Chris, Kyle, Logan and Matt quickly diagnosed several problems and scheduled next day service to have my HVAC upgraded 3 years after its service life. This is a company you can trust!!! AND so PROFESSIONAL and they returned my space as it was. They swept up and removed all old parts. AND 4 others in my neighborhood have used them, so that says something!     I highly recommend Foust Plumbing for all plumbing and HVAC services! We’re very happy with the new sump pump and back-up system - piece of mind especially if we’re not home and lose power the backup will continue to work. Excellent customer service and the technicians are very knowledgeable!

    Great company that I would definitely recommend to anyone in need. Our well pump went out on us on Sunday and they were able to get a technician out to us Monday afternoon. He was friendly and explained what the issue was in great detail. He was honest and told me it would be a few days until he could come back, due to getting supplies and a new pump for us, but he gave me advice on how to tackle this issue. He answered any question I had and provided great information. Im so grateful Foust was able to get a tech out to our house so soon!

    Foust plumbing and heating strikes again for amazing service. Joey was our technician and he was easy to talk to and very professional. I felt he gave us honest advice on our system and I will 1k% be using them again. I was home by myself which sometimes makes me nervous but I NEVER feel weird or awkward without my husband here when I know Foust is coming. Family run small business and it shows in the quality and pride they take in their work and customer service.

If you want old school plumbing done the right way call Foust. Very pleased with the work!Had Joey from Foust Plumbing out to reset a toilet in the Master Bath. The Master Bath was totally remodeled and the tile contractors said they could reset the toilet. Call Foust Plumbing. Even though this is a minor plumbing job have an expert do it!Joey was meticulous and took care to balance the toilet (shimmed it so no wobble) and its set like granite! Again Foust does quality work and they care about how they complete any plumbing job! Bathroom looks great with the toilet back in!!

    I had been on a waiting list with another plumber for over 4 weeks, my neighbor had told me about Foust plumbing so I called them. Unbelievable quick response, Chic came by on his way back to the office and consulted with me about my situation. It was not an emergency at all so waiting was not a problem but 4 weeks and counting is a bit much from the other company. I highly recommend Foust Plumbing

    Dan Reed did an outstanding plumbing repair recently. He knew how to approach each issue and did a great job cleaning up before leaving. He also was adament about making sure there were not questions that we had before he left for another job. Its great to know you can call a company and feel very confident the job will be done correctly. Devonta was also helping Dan and provided answers also to our questions while repairs were being made.     Our experience with Foust and our plumber, Logan, was great. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained the issue and solution thoroughly. One of our bathroom sinks had a leak in the hot water supply line where the copper pipe was soldered to the joint and he was able to fix that with no problem. He also fixed another issue where that same sink had a leak in the drain pipe that I was unable to fix myself. In addition, he proactively checked the supply lines and drain under the other sink next to it and found issues that I was unaware of, but glad to get addressed before they became a problem. Logan was professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the quality of work that was completed and will be sure to use Foust again when the situation arises.

    Had natural gas line put in to transfer from propane. Was without heat for 2 days . The transfer was to be done in one smooth transaction but wasnt. There were many issues delaying this process which gas company blaming FOUST. FINALLY Chris came to the house late and resolved the problem which in fact proved the gas company screwed the whole thing up. i called and raised hell with Whitney and Chic to only find out they were not the problem and for that I apologize to both.     Mr. Dan Reed came this morning around 11:30 AM to install a new Rheem 40-gallon natural gas hot water tank. He is very professional and made all new pipe connections neatly. He explained things to me thoroughly so that I understood what he was trying to do. Even though Dan was here to install my hot water tank, he noticed that the exhaust vent pipe from my furnace had a crack. This is dangerous because it will release carbon monoxide into the air inside my house. He removed the cracked exhaust pipe and istalled a new one for me free of charge. Mr. Dan Reed clearly went above and beyond and I really appreciate what he has done for me. He also cleaned up the trash before he left. I am very impressed.At 1:30 PM, Mr. Chris Reed (Dan Reed’s brother) who is the owner of Foust Plumbing and heating stopped by to check my A/C unit because I signed up for the Foust Family Memership. Chris also quoted an estimate for the replacement cost of my furnace and A/C.Based on my meeting with Dan Reed and Chris Reed, I will ask for Dan Reed if I have plumbing problems and Chris Reed for my HVAC. I am glad that I chose Foust Plumbing and Heating.Last but not least, Ashley (at the office) has been very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

    The most honesty and integrity Ive ever experienced in the trades.Im an absentee homeowner so they came (30 min drive) to give an estimate while I wasnt home (in a very tight dirty old crawl space). Another plumbing company told me my water supply lines needed replaced for $4000, only to find out from Foust that those were old lines that were no longer connected, and I in fact had fairly new Pex water supply lines. No work needed to be done.Ultimately, they saved me a huge amount of money and prevented me from being taken advantage of because they are a company with a ton of integrity.My brothers family uses them all the time for plumbing and HVAC work and have raved about their quality of service.Do yourself a favor and look no further for HVAC and plumbing services. Theyve got a customer for life here.
