Excellent, excellent, excellent! Im home 24/7, so the AC is quite important. Year after year, every six months, Mr. Air AC & Electricals technicians come to my house as skillful, knowledgeable professionals. Today, Technician Rick performed scheduled maintenance and showed me bacteria growing inside. The iWave, the air purifier, had died. Today, we added the UV Germicidal UV Light and Im told that it does a much better job at keeping the internal system bacteria-free & lasts longer with regular maintenance. Mr. Air AC & Electrical, thanks for always being there. And thank you, Rick, for your knowledge and excellent work with my AC system. See you next year!

Great service today by Johnnie Walker with Mr. Air. We received an email & phone call alerting us that Johnnie was on his way and he arrived within the time window we were expecting. He was able to fix the issue, made sure the item we needed replaced was under warranty, and did so expediently. He also was able to provide us quotes for an annual maintenance contract for both of our handlers & a duct cleaning.

Christopher Washington did an excellent job in assessing the issue with our AC. On returning to Florida from Connecticut after a long 2-day drive, the last thing we needed was to find our condo with an AC system that wasn’t working. Fortunately, on calling Mr. Air (Hoffman & Nixon) the next morning, Peggy recognized our dilemma and ensured that a technician would be out that day. Christopher took care of the rest. Extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness of the team in ensuring that we were comfortable.

The staffs are courteous whenever I call for service. The office calls to remind me of my upcoming maintenance check. The person that shows will introduce themselves and they have ID to show they are from Mr. Air. They answer all my questions, inform me on what is being done to my A/C, and how to keep the area where my air filter is clean. Mr. Air has kept that great service going since they took over from Expert Air.

I’ve had an ongoing problem with my central a/c system going back to July when I noticed that it wasn’t producing the volume of cooling air that it once did. After several unsuccessful service calls to two well-known companies that couldn’t pinpoint the exact problem, last week the system stopped blowing air at all.After reading their many positive reviews on Google, I called MR AIR AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRIC late Friday afternoon and on Saturday, their technician Roger finally solved the problem that was obviously beyond the grasp or pay-grade of most techs that I had previously called from other companies.Roger, diagnosed the problem as being a blower motor that had been operating at only half capacity and finally stopped working at all. I’m 82 years old, and wasn’t in the best of shape due to the brutal heat when Roger expressed concern for my well-being considering how hot it’s been in South Florida this past year while the replacement blower motor was on order. Roger went that extra mile by insisting that I allow him to set up a portable a/c unit in my living room to keep me as comfortable as possible until the replacement blower motor was installed.The blower motor came in on Monday and Roger had my a/c running in top notch condition in no time at all by Tuesday afternoon. Why, he even called me up Wednesday morning to make sure that it was operating and cooling to my complete satisfaction.In all my years of living in South Florida I have never had any company providing any service that cared for their well-being and satisfaction of its customers like MR AIR AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICAL. And of course a special thanks of appreciation to Roger! Both winners in my book.

(sidebar: I was very pleased with Irnas help over the phone getting invoices e-mailed to me because there doesnt seem to be any hard copy given at the time of service) Ricky is reassuring Mrs. C that she will be added to his list for the new unit. Its nice to know that in the heat of mid-August in FL there is dependable AC service happening at Tropic Bay condos! Thank you very much.

My air conditioning gave out in the middle of our September heat wave. I called the Mr.Air conditioning office reasonably late in the afternoon. They offered to come out the same day. So about an hour later a repairman (Mike) came out, immediately figured out the problem and got the air conditioner up and running. I wish all service companies would provide such support and comfort to their clients.

To get that kind of Service for A/C repair in S.Florida this time of year with temps in the 90’s, is unheard of. These guys were great! We were going through South Florida A/C trauma after we bought a new unit that wasn’t installed correctly and was leaking air. The guy didn’t know how to fix it. Xavier went above and beyond to fix it with the right materials.

