    I am very happy with the service I received. The technician, Zack, showed app exactly on time which was about ninety minutes from the time I called. He was very polite and extremely thorough. My problem was fixed quickly and at a great price. I would highly recommend Rooter Hero.

    This morning I woke up to a leaky kitchen faucet and this afternoon, it’s all fixed thanks to Robert Gutierrez my Rooter Hero. Robert was kind, respectful, well mannered and above all knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and how to fix it. In no time at all he replaced my old, leaking faucet with a new stylish, Moen faucet and new values. All is well now and I appreciate all Rooter Hero and Robert did for me in a very timely fashion.

    Our kitchen sink had been backing up for the past couple of months. After trying every trick we found on Google (including snaking it ourselves) we called Rooter Hero Plumbing.They responded almost instantly. Very professional, great communication through text and tracking of their technician. Spencer showed up within the estimated timeframe and provided excellent customer service. He was clear and was able to explain our options moving forward.After some troubleshooting Spencer spent some time checking the drainage and was able to resolve our issue. The company has a great warranty and they stand behind their work.If we ever have issues like this in the future we will definitely call Rooter Hero Plumbing and request Spencer!Stop messing with your plumbing and give them a call, you will be saving yourself time and money!

    The company was wonderful in getting someone to me the same day. I had called 6 so called 24 hr hvac companies and everyone said they would not have someone until the morning. My toilet kept overflowing and I needed someone the same day. Thank u so much Spencer from Roto Hero for showing up in 1 1/2 hrs to fix the problem. U explained everything thoroughly and replaced my toilet.

    This past year we’ve used your company for our plumbing issues we’ve had two major repairs that had to be done, our technician Jeremy was a trooper both times here he spent several hours digging deep, replacing old clay pipes that broke, there was a sewage backup, he also reconfigured new sewage pipes. Todd was was also here to help on our recent issue. Both were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to us what they were going to do and cost was up front and explained. Thank you for your help. Here’s some photos of the first job.

    Ive used rooter hero on two occasions in the last two years, my daughter will keep me using them and im done with other shady companies who bait and switch. On the last call Miguel came out and assessed and explained the issue. He was at my door within about an hour of calling. He was very polite and professional, had tub unclogged in about 15 minutes, a true hero! Their phone is now programmed into my phone.

    Juan was amazing! . He showed up right on time and got to work right away. He took pictures and shared them of thae affected pipes under my house and instantly provided a cost amount. And then got busy. He kept me informed throughout the job. When an additional issue was discovered.     Cristian came and got all the details for the job, then let me know how he could help. I had already had another plumber come out and deal with an issue, but was told our sewer saddle had shifted. Cristian escalated to his supervisor, Byron, who came and helped us scope our line. He gave us a lot of great information and definitely spared us a potentially huge bill. Both Cristian and Byron were extremely professional and knowledgeable and really solved our issue by proving we didn’t have a sewer saddle issue. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism. No jacking up prices or trying to upsell us for something we don’t need. We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future

    Broke the front hose bib, and had to cut all water into the house. Called Rooter Hero Plumbing since I had them install a new water heater in January 2024. Leo and James were here within an hour. They recommended replacing all of the original shut off valve, pressure regulator, and install a threaded (not soldered) hose bib. Just about all I was going to ask to have done. Now we have water to the house again, and new pipes, valves, and an adjustable pressure regulator again. Great job. AND so nice too!!

    I called on a Sunday morning because my shower drain wasn’t draining and I was freaking out because, first off it’s Sunday and not a lot of business are open on a Sunday and I was worried they would charge me an arm and a leg. The customer service and price surpassed my expectations. They came within an hour and the price was very reasonable. Jaime our technician that came out was super helpful and answered all my questions. I also like that they offer a 90 day warranty. I will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

    Ive used three plumbers the past 9 years and Travis Plante with Rooter Hero was the best. Rooter Hero kept us well informed of when our service person would arrive and he showed up on time and was polite. None of the other plumbers Ive used were bad, but Travis really pushed to remedy our slow drain in the most cost effective way without bumping us up into a higher service fee and his efforts worked! He also explained what the root cause of our issue was and told us how we might prevent it from being an ongoing problem. I would call Rooter Hero again without hesitation and Id hope that theyd send Travis. Highly recommended. 10/10 👍🏻

    My service was done by Kaileb T, Gelacio R, and Bryan R. I am very happy with how professional and thorough it was. It was expensive, yes, but the staff very clearly explained what needed to be done and why and proved it with camera footage. I live in a 1940s house and it was a complicated job of replacing 80 year old sewer and water lines that had been patched fixed over the years. I tried to do it cheaper at a smaller shop and the other shop did limited work that did not address deeper issues and did not solve the problem. Rooter Hero brought my pipes up to date and Im really happy I wont have to worry about any of this again for a long time. I am educated in plumbing and I am confident that what was done was absolutely necessary and I was not pressured to add work just for them to make money or anything like that. It had to be done either way and genuinely would have got more expensive if i kept pushing it off. I was also given options to keep the costs down but I was more than happy to get it done the right way the first time. I was able to do financing so the cost wasnt a huge blow, and more of a welcome investment in the home I love so much.Rooter Hero was extremely professional with handling my unconventional property and talking my mom through her panic attack. The technicians were lovely, respectful, and kind. Only complaint is the County inspectors have to come back later but that is not this companys fault. Thanks guys!

    First time using Rooter plumbing and I’m amazed at the quality and professionalism of their workers. My house had horrible old plumbing that was decaying and brittle/cracked.     My fridges ice maker was leaking for couple weeks, and I had other plumber to fix it I thought. However, it was still dripping and I called Rooter Hero plumbing on Monday. Alex was the technician and arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He had turned off the water switch behind the fridge and advised to change the plastic tube to prevent future leakage that the previous plumber didnt mention it. I never use the ice maker of the fridge so I decided to stay as is. I would recommend Rooter Hero plumbing to whoever need the urgent services.

    Byron and Giovanni were quick, courteous, and very patient with me and my curiosity with the steps that they were taking. I had an issue with a hot water leak seeping out of a crack in the pedestal under the water heater. Days prior, we had noticed that the tiles in the adjacent wash room were pretty hot (~10°F difference than tiles 3 over), but were unsure if it was just from running the machines during the summer. That night, I booked a consultation and, the next morning, Giovanni was able to quickly determine that the leak was coming from below ground as opposed to a pipe in the wall.I agreed to a leak detection and Byron came out quickly. I gave them permission to cut into our drywall to get access to the manifold and they quickly confirmed it was a leaking pipe branching into the floor and traced the pipe offshoots to determine what my options were. Within that night, Giovanni ensured that I had a temporary connection to hot and cold water for enough of my household. The following day, Giovanni had finished the final repair work and, at the moment, just waiting for the inspector to review the work.Giovanni and Byron were understanding, very patient with me and my questions. I am very grateful for their punctual response, their expertise, and I feel very taken care of. Thanks!

    Our kitchen sink was clogged . Israel got there when he said he would. The clog was not easy for him, he had to trek the snake from one side of the house to the other more than once to get it all cleared.     Israel was fast and very helpful. We had a clogged toilet and he came within a hour of our call (6pm) and fixed the issue. He was polite and even gave me some suggestions to prevent future issues. Would definitely use Rooter Hero again. 100% recommend.
