Hi Gregory showed up on time, I had a problem that kept shutting off my fountain in my courtyard, and the lights were going off. Something was tripping. Greg Laurie was able to fix that, and he was a gentleman in every way, and a hard worker recommending sun coast thank you.

We had an on-going issues with condensate drainage. ECM was unable to correctly diagnose or fix the problem after several visits. We called Suncoast and had a service call with Tyler the next morning. He was on-time, professional, and was able to diagnose the problem and make a fix cause by the improper rerouting of the drain line when a new water heater was installed recently by Gator Plumbing (who otherwise did a good job on the new water heater.) We will definitely use Suncoast again.

Honesty, honesty honesty. Wonderful, timely, professional service. Pricing very fair. Best experience we have had in So. Florida. Do not go anywhere else. Satisfaction beyond anything we could have expected. Tyler and is crew are the best and cummunicate every aspect of the job.

Chris from Suncoast was very professional, prompt, reliable, straightforward, knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with.Like other air conditioning companies, he worked hard to get me to buy the 2-year service contract which I guess makes sense but who knows? I went for it. But I like that he didnt just tell me I had to replace the whole 10 year-old unit, and that with proper maintenance it could last a couple more years.The unit broke the day before we were leaving FL to head back to NY for the season. They did the work when we werent there. I believe all of the issues were fixed. From what Ive been able to ascertain, I would definitely recommend Suncoast.
