    Trevor and Brandon did an EXCELLENT job today. I thought they were coming to survey what I needed and they got to work right away and had the tasks completed in a very timely matter. They cleaned up before completing the job. Definitely worth the 5 🌟 rating!! This new customer is extremely pleased with the workmanship.

    Extremely fast service, fair pricing, easy to work with. Had an unexpected water line break in the basement-called them up and within an hour the problem was fixed. first time customer but treated me like ive worked with them for years. 10/10

    12/08/20 - First of all when I called Oyen Plumbing they answered the phone right away. I needed a water heater and water softener installed and fairly quickly as the water heater was not working and was in fact leaking. They not only picked up both of the items at the nearby Menards where I ordered from they also took the old water heater away. (There was not an old water softener to take away). Best of all they came the second day after I called them so was very prompt service and they were right on time for the time they said would arrive. The 2 guys who came worked very efficiently and expertly. After the installation they made sure all was going well and gave me some instructions on the new appliances.I have nothing but praise for this business and being a single lady homeowner it seems for some reason I do not get this reliable service for other home maintenance/service calls. The quote for $75/hr is reasonable for plumbing and both jobs were completed within 2 1/2 hours. Would recommend.Update 12/21/20: It is worth noting that I called Oyen Plumbing prior to having their services asking the cost per hour and was told the price and I agreed on. However, upon receiving the bill I was charged double the quoted price per hour as 2 persons were sent, each charging the per hour charge. While I understand this policy it should have been clarified to me that 2 people would be sent and each charging the hourly rate. I am deducting one star because of this.

    Really great people to work with.they go out of thier way to get the work done fast. I would highly recommend oyen. And Ill be calling them again soon to get a new water softener. Thanks again oyen for the great service

    I needed something fixed at my house so I called Oyen Plumbing and Heating. The receptionist was very friendly and helped to send someone out to fix the problem right away. Customer service was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great plumbing/heating company!!

    Great people! They responded and got the job done fast! When our plumbing system backed up Dan and his crew figured out the iron waste pipe was rusting internally, flaking, and reducing the inside diameter. They purchased a special tool to grind out the pipe internally and remove the rust deposits to allow free flow through the pipe. We havent had a backup since! Thanks Dan, Ashley, and Crew!

    Professional. Friendly. On time. We had our sewage back up in our basement and they came in first thing in the morning, worked on it until it was completed and done. They even cleaned up their mess! Definitely recommend as they made me feel important. Thank you!
