Rooter Works gave me a fair price to dig up the basement pipes and rebuilt them and the piping system that were original to my almost 100 year old property. Prior to calling them another company quoted me more than double what they charged me. They sent out a plumber by the name of Brian and he did an amazing job! Brian was super professional and thorough.

We are thrilled with the work that Tim (aka Sparky) did for us! Our home had some serious safety issues, between the panel being too small and insulation being missing in critical places. Time came out, pointed out the issues, and educated us on why these things were issues and how we could fix them. He communicated with us at every step. Since this was such a big project, they even offered financing so that we could fix the issues without breaking the bank. We feel so much better knowing that our electrical system is safe and that Tim is there to help us should we need anything in the future. Thank you so much, Tim!

Cody and Hunter installed an outdoor backwater valve to keep the city sewage from backing up into our basement. They communicated clearly and explained all parts of the process. They showed us how to maintain the backwater valve, and they were professional. They quickly took care of all city permits and inspections. We also had The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains install a sump pump, clean out our drains, and replace our main sewer stack. Every employee who worked at our house communicated clearly, was low pressure on selling, and was professional and polite. They were also great with our dog :)

We had the pleasure of meeting Brian Merrill Sr. He was an exceptional tech and addressed all of our problems. He talked to our landlord and was able to get him to understand the issues and work them out, which seemed impossible at first. He repaired all of our water lines in the kitchen and replaced the toilet and faucets. If you ever need a service tech, request Brian Merrill Sr. He’s one of the few left that care about the customers and tenets and takes pride in his work.

I was told I would need a plumber to help with a gas line behind our stove. Our issue was our new stove stuck out so far it looked really silly. I messaged Rooter Works to see if they could help and they came out the next morning. The plumber, Kyle Brown knew what to do almost immediately and fixed it right then and there. My new gas stove pushed back closer to the wall and it looked like it belonged there. He also helped me with my sink really fast. Super friendly service start to finish. Happy I’ve never needed a plumber for anything before, but if I do I’ll absolutely call these guys!

Shoe came out to diagnose a faulty water heater. He was a pleasure to have in our home, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided reasonable options for resolution. We decided to replace the water heater since it was pretty old and he was able to get a new tankless unit installed the next day. Expectations for cost, timing, and placement of the water heater were all communicated very clearly up front and there were no surprises when the work was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. We called The Rooter Works and they sent out Daniel Neal their Plumbing Technician. He was on time, polite, and very helpful. There was a mix up in communication on the office end as to what needed to be done but Daniel jumped on it right away and got it resolved in minutes.Very professional and an all around nice guy. If ever I need service in the future I would call them and specifically request Daniel.

Rooter Works was initially recommended to me by a home inspector. I was really pleased with my overall experience in using this company on two separate occasions. Scott and Brian (B2) were both incredible and I can’t compliment them enough.At my initial estimate appointment with Scott, I really appreciated how customer-centered he was in helping me to prioritize a few plumbing concerns. He was polite, professional, listened to my concerns, and provided honest, straightforward recommendations. When he went to assess my exterior drain pipe, he asked if I wanted to observe and I really appreciated the fact that he included me in this process!I was also really impressed by Brian and his attention to detail. He made sure everything was done correctly and like Scott, was also very polite, professional, and happy to answer my questions! The initial backup sump pump that was installed was faulty due to faulty piece from the manufacturer, but Rooter Works quickly remedied and replaced the entire unit to ensure it worked properly.Scheduling was easy and they always worked around my schedule. While I hope I don’t have any plumbing surprises in the near future, I know who I will call if I do!

I had a clogged kitchen drain that I tried to clear myself by checking the p-trap and using a basic drain snake. After failing to clear the clog I called The Rooter Works and they got me a same day appointment with a 30 minute courtesy call. Daniel Neal came out to my house and quickly assessed the situation. He was pleasant to talk to and walked me through what he was going to do. After cleaning out the kitchen drain, he made sure to run several tests to validate that everything was working properly. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend The Rooter Works.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Neal. Brian and his associate were able to make it to my home two times for an ongoing issue. Both times they have been able to successfully fix the issues to the best of their abilities. Unfortunately the issue with my home is going to take some cooperation on my landlords part and maybe the problem will be completely solved so they don’t have to keep coming back. They are very efficient and friendly people, who treat you like their own friends. I will definitely call them if something ever happens again. Kudos to the company on their part. I simply can’t say enough good things about the crew (James and Tim) that came out to do my electrical work. First off, they came out the next day after moving into a new house, which was much appreciated.Upon arrival, James was quite helpful as I walked through five or six different things I needed done. I called for an electrical issue causing massive issues in my house. The woman I spoke to was empathetic and got someone scheduled as soon as possible. The electrician they sent out was Ed and was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything in detail, explained all of my options including financing and helped make the best decision for myself and my family. He even gave me recommendations for other issues I was having outside of the electrical. Im forever grateful for their help and responsiveness. I recommend them to everyone!

