    I am extremely happy with Sanders Electric. Brenton and his team knocked it out of the park with my solar project. This was a sizable and complex residential solar project with multiple disconnect/transfer switches, two inverters, a battery, a generator and multiple buildings. I initially approached three contractors with my plans and chose Sanders for a few reasons. First, the approach Brenton took in assessing and quoting the job was open, honest and direct. Heā€™s great to work with, is extremely knowledgeable and is great at finding a way through challenges to end up with a great result.Second, he and his team delivered from start to finish. To be fair, I have high standards. From idea to bid to completed project, the work was top notch and exceeded my expectations throughout. Brenton and his team clearly take pride in their work and the result shows.Finally, there was an ā€œXā€ factor with Sanders. In my experience, the norm for contractors is to use things without asking, leave a mess and be careless with someoneā€™s property. For example, Iā€™ve had contractors see materials nearby and use them without asking. Brenton and his crew were exactly the opposite. Not only did they leave the site clean and tidy, they carefully set aside unused materials and existing things that were removed to complete the job. They didnā€™t use materials without asking, picked up discarded items (like stripped wire insulation, tape, etc.) and even vacuumed metal chips (from drilling, etc) out from inside all the panels. When something came up (as it does in all projects) that required a change ā€“ even a tiny change, rather than just charging ahead, they explained and asked, ā€œThis is what we found, hereā€™s what we believe is the right solution, are you okay with it?ā€ Sanders showed courtesy and integrity that seems to be a rarity these days. I found their attention to detail, pride in their work and respect for the customer to be exceptional and very much welcome.I highly recommend Sanders for electrical work and will definitely hire them for any needs I have in the future.

    Sanders Electric provided prompt & professional work at my home, coordinating with CG Plumbing on a complex job where my sewage ejection pump wires melted and the pump needed replacement. They not only completed repairs the same day but were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Sanderā€™s Electric & will be calling them for any future electric work!

    OMG this guys is the best, I called him on a Sunday morning in panic my breaker box was smoking and we lost electricity. He was in the middle of doing Laundry, his and his 3 kids, to come out and within 30 minutes from call to him being here in person, and we are kinda rural in Grizzly flats, he brought the parts from pictures I sent him and fixed it within 2 hrs of phone call to back up and running . I canā€™t rave enough about how appreciative I am, we are. Enjoy that bottle of Wine ! God bless! There is nothing bad to say about this company NOTHING. He was funny the whole time here too , to help slow the stress of the entire situation, which worked . Brenton was polite. He took into consideration the cost and was super mindful the keep it down as low as possible. THE BEST!!!!! Iā€™d leave 10 stars if I could .

    We hired Sanders Electric to put in a charging station for our new EV car. The two young men who did the installation were on time, efficient, pleasant and did a good job. We thought we had some issues a week later and Brenton came out and took close to two hours to trouble shoot a problem that was not on his watch. Did not give us a bill just a pleasant smile. He then texted me later to inquire about the issue we were having and how it had been resolved with another company. Cant say enough about this young man. If we have any future electrical or solar issues there is no question who we will call - Brenton Sanders. Thank you Brenton.

    Our power went out after hours. Brenton picked up right away and instead of charging for an expensive visit, he offered to troubleshoot the issue over text. He directed me to send a few photos of various circuit boards, immediately spotted the issue and explained to me how to fix it. I was back up and running within 30 minutes for no cost! šŸ˜® We will be using Sanders for all of our future electric needs!

After speaking with a number of electrical contractors in the region, I settled on Sanders Electric to tackle an important and time-sensitive job and I am so glad I did. (He replaced an old, outdated system of fuse boxes with individual circuit panels.) Brentonā€™s work ethic is phenomenal and the quality of his work is fantastic. His rates are reasonable with no hidden costs (like you sometimes find with others) and he doesnā€™t cut corners to come in on budget. His work is first rate in every regard and heā€™s completely trustworthy! I enthusiastically give Sanders Electric my highest recommendation!     I was referred to Sanders electric by my building contractor because we needed siding, windows and main electrical panel to include a tie in of a generator and solar.     I dont normally do reviews, but I cant say enough about the professionalism speed and quality of work that was performed by Brenton. He simply is the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever had at my home. Needless to say, I have found my electrical contractor for life. Brenton replaced a main electrical panel at my guest house. He found a bad main wire connection in the process that could have led to a fire, he fixed the issue and completed the work. Brenton did this all in less than one day! He even labeled the circuits for me! I am very impressed with his attention to detail and meticulous work.

