Beyond professionalism. Steve Martin was amazing. Very informative, friendly and caring. Shows his passion for this type of work. I had an outlet in my garage that had gone bad and I had exhausted my efforts in fixing it. Mister Sparky of Pompano was the only repair service that took my call on a Sunday morning and did not have an outrageous price for an emergency fee. When Steve arrived he was very personable and did an excellent job. He not only found this issue but also upgraded two other areas on my house the outlet was connected to on the outside of my home. We recently had our 1949 home rewired by Will and his team from Mister Sparky, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. After a few bad experiences with other electricians, Will took the time to really understand our home. He was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and, most importantly, RESPECTFUL throughout the process. His whole team was extremely careful with our possessions and our space, taking the time to understand our schedules and trying not to disturb them. All the employees wore foot coverings and cleaned extensively after each visit, leaving our home nearly spotless. While the cost was higher than some competitors, Will’s attention to detail and genuine concern for our safety made all the difference. The team was professional, tidy, and worked efficiently, which was especially important as my wife and I both work from home. They took the time to explain each step to us so we could understand exactly what was being installed and what its purpose was. We now have peace of mind with our new up-to-code wiring, and we’re so thankful for the entire crew. In our estimation, a person like Will should, at the very least, be a manager or own his company. We have personally used Mr. Sparky for our own home. When my sister needed electrical work do to smoking switches and broken ballast we chose them without hesitation. They were very upfront with their pricing very professional on tim and the quality of work was second to none. Our first contact was Artemis Cini. He came out surveyed our situation offered us options and basically from him we knew what we were going pay when the project was completed. You knew from his estimate there were going to be no hidden surprise theres no additional fees it was exactly what was discussed and agreed upon. Our next encounter was with Jonathan, the technician. Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable and kind. As the fixtures went up. he asked us for our opinion the heights the brightness of the fixtures and lighting explainedeverything. By the time Jonathan left we knew how everything worked and everything was above our expectation. In fact Mr. Cini was so honest , I had purchased a fixture from home depot on clearance He told me that usually when items like this are purchased on clearance theres usually parts missing and as we opened up the box there were many things that were missing. He suggested then rather Then install the fixture and get charged for it because thats the price we agreed upon he took it off the charge and we did not put it up and to his credit he was correct. You dont find many service and companies that are like this up front and very honest. I recommended Mr. Sparky When we had them service our home and my sister could not be more pleased with their efficiency, kindness and professionalism. In fact were going to call them out again to install a brand new picture but I purchase that I dont have to worry about part missing. While no one enjoys having to deal with electrical problems, Mr. Sparky was rather impressive with their team of professionals who came to our home to upgrade our electrical wiring and replace our fuse box.. We also got surge protection as we are seeing more FPL outages. There were a few challenges with the project, but we were impressed with how Mr. Sparky and their network of professionals handled our situation. Of note is Francis Collins, a truly passionate individual who cares about their customers and wants the best outcome. Its obvious he is very knowledgeable and experienced. We also were impressed with Edy who came and spent several hours at our home rewiring and re-replacing our old fuse box while smiling from 9 am to 7 pm. Martin and Levi were also quite impressive with their depth of knowledge. Levi also loves animals and our dogs enjoyed meeting him. All the professionals that work for this company are all licensed electricians, knowledgeable and experienced. You definitely cant go wrong with this company. They are the real deal.

If I could give Francis more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve never had someone as friendly, knowledgeable, and who loves to help you do what’s best for your forever home. Moving into a new house, you never know what to expect, but we knew we had a couple issues. Francis explained what was best in every scenario. He spent practically the day going over options with my wife and I for different projects and made us feel comfortable with all of them. He stayed late to fix multiple small issues before get the larger issues fixed, and most of it within a day. I love the ability and willingness to get things done fast. Not only that, but at the end of the day, he took a bunch of trash away for us in his truck! Above and beyond service! We’ll never use anyone else for our elecrtical needs!

