Chris from New England Service Company was fantastic. He took his time explaining the plumbing issue and the needed repair. He was very professional and completed the work quickly and neatly. He was also able to provide quotes on some more complex work but did not pressure us to sign up for the repair immediately. We have used several plumbers over the years and Chris is by far the best.

5/31/19 - I used New England Service Company again. This time to install 3 faucets in the main and master bathrooms. Again, Dale did a fantastic job. I really like this company because they communicate with you. They called me a few days before my appointment to let me know they would be at my house a little later than expected. I also recieved a call from the Dale as well regarding the time he would at my house. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend New England Service Company.3/24/19 - New England Service Company is a great company to work with. I accidently put a nail through a water pipe in my laundry room on Sunday 3/24/19. The company returned my call quickly. Dale came out took a look at the damaged pipe and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very personable and repaired the cracked pipe quickly and there was no mess. If you need a plumber I highly recommend the New England Service Company / Dale.

I had a toilet leak that leaked through the ceiling, which lead me to call New England Service co. The service tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. he performed the repair in a timely manner and was very personable. he explained what he did when it was completed and tested out the repair successfully. thank you Dale for your professionalism and recommended steps going forward.Mark.

First time used this company, and was very happy with every aspect of the experience. Pricing was reasonable and competitive, timely arrival, pleasant and professional, and cleaned up my kitchen perfectly. Will definitely use them consistently going forward. Glad to hear they offer services beyond just plumbing. Will definitely give them those opportunities as well. Dont hesitate going with this company!

They have the best prices around and do top dollar work. Chris Newton was great. Did great work and was kind and patient. Didn’t feel like he was rushing and he kept doing all the work we needed until it was done. Highly recommend! Finding a plumber is tough so glad we found them!

Excellent, prompt, reasonable priced and efficient service. On a Saturday evening my husband noticed that we had no hot water with our kitchen sink and the hot water turn off valve had water spraying all over our basement. No other companies were willing to come out during our crisis. Within a few minutes we got a returned phone call and within a half hour we had a plumber and within the hour we had hot water. Chris was excellent!! If you need a plumber in a jiffy this is the place you want to call.

Highly recommended! They offer quick suggestions through text in times of urgency until someone can get to you. I have texted them during late evening hours and get a response right away. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have had to use them 3 times in about 6 weeks (all different reasons, unfortunate for me) and will keep using them.

I HAD A BLOCKAGE IN THE SEWER LINE GOING TOWARDS THE STREET AT 6PM. I CALLED NEW ENGLAND SERVICE AND THEY HAD A MAN THERE BY 7:30. HE QUICKLY SAW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND HAD THE LINE CLEARED OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL,POLITE AND LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Our experience today with NESC, was a refreshing pleasure and Iespecially with Dale Arnold. He was on time, professional , knowledgeable and did quality work. When asked about the handyman service, he took the time with my list, and told me what they could do and what they couldnt. Having trouble with stairs, Dale even brought me a package that had been delivered. We will always use NESC now for all plumbing needs and will request the man, Dale Arnold. Thank oyu