Mr. Air (and the prior company Expert Air) have been very responsive whenever we have needed them. The repairman have always taken the time to explain to us exactly what they are doing, show us either a part that needs attention/maintenance/repair/replacement or take a quick photo so that we dont have to bend and look under the machine, etc. Today our repairman was Roger and he was very helpful in suggesting what we know are needed cleanings. He also made a suggestion that we use different filters than we have been using bc they will filter out more particles than the filter we currently use. The significance of that advice is both that if we do what he suggested then the machine will last longer and we will spend less money in the future (i.e. his company will make less money from us) and the filters are items to pick up from Home Depot (again, his company does not receive money for our buying a part that he suggested). We always feel that we can trust Mr. Air and will request Roger in the future.

Hoffman & Nixon (now Mr. Air) has been maintaining my AC for about 11 years. This time, my air conditioner started dripping into the overflow tray. I made an appointment at 8 am on the first day, and the repairman arrived at 10 am. High marks for quick response. He cleaned out the PVC drain pipe, finding sheets of algae and a lizard tail, among other things. He was thorough in his work and answered all my questions patiently and helpfully.That night, I noticed a small drip coming from a different part of the drain. Since it was one day before July 4, I called again at 8 AM and a second repairman arrived at 1030 AM. Again, Im grateful for the quick response.As he started checking, a piece of the PVC pipe came away in his hand. Using rather salty language, he informed me that the piece should have been glued but wasnt, causing the secondary drip. I think things happen, even to the most careful technician. I can also imagine that the second repairman was ticked off to have to finish someone elses work. I also think that as a professional, he should have kept me, or any customer, out of that thought process and just stick to the plain facts. All in all, the AC got fixed. I choose to put the whole process in the context of an 11-year professional relationship, which has overall been quite satisfactory.

We went for the install 2 days after providing the deposit and we were very impressed with the Installer and his helper...Our Installer Lorenzo was even more helpful explaining everything by making sure the NEW installed system was working very well. We enjoyed the whole experience in replacing our AC Unit. 1 Week has gone by and ALL still working very well.

First Rate. I was originally scheduled for routine maintenance but for some reason, the HVAC unit wouldnt cool to the set temperature. When I called and explained that I needed emergency service due to a disabled person in the residence they managed to find a technician that had finished a job early and could be there within 30 min. Michael was super efficient and quickly discovered that the problem was a partially clogged drain line. He fixed the line and completed the rest of the routine service call within the hour. I was happy to see that he showed respect for my home by first removing his shoes at the front door to enter and ensuring he left the AC area clean after maintenance.Roger also suggested ways that I can utilize my AC in a more efficient and healthy way such as adding a UV light to avoid build up of dirt, shared how often I should change AC filter and showed where I can use vacuum to clean around AC unit to avoid build up of dust.The customer service received was excellent.

He also charged a reasonable price to make a modification to my drain line for easier filter access. And he was friendly and on time.Ron the tech was on time, polite, and thorough. I had to my cracked drip pan replace taking the time to make sure the correct size was installed. He also corrected a funky drain line previously installed that blocked access to my filter. He also installed a UV filter to keep condenser water from getting moldy which was a problem before clogging the drain line. Finally, he happened to notice the wiring on my evaporator was misaligned and took an extra few second to fix. Ron was again friendly and thorough. Well done.

Great timely service. I am the caregiver for number of units here in Tropic Bay and I had discovered that one of the air conditioners was leaking. Hoffmann came out right away or should I say the new company Air conditioning services came and made the diagnosis. An hour later, we discovered our conditioning Wasn’t working properly. An hour Later Mike came and fixed our year-old air conditioner. Mike is the best and I think knows so much more than anyone else. I’m happy that he was able to do it and I hope it’s still under warranty.. Thank you.

I was very happy with my experience today of Mr.Air. Chris came out to do a tuneup of my 2nd AC unit. I liked that he called me ahead of time with an estimated time of arrival. Chris was punctual and polite. He explained in detail potential problems with the unit but was not pushy about doing non urgent repairs. He left everything clean as well. I would definitely recommend Mr. Air and Chris as a technician.

Im VERY impressed. I changed to Mr. Air because my previous company kept raising their maintenance contract rates. Mr. Air is $90 cheaper per year than my previous provider.The service technician was outstanding, thoroughly going through the entire system and explaining every step of the process. We moved and 2 years ago they replaced our duct work and installed a new unit In the new home.There were some issues but they continued to strive to rectify and make it 100% satisfactory. Its been over 2 years and our AC has never been more efficient and cools our home wonderfully even in the worst of summer south florida heatChris is the technician that does our Bi annual maintenance, which we chose on our own to increase to 3 times a year. It’s South Florida and the temperatures are fierce!Chris is always timely, professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. We have complete trust in his ability to maintain our AC needs .I have one suggestion for the company. Your technicians spend a great deal of time in direct sunlight and heat. Consider outfitting your technician with a portable tent or umbrella to provide some shade for your employees.