Brian senior came out and gave us quotes on several jobs we want done around the house and he was able to tell me what needed do e and why and was very knowledgeable about his craft. We had gotten other quotes and certain things were added as extra unnecessary things from the other company as well as they left out a couple of code related issues about the installation. His price was quite a bit more than the previous estimates we had received, but he was also able to show us a portfolio of his work, which is very rare today , he had photos and photos of jobs, he has performed.I was very nervous at first when I called but when I called in I spoke to Kristan and she was very friendly, listened to everything I had to say and was very good at taking notes of everything I said so the tech had as much info as possible before he came out. She was able to get me scheduled in the same week I called and I know that plumbers are extremely hard to get scheduled quickly sometimes. She was able to give us an approximate time they would be there and informed me that they would call us to make sure we were home before they sent a tech out way.she was very detailed in gathering my information and email address for the quote.This company has been amazing from the first encounter with the dispatch office all the way to the completion of our project. 20/10 on recommending this company to other people. Also Brian ran a very clean job site and kept it very organized and neat and tidy. He took great care to make sure we werent put out during the process, will be using Brian and The Rooter Works again I the future great job guys and gals.

He assessed the sink and tub clog immediately, advising he could complete the fix fairly easily and quickly. Then he remedied the issue just like he said he could. Professional and very friendly. The price was very acceptable, too. We may have found our new go-to plumbers...30 years with our normal provider, but they could not help us until tomorrow. Happy that I found The Rooter Works. Nothing but great things to say about this company. Any time I use them I have nothing but positive experiences. Not only are the service representatives polite and cordial, they give plenty of options and dont try to pull the wool over your eyes like many plumbing companies do, very up front. I clearly knew what the issues were and what options were good, better and best. Initially PETER and JORDAN came to the home due to water meter leak indicator showing there was a leak. They educated us on how to properly read the meter and informed us we had a slow leak somewhere, not a full blown underground water leak (we are on a concrete slab). After looking around they gave us some ideas as to what could be the issue and all was good. About a week later we experienced issues with water being pushed back through the water lines and causing a leak at the dishwasher. BEN was sent out this time to look more in depth at the water heater, which PETER and JORDAN both said was coming up on needing replaced. BEN provided multiple options and was a great help in deciding what would work best for us. Although the heater is not installed yet, it is on the books and I feel comfortable with this company in our home (which is a lot more than I can say about a lot of other companies specializing in a given trade). I trust the guidance they have given us and dont feel like they are solely out for money, honest and up front! The schedulers/customer service reps are fantastic as well! Everything scheduled was on time and sooner than expected. Looking forward to getting this done and having this company do the work, thanks again!

I had excellent interaction and service with Daniel. On a Friday afternoon, he continued to work for hours and hours, well past quitting time, to resolve the problem.I recommend Daniel without hesitation— this man knows what he’s doing. Big shout out to My Electric Works and especially Tyrone who did a fabulous job removing and installing my new light fixture! Pricing was definitely higher than I had anticipated; however, was quite a job having to take down an old light fixture, and install a new fixture (and everything it takes inbetween to center the box, as the old fixture was installed off center). From the minute Tyrone arrived until the minute he left, he was extremely positive, professional and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with the work being done. Even though I know it was a daunting, challenging task, he never let on if he was frustrated about anything (Im sure he was, and understandably so) and forged forward with a smile. End result is beautiful and absolutely love the way my new fixture looks. Once again, were blown away by The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains! We emailed them, asking to schedule an appointment after their work hours and the receptionist, Jerry, immediately got back to us with a prompt date and time for the service the next morning. We were warmly greeted by Brian at our appointment, who helped us scope out our needs and was beyond professional. He was able to immediately tell us what the issue was and how much it would cost. We ended up needing a second opinion regarding our sump pump drain and Brian called in Scott! Scott came within 30 minutes to scope out our sump pump drain and was able to show us through his camera technology exactly what was causing drainage issues. He was able to tell us the approximate cost and even left us with some minor DIY tips we could do for future needs and prevention! We just moved into our home and wanted to install some new LED light fixtures, add a number of outlets, and put in a whole-home surge protector. He put shoe covers on while in the house. He pointed out some corrosion in one of the panel boxes that would need attention soon. Now, this project was pricey, but due to the complexity and the ability to get same day service I cannot complain. My Electric Works did a wonderful job replacing an overloaded panel in my house. Mike was very helpful and informative when doing the assessment for the work and caught issues I wasnt even aware of. I was pleasantly surprised, shocked really, that they were able to have a technician at my house by 2:30 today! Carl was my technician. Carl was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Carl checked out the situation and gave me a few different estimate options, which I appreciated very much. Carl completed the job in a very timely manner. I can count on one hand how many times companies have met, let alone exceeded my expectations and The Rooter Works just knocked it out of the park. Weve been having issues with our water pressure for the last couple months. Josh was able to come out right away and quickly diagnose the issue (faulty well pressure tank and fittings). Had a great experience with my technician, Daniel, who unclogged two shower drains and fixed a poorly installed pipe under a bathroom sink in my new condo. Daniel was super friendly and professional as well as very efficient. He fixed the drains fast and although he didnt have the correct pipe to correct what he called my bougie sink pipe, he set up a conventient time for the proper repair on the spot. Hot water disappeared from all taps, and then I discovered a big leak from the water heater in the basement. I found The Rooter Works through HomeAdviser.com, and was happy to be able to schedule a visit from them the next morning at 8am. Bryan came, had a quick look and told me that we need a new heater. The price he quoted seemed a bit expensive, but then he gave us a discount, and we agreed. He then went to get a new heater, was back very quickly and installed everything in less than 3 hours. The whole experience was quick and smooth. Bryan was very professional and courteous. I was happy we could fix thin problem quickly.