Mr. Sparky was recommended to me by my contractor. As soon as I called I was greeted by an actual human. Leslie was very polite and listened to my concerns. She set an appointment to have a tech come out the next day to do a free diagnostic. While still on the call she made sure I received the confirmation email and text. The following day Francis called me enroute to give me an ETA. He showed up promptly and super friendly. We spent the first few minutes just talking and he made me feel comfortable about his qualifications. He was super knowledgeable and very thorough. In the end I agreed to have several things done. The technician who actually did the work was Lewis. He arrived after I made the decision on what I wanted to have done. Lewis worked for several hours and we talked and laughed the entire time. It was obvious that he has years of experience and he explained everything that he was doing. My primary reason for calling was to have work done to pass inspection but as a bonus I had lights installed in my bathroom which I’ve been needing for more than a year. I am very satisfied with Mr. Sparky from start to finish and highly recommend them.

Right before 4 pm Francis called that he was on his way and although the weather was terrible he made it to my home before the hour was up. I would like to thank the Electrician Argelio, who was professional, polite and courteous for his outstanding workmanship. Had a couple of outdoor outlets that I needed to secure with a metal protective covering that I could lock. Unfortunately, I caught my neighbor pinching off of my electricity with an extension cord, so I explained the situation to Argelio and he went right to work tracking down the metal covers, because the only ones he had were the ones with the plastic casing which I wasnt interested in. He checked online to for the covers, then drove 30 minutes to retrieve them, then installed them. He did an amazing job, very satisfied with the work he performed. Every company needs a frontline person like Argelio. I would use Mister Sparky again, I highly recommend this company. He went above and beyond and exceeded my customer service expectations.

I had the pleasure of working with Kent Saunders. This is actually the second time he came by for an electrical consultation. The first time was for installing a bathroom fan. Although they did not get the job for bathroom fan installation Kent made it his point to make sure that the all electrical issues, not visible to the average person, was fixed. He examined my panel box, outside meter box and outside panel to determine anything that was unsafe, which he did. There were wires that were loose, neutrals tied to ground, old grounding system. Im confident that if you want a catch all Mr. Sparky would be your best bet. Kent was patient at explaining this issues and corrected some of the issues at no cost. The second visi5 (9 months later) was to perform a load calculation. We went through each load to determine if my panel was sufficient. While going through this exercise we found some other issues. i.e. Dryer and range on same breaker. at the end of the day he was real patient at answering all my questions. I had a lot of questions. Some I thought were stupid but he was able to clear things up. At the end of the day I felt great about where my house was electrically (older house I bought 5 years ago with a lot of other issues that got past its first inspection and now in my lap). OUTSTANGING JOB! Mister Sparky technician Chris Hylton, is a TRUE professional and exceptional electrician. Dispatching him to assess and correct an issue with my breaker box was great. He took his time to assess all breakers, in house recetcals and lighting. He went and purchased items needed and walked me through every issue he discovered and corrected. He also deserves an additional 5 Stars for his customer service and timeliness.

I’m very satisfied with the quick and professional response of Mr Sparky. Contacted Mr Sparky after a small electrical fire at my meter box. Luckily it looks like the internal wiring of the house is not damaged (thanks neighbor for calling the fire department!). However, needed a new meter box, breaker box, grounding rods, and had to update GFCI’s, smoke detectors and a few switches. Brad did the initial assessment and called in the cavalry. That’s when Will, John and Anthony showed up. I’m sure other companies could have done the job, but not all can respond with the quick permitting and man power that Mr Sparky threw at my problem. Thanks again hope to have a retap from FPL soon.

Will Pierre was excellent, he completed a safety inspection on our home, identified areas that needed improvement and explained to us thoroughly how he could help us and what needed to be prioritized at the appointment. Will then gave us an estimate for the work at hand and completed the job the same day. He also provided us pictures, warranty for the new products and send us all documentation via email. Will was a true professional and expert. I also wanted to add that we received a military discount as I am an Army Veteran and I know a lot of companies do not do this. The wiring in my house was ancient to say the least and as I tried to install a new dryer, I had three electricians look at the job, and nobody could tell me why the dryer didn’t work.
