    This is the third time I have used Pipe Monkey over the last few years. Brandon and Michael took the time and were very thorough in their inspection to find the leak. Once it was found, they showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner, were very clean and communicated with me throughout the process. Always my first call for our plumbing needs!

    I don’t trust many businesses. These guys I do trust. Completely honest, thorough and more than fair in pricing. They offered suggestions that we could do (saving us money that other businesses would charge us for in service calls and equipment aka other businesses would rob us blind) and they gave us great advice. Call em. If they can’t do it, they will tell you and if they can, they will be fair. Honesty in business is rare. These dudes have it.

    Pipe Monkey Plumbing was amazing. My shower drain would continuously clog no matter what I did and Brandon came in and fixed it with absolutely no problems. He told me the pricing it would be before he even started so I had an idea and wasn’t surprised at the end of his visit. He also gave me a LOT of tips and tricks so that I could possibly fix it myself before having to call them again. He was very helpful, pleasant and speedy.     I contacted Pipe Monkey on a Friday morning and they said they could get in first thing Monday morning.Brandon showed up about 5 mins early, introduced himself and went right to work.He was great at letting me know what to expect from pricing to what work was being done.When the shower was fixed he walked me through the repairs, shown where he caulked a few areas to prevent future damage, and had cleaned the drain while he was at it.Overall very professional, clean and a great experience.Thanks Brandon and Pipe Monkey for saving me a whole weekend of frustration trying to fix it myself!

    Brandon did a superb job! Very courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection of all the plumbing fixtures in our home and gave us a to the penny cost before any work was performed. Brandon went above and beyond to get the job done the same day. I never felt like he was rushing through the work. The end result was professional and clean looking.     I couldnt be happier with this company. Everything they did was as promised, on time, and very professional. I received a reminder call the day before my appointment, as well as a call the day of the appointment to tell me Brandon was on his way and to expect him in 15-20 minutes.Brandon was able to fix an issue that has been going on since shortly after I moved into this house in 2009. I have had three plumbers out to look at it, and all were unsuccessful in finding a long term fix. Brandon was able to fix permanently, and everything works fantastic. They also stand behind their work, and I have a one year warranty on what they did here. Very pleased with this company, and will absolutely use again if I have a plumbing issue.

    Very professional! Tech called to tell me they were running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if he could arrive earlier than my 1PM appointment. Technician was Pleasant and polite!     Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did work of replacing washer shut-off valves (one of which was leaking) quickly. He answered all my questions. He was super kind and patient with my young daughter who continuously was near him (perhaps thought it was a play date during these Covid social distancing times?!).     I signed up for the Diamond Club Membership last year when I needed my main valve replaced. Part of that membership was an annual inspection. What a great service! This year they called me to schedule a convenient time to maintenance my water heater, checked all my sinks and faucets for leaks. My kitchen faucet had a small leak and he fix it right then and there. Super Nice Guy! Very knowledgeable about explaining the parts of a water heater that need regular maintenance to get more life out of the water heater. I thought that was good information so I knew what to anticipate in future expenses. Kind of like needing brakes change for the car, but my water heater. I highly recommend Pipe Monkey.

    Weve used these guys for a while now, each time theyve been great. Recently weve had some issues with our floor drain backing up in the basement. Ryan and Mike have been out a few times for it and were great. Ryan was very patient with me and explained everything so I could understand the problem. They were always on time and stayed until the job was done properly. They even stayed and helped me rip up the carpet that had water damage which is above and beyond. Very professional would highly recommend! Also there office manager Nikki is very friendly:) all around just a great company!

    Very prompt customer service via phone to schedule and in-person. The technician installed a new garbage disposal to replace one that was not repairable. He was extremely careful and thoughtful regarding Covid procedures (including wearing a mask and wiping down everything touched - including my credit card) as well as wearing booties inside the home to protect the floor. I had taken items out from underneath the sink to make installation easier, the technician replaced everything before leaving. Very good experience from beginning to end, I would use them again.

    I got to say this is the best experience I have had period with any company. Ryan came out and checked out my sewer line issue and explained what he would do for the project and had a very reasonable quote. Then when he came back to do the work every day he went over and beyond what I had expected working long hours to get my very long 250+ feet sewer line replaced. As the project went on his perseverance and positive attitude made the project fun. I learned so much from Ryan he was so knowledgeable and able to change gears on the spot without hesitation when circumstances changed. The modern equipment and tools he uses during the project made every piece of the project go so much smoother keeping me confident in the work being done. He is the type of guy that has a tool ready for everything. The day he left hated to let him go my property looks better than when he got here.

    This company is on top of it. They not only confirmed appointment times and called 20 minutes prior to arrival but they also called after the service was complete to make sure the level of service was good. The plumber was friendly, helpful, professional; everything you could ask for in the service industry. I thought I had a sewage smell coming from the toilet/sink. After some investigating, it turns out some birds had made a nest in the vent leading to the bathroom. I didnt expect the plumber to clean out the birds nest for me, thinking that I would have to call a pest exterminator or clean it out myself. The plumber helped me move some outdoor furniture around and cleaned out the vent. He definitely went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company

    Ryan helped troubleshoot a water leak undeground in our yard. He was professional, clean, and courteous. The problem in my yard turned out to be from our neighbors water line, and they ended up hiring a different plumber to fix the leak. But those guys were not nearly as professional as Ryan at Pipe Monkey, and they were not very considerate when they left behind a pretty big mess for me to clean up. Ryan, on the other hand, had proactively offered ideas on how to keep the excavation mess to a minimum. I wish the neighbor would have hired Ryan and Pipe Monkey. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Pipe Monkey will definitely be the first one I call.

    Work was done well and very prompt service. I just thought it seemed awfully expensive. $70 service fee and $194 to clear out the clog in our kitchen drain (they had to run a line down the main stack)! I mean, when youve already paid a service fee, youve sunk the cost in so then when you find out the guaranteed pricing for the clog, what are you going to do? I guess you say yes to an incredibly expensive clog clearing. $500 later for the service fee, clog and updated pipes under the sink (which, yeah, that last part did probably take awhile). Perhaps this is the going rate for clog clearing....

    I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They replaced my entire exterior water line with a brand new copper line without disturbing a thing on the surface. A horizontal borer was used with acute expertise. Some excavating was required around the stop box, but extreme care was exercised to replace and compact all the displaced material. The sod was peeled and replaced with such care that there is hardly evidence of a disturbance. All my questions were answered. Everyone was very courteous.

    I highly recommend pipe monkey plumbing if you need work done at your home. I got home from work, couldn’t even tell they were there. I thought the entire yard would’ve been dug up, but no only a 3x3 chunk was perfectly cut and put back. They worked hard the entire time and were very personal as well.

    Customer service is 100% with this company. I also was very pleased with their ability to provide pricing immediately so there were no surprises. Its funny that some companies avoid talking about good AND bad scenarios that they can come across. Very frustrating when people dont want to provide realistic expectations. I did not feel like this at all, Brandon provided a couple of scenarios that could have caused my problem and explained how much it would cost for each. Our problem ended up being in the middle and once diagnosed it was fixed promptly. Our family now has hot water again very quickly because of the prompt and friendly service.
