    My warranty company drug their heels for an entire week when my hot water quit working the day before Thanksgiving. I made one call to CK Mechanical and they were at my house the next day. Tony is the absolute best! Hes been out to fix my furnace. Hes fixed my freezing AC lines during the hottest week we had over summer. Hes always great but this time, he diagnosed my issue, got the part for it, and had my hot water fixed the next day. CK Mechanical is great. Im certain all of their employees are fantastic, Tony is the best!

    Tony and his partner (sorry boss I forgot your name) came promptly and was very professional in installing my hot water tank. Customer service is lacking in todays age and I am beyond thrilled with how these two were at my home and made me feel like they cared and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone and will be using them in the future.

    I have had CK Mechanical come to my home for multiple issues. They fixed my AC, Furnace and my Water Heater. Tony has been here every time and has always been great. Its great to know that when something goes wrong, Tony and CK Mechanical will get the problem fixed.

    Review of CK MechanicalMy wife and I have been wanting to put a gas furnace and update the air conditioning in our house. Our three-season room is so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, due to not having supplies in that room. Also, our basement was not heated, we only have electric base board heat in our house.When we bought the house, it came with a warranty. So, when the AC was not working properly the insurance company, sent CK Mechanical to our home. Kevin O’Rork came out and found we had a leak in the coil and the condenser. Kevin gave us some options to think about because the unit was installed in 1998.We went out for bids and for what we wanted done CK Mechanical was our choice. Kevin was one of the reasons we picked them, he was very good at explaining our options. Chuck Westenbarger In the office was very helpful in securing the financing for this project.Then the install! Jordan Diekman is a true craftsman and leader. I thought for sure the way our house is laid out the ductwork would have looked like an octopus. He led the crew of Kevin, Grant and Steven very efficiently. The team was very respectful to my wife and I. They cleaned up at the end of the day and left the basement very neat.At the end of the install Kevin and Jordan went through the details of running the new system.We are very satisfied with CK Mechanical and would recommend them to anyone, for service and installation.Thank you,Mark and Marilyn Farrar

    Tony came out and exchanged a part up on original problem. The part he received failed after a week. The failed part was not the fault of CK, but Tony took it on as if it was.He came back as soon as possible, shored us up with a temporary solution and then followed with a fix that circumvented the original part. Tony was courteous, understanding, hard working and diligent in researching the issue and finding a solution. I appreciate his help and the support of Brad who lent him a hand. I am a pleased customer!

    Thank you Tony and CK Mechanical! My mother has been without a fully working hvac unit all summer and fall after a new install in the spring.
