate and got me in as soon as possible. He confirmed our appointment a few days before and was on time and did a great job. I would recommend Hardy Plumbing to everyone!!

    I had Brad out a year ago to install a new toilet and was very pleased with his work and honesty. Today we had him out to replace our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Brad thought ahead of everything we might need, gave a detailed estimate and took great care installing the new sink and disposal. He was meticulous in everything and again was very honest. He cleaned up after himself and also took all the trash from the old sink/parts. He honored his estimate and we will be using him again.It’s rare that you find a plumber so honest and fair.

    After breaking my tub spout due to the shoddy work by the previous owner, I was without a shower. Hardy plumbing called me back in just a few hours and got me scheduled for the very next day! He arrived earlier than scheduled only after calling to ensure it was ok. Once here he had the problem fixed in about an hour. Great work. He made a bad day into a great experience. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

    After having trouble finding a reasonably priced plumber to install a new kitchen faucet, I found Hardy Plumbing online. Brad responded to my request in minutes and was able to complete the job he same day at a much lower cost than previous estimates. Brad was friendly, professional, and prompt. He was able to troubleshoot and solve some issues with our “older” plumbing. We will certainly call Hardy Plumbing again for future plumbing concerns.

    Our basement pipes were backing up and we had no idea why. We had 2 other plumbers out to our house and they both gave different diagnoses. Eventually I called up Brad - he was very fast and friendly in his communication. When he got to our house he found out the core issue within the hour and ended up saving us a ton of money. This guy is the real deal and I will call him everytime I need a plumber!

    I so appreciate Hardy plumbing to even have the courtesy to return my call! He let me know when to expect him , he showed up when he said he will be here AND took care of my issue in less than 15 minutes! I had THREE other plumbers here who could NOT take care of it! I heard everything from “ I don’t carry the parts in my van” to “ it’s above my pay grade” to “ we might need to replace the pipes”! But this young Mr Hardy walked in, asked me what the problem was, he actually let me FINISH talking and said “ let’s NOT start by ripping up pipes, I think I have the part in my van” and just like that it was fixed! Yes, I took a picture of his van with his number on it. I now consider him MY PLUMBER! Thank you Brad!

Had a leaking hot water heater, he came out ran a few checks called it bad and in less then 4 minutes of phone calls to the manufacturer had a new one coming my way. He took care of all the warranty paperwork, I didn’t have to do a thing. Installed the new one the next morning. Really friendly, explained everything simply, and got the job done quick and right.     Brad is absolutely the guy. I contacted Brad after a major plumbing company couldnt get the sewer blockage unclogged I my house. Brad spent almost 2 full days working at the clog and wouldnt give up until he cleared it which saved me thousands of dollars. He also fixed other plumbing issues along the way just because. Such a great friendly guy with alot of knowledge. Even called for a followup and free to text him anytime with questions and concerns.