    Brenton came within 40 min of my call. I was have issues with power to my well. He checked the entire panel, crawled under the house in a very small space, and even started digging in the yard to find the issue. He found my problem and resolved the issue in less than an hour! I was so happy to see smoke coming up from the grass when that shovel went into the ground. He also discounted my bill with a nice Merry Christmas.     Stunning performance by a business. Brenton the owner and apprentice Alex and plumber Charles did a terrific job replacing a 200 amp electrical house panel and installing a whole house generator. It was amazing from calling me right away, giving me a written bid, obtaining a permit, Scheduling PGE , having his own plumber for the propaneā€™s day scheduling city inspections.     I cant say enough about Brenton... Probably my favorite person ive ever worked with on my extensive home remodel and shop remodel. Hes honest, hard-working, and very knowledgeable. I had a mini split that wasnt working, and had several AC repair guys tell me it would be a multi thousand dollar repair, but Brenton saw a fuse that was out on the motherboard and soldered in a new one. A simple solution that saved me thousands of dollars! I also had him completely redo an electrical panel that was like a rats nest before, and in a few hours, he made it picture perfect.     I contacted Brenton after several failed service calls from another electrician. Our appliances were tripping breakers, and something didnt seem right. After sharing the details of our situation, Brenton had one of his techs out to my house within an hour. Upon inspection of the panel, it was found that we were in an emergency situation, and replacement was needed right away. The next day, Brenton and his crew showed up first thing in the morning, ahead of schedule, and completed the job quickly and successfully. The panel looks great, and everything is working as it should now. Im grateful to Brenton, and Sanders Electric for diagnosing a major issue that other electricians failed to do, and ultimately saving my home from an electrical fire.     These 5 Star reviews are legit. Id give Brenton 6 stars if I could. He came up to our rustic mountain cabin to look at a couple of wiring issues. He even showed up early. Hes very personable, knowledgeable and obviously enjoys his work. We were expecting only a quick estimate but he proceeded to fix several problems while he was there. Hes very honest and explained everything. Turns out some of our old wiring and devices are better made than the new cheap stuff. Hell be back to upgrade our panel and other additions and I plan on using him at our main home. Its a good feeling to have a quality electrician we can trust.

    Went on line and found Sanders Electric. Called and left message around 7: 30 am. Brendon called back before 8 and stated he would be out within an hour. He was here early and was very attentive to my needs. Fixed my miswiring on my generator explaining what I had done wrong. (without making me feel bad)He thoroughly went thru my main panel checking and replacing a breaker and tightening all connections.     We are new in Auburn and we had no idea who to call to help us organize and design the electrical requirements for our brand-new hot tub. I reached out to three different electricians for bids. Not only was Brenton Sanders an extremely competitive bid but his personality and confidence grabbed us right from the get go! He followed through on every last detail and even when we were trying to help him dig a trench he refused with such great humor and made it clear that THIS was his job.     Tanked Water heater started leaking and decided to get a tankless instead of repairing (it was 45+ years old). Needed new wiring for the tankless.Brenton himself took my call and I made an appointment.The day he was supposed to show, he got stuck on a job which he let me know and it was okay w/ me. He came the next evening. He heard my story, saw what I had to work with and gave me a rough verbal and then emailed me an hour later with an estimate of $2700 which included labor, new breaker, 2 sets of wiring (thats what the tank required), and mounting the tank. He also heard that at that point we had been without hot water for a week (we were without constant hot for 3 weeks at that point resorting to turning the water off and on at the tank to reduce water loss and energy use) and so got use someone to do the work 3 days later on Saturday.Lauren (I should have asked how to spell it) showed up right on time early in Saturday morning. Lauren was very professional, friendly and 4 hours later was done, far sooner than I had even hoped for. He did have one miss calculation (cause the outside roof line hides the inside line) that lead to a hole being drilled a little too low, but he bought fill and patched the error himself. Mistakes happen and Im not going to fault him especially since he fixed it.Yes the $2700 estimate is on the high end. I believe the price would have dropped if I had held out for a itemized bill after the work completion. But both Brenton and Lauren are great to talk with, local, professional and once I decideded to go with them did not make me wait. In the end, being able to support local business and to reward good, quick, professional work was worth the cost. I also found out later they could have probably done the plumming hook up also and for slightly cheaper than who I went with. Oh well.Overall, I recommend Sanders Electric if you need electrical work and you want to support local.