Tim B came out later in the evening for us after other electricians were closed! He helped us figure out our issues and replace circuit breaker that was out before bed time!Edit: Seceral people have came out since this original post because my circuit breaker (although brand new and good quality) is still tripping and having issues because the original issue with the breaker is not being addressed. It is over loaded on one particular breaker so they DID NOT fix the actual problem. After paying 6,500$ for the new shiny circuit breaker I am very disappointed that the issue with a certain breaker being over loaded was not actually fixed and I’m still losing electricity due to the tripping of the over loaded breaker. I feel like after paying such a high price they should not come back out saying I’ll have to pay more money to fix the issue they already knew about in the first place. Today when David came out he told me what they were doing would help some (also asked me to move my suv out of the garage so it wouldn’t get scratched which I really appreciated he was very nice and did what he came to do quickly) but the issue would keep happening unless I paid 600$ or more to address the over crowding ( Another employee Lindsay told me this estimate when he came out the time before this but didn’t actually do any work that day). After paying 6,500$ I don’t think I should have to pay any more to them to have this fixed. After getting quotes from my realtor she said I paid almost double what I should have paid and still dealing with issues. I’m hoping a manager will reach out to me about this to get it resolved finally.

Over a holiday weekend I had a major issue with a backup in my basement, called The Rooter Works and they were there over the weekend to get me temporarily back in service until Monday. Crew came out Monday and spent 4 hours with me figuring out the main cause of the issue, thoroughly explained the issue and gave me options on a fix. After deciding what route I wanted to go for repair, they showed up the next day to start the work. BT was the guy they sent to do the work and I honestly could not be more impressed with him and his work. He was polite, explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, and stayed as late as needed every night to make sure we were never without water.I will be calling The Rooter Works for all my future plumbing needs and will request that BT comes and does the work!

We noticed our floor drain had backed up into the basement late at night. Having a good past experience with Rooter Works, we called first thing the next morning. Jason arrived early in the afternoon and reviewed our problem and offered several options including hydrojetting the main line. Our problems originate from a 63 year old house with clay tiles for drains and large trees with extensive water seeking root systems. We opted to hydrojet the main line so he and Scott returned first thing the next morning and began work. Scott showed us the blockages, due to root intrusion and one due to offset old clay pipe, via camera and Jason proceeded to eliminate each root mass after they were identified. Jason worked especially hard to remove several stubborn clogs. Both technicians were very pleasant, courteous, and understanding of our problem and offered professional advice to remedy the situation and minimize repeat visits. This is the second time we have had Rooter Works out for service. Their employees have always been courteous, friendly folks and the Rooter Works prices are very fair. We have not felt that we were being price gouged or trying to be sold unnecessary service as we had with experiences from other plumbing companies.

