    Jesse Schuman provided insightful advise and economic solution in replacing underground piping leak vs repair. The under ground leaking had been occurring for 2 1/2 months and my residence was losing -8-10 gallons and hour! The excavation was handled professionally and Jesse and crew were very courtesy to our family. I would recommend Epic Plumbing for small and large plumbing needs.

    Athena was very friendly when I called about a replacement for a leaking tank water heater. John came out the very next day to give me a quote. He then came the following day and did a great job with the installation, barely 48 hours from my initial call. He even cleaned up some of the plumbing in the vicinity. I am very satisfied!

    Harley was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He provided details on what was wrong and why along with options to fix it. He even noted items that could wait. As for the work, he installed a pressure release valve and replaced the hot water heater overflow and will be coming back for a couple other items. I’ll also mention that he was fast with the work

    Blake was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I had a drainage issue with my sink that presented an issue further than cabling the clog. He scheduled me for a second visit within days to resolve the issue and trouble shot to find the best solution for the best price. They were considerate of the home and did not scrape floors with their equipment and cleaned up after themselves. They’re the only plumbing company I’ll call in the future

    Excellent company to work with. EPIC Plumbing took care of our main line water leak in our front yard in about 5 hours at a reasonable price and was even able to save our landscaping during the process. We highly recommend EPIC Plumbing!

    I had a wonderful experience with Epic. I got a total of 3 bids for a sewer line replacement. Epic by far was the most reasonably priced; half the price of the other 2 companies. They were very open about the process/cost and answered all questions. It was easy to get it scheduled and I thought they did a fabulous job. The team was professional, but also friendly. Cost was the same quote they initially gave, no price increase. I plan to use this company again for other plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

    Had a broken sump pump on July 4th, as I discovered at 1:30pm that my basement was flooded. Called Epic around 2:30pm and spoke to Jesse who got John to come out within an hour of our call!     Well, y’all know that I don’t use anyone except Epic Plumbing. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and I absolutely could not figure out where it was coming from. Could not duplicate the problem. Josh Coffey figured it out and fixed it. Couldn’t ask for better.

    9/2024 I went outside in the dark to find water bubbling up out of the ground and running down the side of my house and into the basement. I called Epic Plumbing at 9 pm in a panic and they were able to come out the next morning and dig up my waterline and fix the pipe coming into the house!! It was great to know that the work they have done for me in the past has all been very reasonably priced because I certainly didn’t have time to shop around!!!! Josh was able to quickly find the problem, answer all my questions and do the repair in just a very few hours!! Very courteous, professional And cleaned up after the repair. Appreciate you guys so much.Last year8/2023. Sadly, I had to wait a week before I could get a plumber out here to fix my leaking toilet, but that just means business is good. John was here on time he was able to fix my toilet and my outdoor faucet without any trouble. Appreciate them so much.

    Highly recommend! They made the best out of a very bad situation. Had the utility company hit our main sewage line going out of the house. They were able to come out same day as called and excavate the next day. They were extremely polite from the estimate to the excavation crew. They only removed what they needed to And backfilled everything, even hauling away the rocks they unearthed, they cleaned up the street, sidewalk, and yard leaving little to nothing to show they were there. Extremely glad we used them and will use them for all plumbing needs moving forward.

    Our technician explained why our parts were defective in a language that we could understand.     Called on Sunday afternoon about my hot water heater. The owner, Jesse, answered. After I explained the problem he gave me his advice, that I needed to have an electrician come check the breaker and then go from there. The next day the electrician was here at 7:39 am after determining the breaker was good I called Epic and they then had a plumber here by 2:00. The young man, Harley, assessed the situation and advised us of the options. He was very forthright, helpful and honest. Throughout the entire process everyone at Epic was extremely helpful.

    I have recently purchased this house. The week before I moved in, owners had another plumbing co out & said problem fixed. A week later I moved in. 1st day a big flood of s___.their company came back out. Said things are pretty messed up. Here all afternoon, after leaving did it again. Thats when I called epic. Took 2 days of repairs. Broken toilet, broken pipe, & its back to working. Was worth the wait, took couple of days to get them but well worth it. When you call for service, you want it fixed right.     I have called Epic to come out several times since moving into an older home with various problems. Each time they gave us a VERY reasonable offer. This last one, we had them come out as a second opinion on replacing all the leaking cast iron pipes from our two upstairs bathrooms. AB May had quoted us a price $2,000 more than what Epic bid. They also replaced our water heaters flue without trying to sell me the newest expensive water heater available 😆I will be referring them whenever possible!

    I just want to say that I am so very grateful for Epic Plumbing LLC! I discovered yesterday that I had a very bad leak under my kitchen sink, I called one company an scheduled an appointment, only for them to call me back and cancel at the last minute. I was caught between a rock and a hard place but then I remembered that my Realtor @Paul Kolenda had given me the number to Epic Plumbing, being that it was and is the day before Thanksgiving I decided to take my chance and call anyway. Mr. Schuman was so super nice and even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, and his team was all booked and busy, he saw fit to squeeze me into the schedule!! So then Harley Schuman and his fellow plumber (which to my surprise was A WOMAN! BY THE WAY YOU GO GIRL)!!!! SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!!!! They were both so nice and Harley KNOWS HIS STUFF YOU GUYS!!! Not only did he fix the issue with his eyes closed, he educated me on a few plumbing things. He was super cool and thorough, he checked everything, he even checked the pipes in my basement!     I had a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal installed. Not much of the installation went according to the original plan. The stainless steel sink that was ordered wasnt going to work, so the guys went to 2 different local stores to find one that would be satisfactory to me. The one I decided on is black composite, which goes with my stove and refrigerator, and Im very happy with it. The first garbage disposal they installed didnt work, so they came back bright and early the next morning with another one that did. Im really very happy with this installation.     Hot water tank had been leaking for some time not a major emergency as it is on concrete but I figured it was time to replace it as it had increased. I called to schedule an appointment and had one made for two days later. About three hours later they called me and said they had finished up some jobs and had time to do it today, within two hours the heater was replaced. After shutting off the water and turning it back on the faucet in the kitchen now only drained very slowly. They said sometimes debris can get stuck and said they would come back the next day and replace the faucet at no cost. These guys came into my home with no one being home with the garage code and have done work for us before. Completely trustworthy professional and clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to have them do any plumbing work. The only company I will use because of these things.

They were out the next day installing.A week or so later I was smelling a small gas leak.