Chris was the tech that came out to my place. He was very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable of his work and with AC units. Was able to identify the problem and solved the issue. Also gave me some other recommendations for a smoother operating unit, like removing excess drain piping that I had and replace filter with a fiberglass type for better airflow and efficiency and to join the maintenance plan to save money for future repairs. I would call this company again in the future for all my AC issues.

They were my installer on my remodel and have continued to use them for service to present day.We encountered some serious issues this time around on installation of a replacement American Standard unit due to an incompetent installer that caused this company major headaches. He has since been fired. Finally, after some months of attempts at getting things right, we heartfully give thanks to management and our new installer Karry and his assistant Leon for totally replacing the previously poorly installed one with a new unit. This work required a little engineering to accommodate our powered AccuClean filter and they did a great job. Thanks for doing it right, expecting timeliness improves.UPDATE- My second American Standard install done by Mr Air is now leaking: pan showing areas of corrosion, unit screws rusting, and water soaking drywall under AccuClean filter. Hiring new company, Done with these guys. Oh, forgot to mention that attic stairs not properly replaced after install, asked them to fix, no response and will have to hire someone else to do properly.

My parents used Mr. air and recommended we use them when our AC unit broke. Cirtis was so kind and helpful outlining the details of what the unit and install would entail and he gave us a very fair quote for a new unit and condenser. Jose and his partner came literally the next day to install the new unit. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up the mess. They even replanted our bushes that needed to be moved to accommodate the larger condenser. They gave us tips for keeping the unit running smoothly too. Latayshya came with a partner to clean our air ducts the follow week so we could ensure our new unit would run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. She didn’t leave any mess and cleaned up all the dust very well. Finally when our new unit needed an adjustment yesterday because of a buzzing noise, Xavier and Chris worked hard to figure out where the source of the noise was coming from and finally fixed it! The unit is running smooth as butter and our monthly bill is down almost $75!!!! We are thrilled. Thank you Mr. Air for all your hard work and support. Highly recommend.

Our AC was going on and off and not cooling the bedrooms. The Google nest thermostat was not responding. We called Mr. Air and was lucky to get Chris Washington as our service technician. He solved all our problems! Chris was professional, attentive and respectful of our home by cleaning up afterwards. He took his time to vacuum, clean,and pump out of the pipes of our AC unit which was full of dog hair, dust and algae. Our unit sparkled when he left. We will be requesting Chris to be our tech every time to service our AC units. He is the best!

Had an a/c problem. Called them on a Sunday and they had some at my house that afternoon. They showed me what was wrong and explained my options. The tech who showed up Curtis was very professional. I was satisfied with his professionalism. I have a refrigerant/freon leak in my system. Will be having unit replaced tomorrow as unit is from 2006. Rather then try and repair leak I chose to replace the ac unit. I will write another review when ac unit is replaced. I am a real customer not a fake reviewer. I will let you know how install goes.

Day 1: Frances L. was my AC sales man and he was excellent! very genuine, nice and professional. He was thorough and we signed a contract.Day 2: Here is my experience. The installation techs (2) came out on on the appointment time and installed my new unit. While taking the new AC Handler up one flight of stairs, they left a 4” deep scratch on my wood floor. Never the less the new AC system was installed and working. However, they was to provide and install a UV light, in which they never had with them. In addition, I was not provided with any AC filter to start, the tech stated, I need to go buy my own filter and gave me the size of 21 x 21 x 1. I am disappointed in the quality of service, that an important AC component is not included at time of installation. I contacted Frank, about my distaste, with the no AC filter and no UV light. Frank apologizes and said he will have another tech come out the following day.Day 3. I went and purchased the above AC filter. Another tech came and installed a UV light ONLY ( No AC filter). He then attempted to install the AC filter 21 x 21 x 1, only to tell me it doesn’t fit and I needed 20 x 20 x 1. Sigh with disappointment !!! Never the less, I retuned and got the new suggested AC filter and installed them myself.In closing, I am happy with the quick service this company provided. Frank is my guy and would highly recommend dealing with him. However, they are some clearly room for improvement.Richard.

