Adrian did any amazing job painting my entire house! He is very attentive details and dedicated to his work. In addition to painting, he closed off walls, added office doors, installed an high ceiling fan and even opened up a closet for me to convert into a mudroom. We were impressed with his drywall work and making the closed walls blend into the existing ones. I would highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and A-1 Painting and Remodeling. I think hes personally touched every square inch of our house over the last year. It started with a drywall repair in the our ceiling, then a complete interior paint job and then a faux finish on our kitchen cabinets, and new vinyl floors. He also put down a an epoxy finish on our garage floors and repaired the walls. The last project (for now) has been a white wash on our stone fireplace to bring it in line with the new color scheme. Our house went from beige and brown earthy tones to white and gray. Adrian put a white wash on the orange/brown stone and then distressed it. Then he mounted an incredibly large cedar log mantel. I completely trust his artistic eye and judgment-- he is a true master. Not to mention an honest businessman which is hard to find these days where making a quick buck on a half done project seems to be the norm. When weve found an issues with the work, of which there have not been many, he was quick to fix it and make it right. Hes even been nice enough to hang a few pictures for us so that they are in the best spot and level (maybe just so he doesnt have to patch the holes I make, but still). Give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

Adrian and his team helped me out in a pinch. My previous painter bailed on me at the last minute and I was scrambling to get our house painted before we moved in. Adrian was quick to respond, got the three rooms knocked out in a day, and all under the quote my first painter gave me! So pleased with their work. No more teal! Thanks Adrian + team!!

Adrian is very detail oriented. He took his time and didn’t rush with our project. After a week we noticed some areas that needed some minor touch up (it was extremely hard to notice at first pass). He came back out and touched up all the areas no questions asked.

Adrian did an excellent job turning our front room into an office. He installed a French door and built drywall around it. Then painted both the wall and the door. Adrian was amazing! We were hoping to add a bedroom wall + door + closet to our home on short notice in preparation for a new baby, and we weren’t sure anyone would be able to complete it in time. Adrian came out the same day of our initial request, gave us the quote the next day, and had the project completed 2 weeks after that. (He completed the build in 5 business days but had to finish another project first.)Highly recommend A-1. Great communication, detail-oriented, and did beautiful work.

We had water damage that affected our bathroom and the nursery next to it. Adrian was able to come out pretty quickly to give an estimate. He gave recommendations so we can save money where possible which I really appreciated. He installed new flooring for our bathroom. He also repaired the and painted the walls in our bathroom, nursery, and hallway. I would use Adrian again for future work.

I had a pleasure doing business with Adrian (the owner of this place) to repair drywall on the ceiling. I went up to the attic and mistakenly stepped on the drywall and there you go. I took several pictures and he was able to give me an instant quote (committed, not best guess). It took two days to finish the work, but I paid full amount up front as I could trust this person. He warned me that the paint color of the repaired part will be different than the rest and anyone telling you they can do the exact match is unlikely. In my eyes, I did not see any major difference maybe I have a vision issue but I do not plan to do a paint job in the near future because they look perfect to me. He under-promised and over-delivered. Before I chose to work with him, I got another quote from another business and their quote was WAY out of range and I did not even follow up. Adrian was reasonable, didnt ask for unnecessary works. Ill definitely work with him again and recommend - good quality, value for money and last but not least integrity.

My wife and I purchased a home which needed a few updates. After calling several contractors and having three bids completed, we chose A-1. When talking to Adrian my wife said that his honesty over the phone before the bid and during the bid is what got her vote. I can also say that his flexibility with us was awesome, as we had issues with a different contractor which delayed the start of our job removing the popcorn ceiling in our home. Everything Adrian said he would do he did. His work ethic was awesome and he finished the job with an outstanding result. We will be using him in the future for other work in updating the home. If you are looking for an awesome contractor this is the guy.

I hired Adrian and A-1 to fix the drywall ceiling in my garage that was starting to crack and fall apart. He was prompt with his quote and offered a fair price and set fair expectations about the timeline. He and his crew got the job done in two days, which was incredible for how much work there was to be done. The new ceiling looks incredible, and I will have Adrian back out to epoxy the floor in the garage later this spring as well as some other work. Highly recommend you give Adrian your business.

A1 & Adrian were worth hiring without a doubt. His bid is competitive, but what sets him out is that he takes the time to talk it through. He truly is one of the few who is always relaxed, friendly, and will talk to you plain and straight. He takes the time to go over the steps he will perform and how he can make a home right again. We had to repair the house after doing a plumbing re-route so the walls and ceilings were ripped up. He left them looking as good as new. He did exactly what he said with a result that was what we expected. We would without question invite A1 back again if & when needed. Adrian is the real deal, extremely hard working, honest, and committed to get the work done both right & fast. This review is the least we can do to say thanks.

The job he performed is a ceiling water damage repair, which had been worked by another contractor but failed. He came in and fixed it from the scratch with a much better results.

Adrian is a master at what he does. In the past year, he has installed a new front door, having to completely re-frame the opening (from 36-inch with sidelights to 42-inch with walls), completely remodeled our master bath and an upstairs bath, removed and framed walls, done plenty of painting, replaced a back door with an automatic dog door, and built a new fence. He is especially good with design ideas and ways to save money on a project. Adrian is a star. Honest as the day is long and the only contractor well ever use as long as were within a hundred miles of him.

My garage ceiling collapsed and needed repair. I talked to Adrian and got an estimate over the phone. He came out and realized the job was going to need a lot more to get it done right. He returned with all the needed materials and had a new ceiling for my garage in only a few hours. Additionally he found some potentially dangerous amateur electrical work buried and remedied that as well.He does excellent work and is reliable, hardworking, and honest. I’d recommend him to any of my friends or family that need drywall work.

I was in the attic one day and my foot slipped and went straight through the ceiling in our master bathroom. Found A-1 on Google, gave them a call and and they were at my house inside of a week. This was pretty impressive given just how crazy busy they are after all the damage done to homes during the freeze. I didn’t have any leftover paint for them to match, so they had to make two trips to get the job done which I had anticipated. These guys are now saved in my phone and will be the first people I call should I need them in the future. Highly recommend!

Adrian helped us with creating a new storage space under our stairs and opening up a closet to expand the space in one of our bedrooms. He also painted a couple of bathrooms for us. Overall, he did an exceptional job at creating a new storage room for us and expanding out the closet. He was very easy to work with and provided us with updates throughout the project. The timeline did take about 2 weeks longer than originally communicated and some of the paint work needed minor retouching at the end, but we were very happy with how the large projects turned out. We would definitely use Adrian again for our small remodeling projects!

Highly recommended! Nice person, very easy to deal with.We had a water over flow in our house. The dry wall, base boards/trims and carpet were all water stained. Adrian did a fantastic job re-painting the walls, installing new base boards and replacing the carpet with laminated wood flooring.Quality of work is excellent - did not cut corners and he made sure we are satisfied with his job by following our instructions or suggesting better options. Always on-time and stayed late to finish the job.
