On a quiet Saturday afternoon, we noticed a pipe leaking through our ceiling. The first place we reached out to was a company renowned for their after-hours service and fantastic reviews. Anthony, their plumber, arrived at our Pleasantville home within 3 hours of our call. He quickly identified a cracked pipe that needed to be replaced. Anthony was detailed in examining the problem, explaining the costs involved in the replacement, and cleaning up post-repair. In less than 6 hours from detecting the leak, the pipe was fully replaced. Their customer service was excellent, and we will undoubtedly continue using and suggesting their services for all plumbing needs. -

In our quest to find a reliable local plumber in Pleasantville, we were fortunate to discover Earl. During his initial visit, Earl offered a detailed plan and estimate for the necessary work. On his second trip, he expertly relocated our plumbing service - specifically, the drain and water lines from the exterior wall to the new center island in our kitchen. He also moved the ice maker line to the opposite side of the room. Even though our kitchen was in the process of receiving new cabinets, Earl made certain that we had a functional kitchen by reconfiguring the old cabinetry. He promptly returned after the new cabinets were installed to connect the drain to the new sink. What impressed us most was how he went above and beyond by installing the faucet on our temporary plywood countertop. Earls knowledge, professionalism, and integrity truly set him apart. He is the ideal plumber to call when you need services. Not only did he take great care to protect our floors, but he also cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Awesome work! I was dealing with a problematic drain in my kitchen, which was blocked and had a fracture in the copper pipe. I was aware that the pipe needed to be cut and rerouted, an especially challenging task given the tight space under the sink with a waste disposal unit. It was a task that I didnt feel up to tackling. So, I submitted a service request online late in the evening. To my delight, Reid Brothers Plumbing called me the following morning, promising to be at my home within an hour, and they were true to their word. Jamie was very courteous, he listened to my concerns and expectations, quickly evaluated the problem, and provided me with a quote. I accepted the estimate and he promptly got the job done. He tidied up after the job, asked if I had any questions or concerns, exchanged a friendly handshake, and left. Jamie and the team did a fantastic job. -

Nolan popped over as soon as i rang him. he appeared to have a solid understanding of our tankless water heater. pointed out a few problems in the device. showed me how i might be able to fix it on my own (perhaps) in the future if it starts acting up again. and he got it working. it was a brief stop but packed with excellent advice, it was clear he genuinely wanted to assist. and didnt have any intention of overcharging. he even gave me tips on how to tackle other plumbing issues down the line. and told me to reach out if i needed anything else. very reasonable & and nice. a wonderful service call. -

He gave a fair quote for three different solutions then chatted with us over the phone to clarify what he might or might not discover once the toilet was taken out. A few months later, we encountered a completely blocked 6 ft section of the drain pipe from our kitchen sink. Even though Im quite proficient in DIY tasks, one of the primary drain pipes had to be cut to adjust the connection and correct the pipes slope from the sink. The plumbers, Nolan and Wyatt, visited our Pleasantville home promptly and resolved the issue at a very fair cost. I wouldnt think twice about reaching out to them if another plumbing issue arises. -
