    Shawn and DJ were amazing. They were very communicative. I felt like they cared about making sure everything was done timely, correctly and that even though I was not there in person that they cared about me as the customer by providing details and frequent communication by phone. They made sure our shower was fixed within 1 day during a holiday week. We are so appreciative of their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!

    SAM is the MAN! Im in a rental, and a repetitive leak under my kitchen sink, from the U-pipe, was plaguing the comforts of living. Fed up with the maintenance guys that the rental agency would send—I finally decided to outside hire and officially take matters into my own hands and out of my own pocket. Two years renting here and Id rather pay to get the job done right, than to continue to have the rental agency offer bandaiding hands to the situation. Best desision ever as this company is professional, rapid in responding, and genuinely made me feel that they care about their customers. SAM not only took care of business, effectively and efficiently, on the spot same day servicing (literally coming after 4 hours of me making the appointment online) but he as well offered insights regarding root cause of the problem area. Shout out to him big time, and 1000% recommend this company. I did my research, and had a general cost in mind prior to Sams arrival, and it was spot on, worth it and financially didnt break the bank. Thank you!!!!!

    Benjamin plumbing had Mamadou Berete technician sent out to inspect my house. Was super thorough. Took pictures and took time explaining everything he found. Thank you. The following day DJ came out to give estimate, find financing and arrange appointment for when work will be done. I was concerned by amount of corrosion through out my property. I was informed living in salt belt, made sense. DJ helped me understand why so different than living near a river or a on a lake-salt air is destructive . At least Benjamin Franklin Plumbing help me finance the work needed to keep me safe.

    On Wednesday, December 11, 2024 I had a service call from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.The visit was for maintenance on my recently purchased hot water heater.The service technician was Mamadou Berete.As soon as he entered my unit he explained exactly what would be done on the service call. He was very thorough, checking, flushing and cleaning my water heater, as well as performing the appropriate tap water tests to ensure the water was safe.He also checked for any problems or leaks and made recommendations for future repairs.Mamadou was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very patient, explaining everything clearly.I give him five stars plus!A great company with great technicians!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Sam did a great job of informing me what was going on. Even when something unexpected happened, Sam provided me with the details of what happened and what needed to be fixed.     The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He identified himself upon arrival. He put covers on his shoes and spoke with courtesy and politeness. He did a needs assessment on our unit, explained what he’d be doing and proceeded to do his job. The work took about an hour. He worked quickly and quietly. Then he cleaned up after he was finished. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.

    PJ the service technician was more than nice to me. He showed up right on time and I can’t say enough on how courteous he was. He made sure I knew all the options and in the end I did get the job fixed to my complete satisfaction I recommend using this service to anyone who doesn’t, want to play games and just have their problems fixed. You can call 10 other plumbers and they won’t show up these people answer the phone time showed up on time and did everything.     The best plumbing experience of my life. It started with a call into the office. They were very polite and knowledgeable and set me up for an appointment right away.Mike Z came to the house dress professionally and wore booties in my house to keep my house clean from the dirt that was on his shoes. I needed a new water heater and told me about the benefits & rebates on the gas tankless water heater. He also suggested One Hour heating and air conditioning, because my unit is old and not very efficient. He stood right in front of me and set up the appointment for the install and One Hour, they will pull the city permits and make all the arrangements to get this done as soon as possible.     We had Mamadou Berete come to our house to do a plumbing inspection. He is an extremely nice man and extremely professional, who treated our house the way he treats his home and his parents home. He spent two plus hours here checking all faucets, toilets, water pressure, and testing for chlorine. He answered all of our questions in layman’s terms. Thank you, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, for finding such a talented young man who knows how to treat clients with respect.My wife and I will always be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky, and One Hour for our plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling needs.On Wednesday, October 9th, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technician DJ Carty came to our house and spoke to us about a Water Filtration System for our house. Because of the high chlorine levels in the house, we went ahead and scheduled for a system. We have always been treated with great respect by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and DJ Carty was just as respectful. I am certain, that all three companies bet their employees, and always seem to hire the most talented people.Today, Thursday, October 10th, Sam and Steve came to the house to install the Water Filtration System. The two professionals were here for a little bit more than 3 hours, and they were so great. They explained what they were doing, they had to go into the crawl space to add a water line into my storage shed, and they made sure that there were no clogs in the kitchen and the two bathrooms. They cleaned everything up, and they moved some things out of the storage shed to put in the system. They put everything back, and Sam and Steve were very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all questions. We are extremely happy with the service Ben Franklin Plumbing have given us today and throughout the years. Thank you, Sam and Steve for a job well done!Today, Friday, October 11th, the last piece of the puzzle was put in place. Andrew came to our house and turned on the Water Filtration System. The water had to settle, and our house no longer has the chlorine smell! Woohoo! Andrew turned on the system, explained what we might find when we turn on the water in the house, but if there is any cloudiness in the water it will only last a few seconds. We have been so thrilled with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and all of the people who have entered our house this week, that we will continue to recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing for years to come.     Benjamin Franklin and Andrew were a great find in a pinch. On top of that, we now have a plumber we trust that will always be our first call. I felt the pricing was also very fair for an after hours emergency service and truthfully Andrew provided much more than just fixing the problem we had. He took the time to educate us about water quality, why we are experiencing low water pressure, and some other things. He was very friendly and I don’t want to say “I look forward to seeing him again”, but at least we know that if and when we do we know that we will be In capable honest hands.

    We looked and looked to try and find an honest plumber. We finally settled with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to give a try. DJ was the guy we met. He was very personable and straight forward. DJ knew exactly what we needed and how to fix it quickly for us. We were in a hurry because of a large party of Tiktok friends we had made were coming over. We needed the toilet fixed fast. We only had one toilet and with having an upcoming party....well you know. DJ got the parts really fast and gave us a few jokes in the process to make us laugh. I will never forget him and would recommend him over any other plumbers we have ever used. Give them a call and ask for DJ. He is your guy and once you meet him you will understand our experience.

    Long story, short… had a hose bib installed 2 years ago. All new. Went to turn on the spigot this Spring 24’ and water came flooding from behind the wall, where the spigot was mounted. I was a little baffled - at how this could happen to a new hose bib. The winters have not been that cold & I bleed the water from the lines. I call BF Plumber & explain the situation; they send out a mechanic “Andrew”, and after mulling over the problem/cause/solution, he informs me, that he will repair it - due to too many factors involved. Helluva nice guy! With a good temperament, notwithstanding scenarios like this. Andrew, repaired the hose bib(efficiently) and made a bad situation….good. It’s one thing, to be good at what you do… it’s an entirely different thing…to be a good human being. BF Plumbing, be glad you have an employee like Andrew.

    I needed extensive work to do replacing old pipes and a hot water heater installed and a well pump motor. I was so pleased with the time they had it repaired and completed. Also they were very professional, did clean and respectful of my home. I highly recommend this company. Anthony was the crew head and did a great job.
