Yesterday, December 23rd we noticed around noon that it was getting really cool in the house temp was 52 when we checked went outside to make sure no blockage to any vents got the furnace to start up and went out in less then 3 minutes. We called Bill’s and he sent help here within a hour and made two trips back to Platteville for special parts . It took him at least 2 hours to get us all fixed up and warm again! Very professional, caring service I would recommend them to anyone! ❤️ Merry Christmas Bill and family and Thanks again!!!

Had a water leak after hours on a Friday night and left a voicemail on their Emergency line. We got a call 5 minutes later and the technician helped us trouble shoot our leak over the phone until we could schedule an appointment. Matt is an excellent technician, would highly recommend.

My water heater stopped working at some point during the day yesterday. I called and left a message last night and received a call this morning to set up a time. He said that they had one appointment right away this morning but would try to get to me asap. They were here 30 min later! It only took about 10-15 min to fix the minor problem and before he left he gave a brief explanation of what the problem was. This was my third experience with Bills Plumbing and Heating, and Ive always been very happy with the end results.

I called Bills about water leaking out of the AC unit in the basement that was causing the carpet to get wet. He said he would send a guy over to look at it. After only 15 minutes the guy showed up and looked at the problem. He was able to determine the problem and repaired what was leaking. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Always reliable, fair and knowledgeable!

Last year on a ten below day the furnace went out at 5:30 PM on a Friday evening. I left a message and Bill returned my call by 6:00PM. Bill found a spare circuit board and had the furnace up and running by 8:00PM. Awesome service!

Such fantastic people. Once when our water pressure dropped out of nowhere, they pulled some plumbing apart and found a rock in the line. They didnt charge us for the labor, only for the bit of plumbing that needed replacing, and just billed the city since it wasnt a problem with our system.
