    We needed to rent some equipment for a pool demo and rebuild project. The shell took a little more than we originally anticipated and when we needed a larger attachment for our bobcat Alba and her team went out of their way to open up a new inventory item to get us one since the usual ones were already out.Because of their superb service we were able to keep moving on our project without missing a beat. Smith Bros. Bobcat will always be our go to for our equipment needs.

    Elba has been very helpful over the pass few years with rentals.this year I bought my first bobcat Alba was instrumental and getting this accomplished. She connected me to the right people and followed up and followed through every time I go for a rental is always multitasking but she always put the customer first.     Rental department is top notch. Elba Garcia at the desk is very friendly and knowledgeable about the in stock equipment and attachments. She also is very able when working around your schedule for delivery or pickup of equipment. Felipe in the shop checking the machines in and out is also very outgoing and is on top of issues concerning the equipment. I have rented machines from Bobcat of Broward for many years and with this crew, many more.

    I have been dealing with Bobcat of Broward since I was a child, (over 20 years) as my father would take me in there to buy his new machines and see all the equipment and grab a new hat and a scale model toy. I want to give a special shout out to Brenda as she has always been there to assist me with whatever project I have taken on weather it be the routine oil change or the complete machine overhaul!