Big shout out here to the Rooter works! This is the company you need to grow with.If you are like me; I dread thinking about plumbing issues until they become a reality. I had a mainline backup and my plumbing nightmare became a reality very quickly but Rooter works saved my day.Let’s start with the call; line went to a person really quick, I explained what was going on and they even offered to send a tech that afternoon. Due to work I had to push it till a day I teleworked but setting an appointment was easy, you even get and email and a text along with reminder emails and texts before your appointment.I was schedule for the morning between 0830-1030 show up, they were out front my house at 0835 so awesome service there.They sent three rockstar employees; Jason, Scott and Terrance. They quoted me a too reasonable price and got right to work. Jason was a master at using the snake, we hit snag after snag but he would not stop till he broke through my clog and got my lines flowing again (“flushable” wipes are a lie btw, do not use them, Scott was pulling whole ones up)Scott assisted with his camera to show exactly what the issues and was able to email me the photos. He also did me up a quote for fixing the lines that are extremely competitive for the repair that will be needed.Terrance assisted with both Scott and Jason and was a complete professional the whole time.They were in and out in about 2 hours and I can freely use water again knowing my lines are un clogged.Overall I would give them a 6 out of 5 if I could. I used another company about 4 years ago for a similar issue and they had trick pricing and were a little combative. Rooter works on the other hand made me feel comfortable with trusting them to work on my lines. Honestly they will probably be the only ones I call from now on. Such a professional group, I was lucky to have all of them.

Our kitchen sink backed up. A supervisor stopped by on the day I called and said someone would be out the next day. The technician who showed up, Daniel, immediately set to work and before long the kitchen drain was unplugged. He reconnected the fittings and left. Shortly after Daniel left, I ran the dishwasher. Afterward, I noticed a small puddle on the floor under the sink. I called the office and was told Daniel could return at the end of the day or first thing the next day. This morning, Daniel showed up and set right to work. He quickly concluded the PVC fittings connecting the sink to the drain were no good. He then installed new fittings and everything is now fine. Thanks to Daniel and The Rooter Works.

I was in need of an electric repair I had scheduled with another electrical contractor. They had cancelled the night before and I had to schedule time off work to be able to meet on that Monday. That morning I was able to contact My Electric Works and request a technician. Their schedule was completely booked, but they were understanding of my situation and offered to accommodate if there was a opening. I was in luck! My Electric Works called back within an hour and had a technician at my door later that morning. The technician was cordial, clean, and professional. He was also respectfully aware of the COVID-19 concerns and wore a face mask. He was able to quickly troubleshoot our electrical problem, and assisted in finishing the light fixture renovation. Overall I was most impressed about the responsiveness and customer service that My Electric Works provides. This company will be my reliable first choice for future electrical issues.

I got a free estimate from Tyler for a panel replacement and possible rewiring. Tyler kept in contact while I received other estimates. He explained to me everything I needed to know and did not try to upsell anything but explained extra stuff that I asked about for my own knowledge so I knew when the time was to replace them.Tyler did go over financing options and discounts for me during the estimate but called me to let me know that the bank they go through was having a promotion that would allow my payments to be 0% interest for 3 years rather then just 18 months same as cashOn the day of installing the new panel as well as uninstalling the old panel Tyler and Tim (both are electricians) came out around the time that they said they would. They had to go to 4 different stores to find all the parts needed for the install. They stayed til 8 pm finishing the work. Pretty much worked nonstop in order to get the job done all in one workday.Both were very professional and Tim is even helping me on getting in touch with someone that does cabinets (next home project).Only somewhat bad thing that happened was that I got a surge protector that only has a 3 month warranty vs a 3 year warranty which was noth their fault that the 3 year warranty was out of stock pretty much everywhere.Thanks to both of them.

When I first bought my house they did a wholesale update of the outdated panel and outlets throughout the house -- and its worked perfectly since, including through the installation of solar panels by another contractor, who complemented MEWs work.They have a well-oiled system in place for sending people out, letting you know whos coming and when, giving estimates and getting work done -- and they handle financing smoothly and easily.Today was another great example; I have an attic fan Ive never been able to figure out, and Brandon got up in the attic with me to figure out how to operate it, what it would cost should I choose to replace it, etc.I also value that theyre a big enough organization with experienced professionals that Im never waiting to fit on somebodys schedules, or held up by somebody being out sick or unavailable; and their central office is staffed with equally capable people so calls are handled effectively and notes passed on so I dont have to repeat myself.Want my opinion? If youre taking quotes on electric work, add them to the list; then remove everyone else.

Outstanding service! Ramona did an awesome job of getting me scheduled in on a Sunday! Angel came out to my home and he lived up to his name. Another leading plumbing company had been out four times to deal with a training issue and had been unable to fix it. Angel walked in and was able to diagnose it without missing a beat and had both drains working perfectly within an hour and 1/2. He even went out of his way to clean up after. Doesnt get better than that. They are now my go to company. Gold standard service and follow through.

When our water system went out they sent a technician out the same. Marcus even though it was the end of his shift. Very knowledgeable and courteous. To late in the day to get parts. So Marcus and Carl came back the next business day they installed new pressure tank and pump in a few hours. Very happy with their work. Very friendly and I highly recommend them both.