To Whom It May Concern; my wife and I inexplicably experienced an (AC) failure Saturday (5/18/24) afternoon around (6:00pm); we attempted to contact our regular (AC) guy, waited all night...BIG MISTAKE!...for a callback, to no avail. So I awoke...well I never really slept Sat. Nite...Sunday morning, (6:00am), googled (24/7) AC repair, and embarked on a harrowing/desperate...many times fruitless journey, to procure some/any manner of AC repair technician dispatch. Several (3 1/2) hrs. later, the ONLY company that actually called us back in a timely fashion, was (Emergency AC Inc.). They dispatched one of their field troubleshooting tech.s (Amir), to our home residence, he vetted the unit, it turned out to be a burned-out) AC-Handler motor. And since our unit (5-Ton Carrier), was almost (10) yrs. old, we dicided to bite the proverbial bullet and procure a new (5-Ton.Rheem) Handler...TEN YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY...The (2) installers that were dispatched to install said new Handler (Sebastian & Victor), were excellent, courteous, affable, respectfull and very learned as it pertains to their job. Unfortunately, during the installation they experienced... through no fault of their own...a couple/three installation anomalies. And to their credit and especially their sticktuiveness, they solved each and every unusual problems that reared its ugly head, even though they had to have (2-3) specific replacement parts delivered to them, last minute by couriers.They stayed through the NIGHT...even though they still had to return the next day to complete one more specific task...but they promised me and my menopausal WIFE, throughout the day, that...We promise you guys, youll have a working AC unit tonight, and youll have a good night sleep!.And they delivered...Bravo young Lions, job well done! Blessings to All.that deserve!... Almost forgot, Executive Asst. Stephanie was GREAT as well...

We were in a jam with no AC on a Friday night. We called around but couldn’t find anyone to come out (even though they claim to be 24/7) until we called Mr Air. They were friendly and prompt to put us in touch with their technician. Rudy was to our house within 90 minutes and saved the day! Plus.. there is no after hours fees! Just a flat rate to diagnose the issue and voila! Incredibly thankful for this amazing company!

Chris was wonderful. My family and I was with AC for a month and a half. We called MR. Air and Chris responded fast. He came out later that day to tell us the motor and the fans was completely shot. Rudy from Mr. Air repaired my A/C and did a great job. He was able to diagnose very promptly what the issues were, & he fixed all the problems & had my A/C working again within an hour. He was highly professional and friendly. I commend Rudy for a great job and recommend Mr. Air to anyone that needs a good HVAC company.

This is a very good company, I’ve been with them for years. Great service, quick and efficient. The tech who came today was Norray. It was the first time she was at my house. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I would definitely ask for her the next time. Emily, who I speak to on the phone, is terrific as usual. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such a terrific company. I would recommend them to anyone.

My GrandMas Ac went down, I called for her, Chris came to our house and he was very warming, polite and professional.I know nothing about AC but he explained exactly what was goin on to the point where i understood. We set up to have the AC replaced the price was extreme fair and I felt very comfortable and happy with their service.Thank you, Chris with the service, patience and helpin my grandma out. We are very thankful and will recommend Mr. Air to everyone.

Lorenzo, Nigel, Carlos and John worked on our entire air duct system today. Not only were they on time and pleasant, but they worked around the clock and kept me informed with what was going on throughout the whole day. After the job was finished they cleaned up each area they worked in and left everything right where it was supposed to be! I highly recommend them for all of your AC needs! Great Job!

I have had experience with the company as a maintenance customer for my AC. They replaced my old system with a quality new system. All the personnel I have encountered from the sales rep, to the installers to the maintenance people have all been extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them. I am a retired customer relations consultant so my standards are pretty high and Mr Air met them.

Chris Washington was very attentive and worked until late hours to ensure the unit was working properly. One of our units is very hard to reach and Chris did everything he could to get in there and fix the problem, in the past other technicians refused to do it alone and had to reschedule the service for another day with two people, so I was very impressed with Chris persistence in solving the problem.
